Amazing hotel! This is the first time a stayed in a Staybridge and I never want to stay at anything but Staybridge from now on!

The rooms are large and luxurious. They provide a bedroom that comfortably fits two queen beds, a living room with the biggest flat screen I've seen in a hotel room, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Breakfast had an ample amount if everything I could want for breakfast. They have an indoor pool and a stationary bike that keeps track of heart rate just like the one at my gym.

The prices are amazing fire what you get. I have never left a hotel feeling as satisfied as I did leaving this one.

The hotel was so clean. The breakfast and dinner with beer and wine was great. The biggest attraction was the nicest staff ever works there. They were so very helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about everybody that I encountered that worked there!!!

They offer a good breakfast and Monday through Thursday dinner was available they also had some wine and beer options. The food was very nice and tasty and they had a nice balanced spread for the meals they offered. I enjoyed staying here and have chosen to switch to there hotel chain as my place of choice to stay while away.

Fairly new hotel, clean and tidy. Used points so not sure the normal cost therefore value. Had to pay 50 bucks pet fee for our little dog. Had a nice small kitchen and comfortable living area and beds. Could use some kind of pocket door to separate the sink area from the sleeping area. Shower was nice and soaps were included. Breakfast was pretty typical buffet style, pretty basic but adequate.

We came in last minute coming in from New York to watch our Sons Graduation from the Army At Fort Jackson. The frondesk Stefanie was absolutely amazing a true angel she found us a room for our 2 children my mom and husband quickly and made us feel so welcome. She was so kind and curious the whole time. Our room was extremely clean and comfy. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. I wish we can rate this a 100. We felt so at home. Stephanie you are a true jem we Thank everyone at this amazing hotel for all of there hard work and for being so friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They are also pet friendly ❤️❤️❤️🙌🏼🙌🏼

Great Hotel, Pool area was a little small but the perfect size for my kids. I wish I had been able to attend the dinner social event as it seemed very interesting but I had a prior engagement. The room itself was excellent, but I wished the suite had a form of lock and the bathroom outside of the suite. Overall it was an excellent night and the breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

We are starting for a three month detail. The staff is wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The suites are roomy, efficient and clean. The hotel has nice amenities... breakfast, week-night dinner, business center, indoor pool, complimentary laundry, and a fitness center! They are also very welcoming to children and pets.

The Suites are amazing every time we stay. George at the front desk acts as if he has been waiting all day for us to arrive. No other choice for us in Columbia

Suites are very clean and spacious. Love the kitchenette . Hot breakfast was delicious and with a lot of alternatives of food. Pet friendly love it!!!

Wonderfully surprised on the experience. 2 bedroom suite was top notch! The nightly offerings of socializing with activities, nice touch.

The staff here are EXCELLENT!! They go above and beyond, and really seem to love helping people, and their jobs. Plus you get free diner and breakfast!!

Beautiful accommodations third floor had some work being done but room was immaculate. Breakfast was good, children enjoyed the pool. Daughter enjoyed the washer and dryer, could do laundry for free.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Downside it's it's located right on a busy road and you can here it 24/7 even on the highest floors. Free breakfast and free parking. Gym was currently closed for renovations

This has been one of my favorite choices when it comes to hotels. Rooms always clean and well kept. They have outstanding customer service.

Was in town for a wedding and stayed here because of the closeness to downtown and the suites. Room sizes were great, comfortable, and clean. The living room area between the rooms was great to have family visit or hang out between wedding events. Breakfasts in the morning were nice with good selection. My only complaints, and they are minor, is that in the suite the room with the king bed had a bathtub an the other room with the two queen sizes had a nice walk in shower. Not sure why the room was designed that way.y other complaint is that the drain in the tub was very slow. Other than those small things we had a wonderful stay.

Best I've stayed in yet! Nice clean spacious rooms! Staff is so helpful and friendly, you can't help but feel welcomed. Barbara is so charming. We will be back!

we stayed here for 12 days, it was one of our most enjoyable stays ever in a hotel. with the free laundry and free breakfast and dinners during the week it was a nice money saver, and the dinners were surprisingly good.

I stayed here throughout several weeks of training for my job. The amenities are very nice and cozy, however, I was disappointed in there being no bathtub in most of the rooms and no hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area. The pool area was indoor and was overwhelming with the smell of chlorine, and it only goes to 5 feet deep, which is a bit boring. The dinners were okay, but certainly not impressive. There really wasn't much variety in the dinners. The breakfast selection was impressive though. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I walked into the place and fell in love. Nicely made BIG bed and a full kitchen. Huge shower. Very nice and it has truck parking, for 2 trucks.

If you're looking for bare-bones comfort, this is it. Perfect if you're in town for an extended period of time or any type of business traveler as breakfast AND dinner is always provided. However, if you're looking for luxury and finesse, this is not the place. Basically, this place does the job well, which may or may not be what you're looking for. On a side note, the staff are freaking awesome!

A wonderful stay. The rooms were beautiful and very affordable. I would give it 5 stars except the pool had to much chlorine. Ms Bridgette who served breakfast and Ashley at the front desk were wonderful.

When we first got to the Staybridge Hotel and in our room we had trouble with the restroom. We got it fixed fairly easy. Then went to go use the pool area. As soon as you walk in the door you're instantly bombarded with nothing but chlorine. Your eyes would burn and water and could really only be in there for 30 to 45 minutes tops it would have been better if you could fit the room by opening a door but that wasn't possible. However the staff was kind and quick. The room was beautiful very convenient and wasn't too far away from restaurants. The beds were also quite comfortable and the in the pillows were amazing. The room also came with breakfast the next morning and it was quite great! Over all my stay was very pleasurable.

It was very chic and beautiful. All of the staff was the best, from the desk, the kitchen staff, the housekeeping staff...everyone had the best qualities any 5 star hotel could possibly have.

Staybridge is by far one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Dinner/Social hour is always fun. You get to meet new people from different walks of life who travel for work or who may just be on vacation. The staff (Rick, K'Leigh, Ashley, KiKi) were absolutely amazing. I stayed here for over a month and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you guys for a great time!

I stayed last week for a training class in town and could not be happier. The front desk staff was attentive and charming. The room was spacious and clean. The evening reception was most enjoyable. I look forward to staying again when I am in town

Well we haven't stayed there yet but we're going to.in May but staff was so helpful and nice. I can't wait to get there. The staff gets a five star from me.

Large, clean suite that is a great home away from home for a family. Friendly staff and nice pool/gym facility. Close to some nice restaurants and a heart beat from the Riverbank Zoo.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby is of the original home with the original flooring, beautiful. The managers cocktail ever evening gives a chance to meet with other hotel guest. Great place, morning breakfast served by a friendly staff, would definitely go back.

Staybridge has the best staff in the entire state. This was my best experience at a hotel in 5+ years. Rick and everyone who works at the front desk are amazing people who actually care about you having a great stay and experience. The hotel is slightly more expensive than others, however no question in my mind, I would choose this one over any of the others.

Wonderful Hotel and decorated very nice. Staff were very welcoming as we entered the door until we left. Breakfast was wonderful and so was the staff. Very Clean Room was very nice and clean, WiFi connectivity was great. Would stay here again and again.

It's a very nice hotel with many amenities including dinner Monday- Thursday. It's conveniently located near the Vista. The only drawback is how close it is to the interstate. It can be a little loud-take earplugs!

I stayed at this hotel for my brother's graduation from boot camp on Fort Jackson. I was torn between 4 stars and 3 stars. I felt there were some major issues with the hotel so I decided on 3. The hotel staff was very friendly. Everything felt very clean and neat. The breakfast was fine your average hotel breakfast. Nothing to write home about. We also ate the free dinner one night and it was decent. They have a changing menu so it could be hit or miss if you liked it or not.

However I had 3 main concerns.
1. To get into the hotel parking lot you have to make a very quick cut across several lanes of traffic. This is fast moving traffic that is not going to play nice and let you cut in. It's 45 mph traffic that's honking and not very forgiving. I know I almost got in a wreck twice during my stay. It made getting into the hotel very nerve wrecking. So we often planned our day with the fewest stops back at the hotel as possible. This was by far my biggest issue with the hotel. (A note to other Fort Jackson visitors. It is about a 15 to 20 minute drive to base depending on traffic. It is a pretty easy drive to base but like I said getting back can be pretty awful.)

2. The rooms are not very soundproof to the hallway. Anything and everything comes right through the doors. We were right next to the elevators and every lift that came up you could hear the ding and people chatting. It didn't effect me all that much but if you are a light sleeper I could see it being an issue.

3. The third issue is parking. The hotel is on a large hill. As it gets later in the night the spots at the top of the hill closer to the hotel fill up. Making you park at the bottom. It wasn't an issue for me but my older grandmother had issues walking up the hill. So I would have to drop her off at the top. Which also wasn't very convenient as there is no designated turn around so you have to do an awkward 4 point turn between the rows of cars.

If I had the chance of re doing my choice on hotel I would. I would try and either stay closer to base or on base itself.

Staybridge is our choice hotel when we come to SC...3-5 times a year for the past 3.5 years. GREAT STAFF!!! BREAKFAST every morning, can't be beat! Diner Sunday thru Thursday, NEVER had a bad meal. Miss Barbara (breakfast lady) not only cooks but makes you feel like you are at home, gotta love Miss Barbara.

Staff is extremely friendly! Daily hot breakfast and pet friendly. Good place to stay if you're traveling to SC. All the rooms are suites with full kitchens. Recommend

Staybridge Suites is a great place to stay. I am currently staying there for work purposes and have stayed there for a couple of weeks. They are very friendly. The hotel staff is very helpful. They offer full breakfast daily and dinner Monday thru Thursday. The food is good as well. The hotel is always clean and well stocked with items. They have a store where you can purchase household or personal items. They have a exercise room, indoor and outdoor pool areas, and a laundry room. This place is ideal for long stay.

Beautiful suite rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Free dinner and drinks in the evenings. Great place to stay!

I have been here twice - this time for the better part of a month. The hotel is wonderful! It is very conveniently located near the Vista and downtown, while still providing the peace and quiet that I like in a hotel. My only gripe is that the food is inconsistent. Sometimes the dinners are great - other times, inedible. I don't care since I typically prepare my own. The staff is very courteous and competent. The accommodations are more than comfortable. What can I say? My home away from home!

For what this place costs, I was not impressed; the sink didn't work, the shower ran water all over the floor, you could hear your neighbor's bathroom use, and you could hear all of the street noise. The dinner served was just okay. I don't plan to stay again.
