The hotel was well taken care of with nice rooms. The staff there was very nice and welcoming. The staff made the stay more comfortable and relaxing.
There is an outdoor pool, exercise room, selflaundry, full breakfast buffet all included at an affordable price.
5 stars were because of the staff otherwise it would be a 4.

My overnight stay was a pleasant experience the linen was clean, white and neat. The staff was helpful and pleasant to talk to, The front desk staff made sure I knew all of the amenities they offered. The airport shuttle schedule was displayed near the front desk. My overall stay at Staybridge Suites was Great. I would definitely stay at Staybridge again

Great hotel with a lot of amenities. Suites are clean, comfortable beds, kitchen has a fridge, cook top stove, utensils, etc., bath/shower/lav are separated from the sink. They have a complimentary breakfast, offer beverages & evening snacks, a decent pool, workout room, & meeting areas.

I have never stayed the night here but have rented out the banquet room for a few party’s,
The room is really big and includes the tables and chairs and table covers- there is bathroom right there so you don’t have to go far there are 2 other rooms for you to put the food and your other stuff they will loan you carts to take your stuff up and down the elevator the staff is really nice I got there early to decor the room and I was able to get breakfast 🥞 wow they at was great!!!! Couldn’t be happier

This hotel is the best place we have EVER stayed at. They treat you with respect and the hotel itself is amazing. It is very modern with high quality. The grounds alone are amazing! The pool is very cool and the hot tub is also amazing. The pool is so cool in that it is an outdoor and indoor pool. It is very fun to swim in. The grounds have many beautiful places to sit during the day and at night. There is a gorgeous lake to sit at or by the pool. The restaurant and bars are very good too. Delicious food! The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Great hotel! Needed to get my son on a very early flight the following morning, so decided to stay close to the airport. Our rooms were updated, very clean, well lit, extra towels, and extremely quiet (which I had requested). Personally, I usually have a difficult time sleeping due to varying mattress firmness, but slept like a baby here! I would not hesitate to stay at the Staybridge Suites at Orlando Airport location again & would recommend to anyone wanting an updated, extremely clean room & great night's rest!

Honestly the most friendly hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. And a huge thank you for allowing us to check in a little early. The hotel was clean and very accommodating.

Great stay thus far. Day 2 of 4. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is wonderful. It has a kitchenette, so we don't have to eat out every meal. My choice is made next time I come back to Orlando!

AWESOME...AWESOME..here for business. Great property and near EVERYTHING. Add outdoor patio area, gas grill, gas fire pit and plenty of comfortable seating areas....A cigar and a Scotch! I will come back to this location for a vacation soon. Loved it!

Great attention in this place. The complementary dinner could be better but at the end of the day is free. The place could use some renovations, seems dated here and there but overall a great time.

Rooms are spacious and include all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Full size refrigerator and microwave with 2 burner ceramic cooktop. Breakfast is credible and well presented and includes fruit, waffles and varied hot items. Pool and jacuzzi and basketball court round out the overall positive experience. Great value.

I'm staying here with a large group of people and on three separate occasions someone was either told an already occupied room was theirs or had a stranger randomly enter the room we were in and tell us that they were given. The front desk gave me the room key to my room and a few hours later, I was woken up by a random man opening the door and turning the lights on in the middle of the night with his own room key. The inability to know who is in what room and which rooms are vacant or occupied is a serious flaw that could have ended much worse than it did. When confronted, the front desk manager simply apologized and when asked if a manager was present said that due to the fact it was a weekend there wouldn't be a manager for another day. While the rooms and the physical plant are actually very good, the management and services are without a doubt sub par.

We booked here when Delta Airlines messed up a flight. This hotel is amazing!! The shuttle driver, Joe, is phenomenal and went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The gentleman at the desk was great and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite when they seen there was 4 of us that were going to share a double queen room. We checked in late (9pm) and the front desk willingly gave us the late checkout so we could swim, eat, and sleep a little before we catch our next flight. My husband and I will totally recommend this hotel to anyone that is in the Orlando area!!

Really enjoy the food, beer & wine and especially the cookies for Happy Hour on Monday through Wednesday. We had pulled pork the first night and loaded baked potatoes with all the fixings the last 2 nights and the ffod quality and taste were great! The rooms are also spacious, modern and clean - a great choice for your extended stay in the area!

So accommodating to our needs. We had a few requests to the front desk and not one thing we requested was a problem. The staff is polite, and professional.

I love the Staybridge Suites. I've hosted my own party there and have attended a small wedding for a friend. It's a nice size for small gatherings. The area is always clean and the area is great. Restaurants in every direction and just 1 block from the airport and highway.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.One suggestion is to expand the breakfast area. It gets crowded. Also the staff was not filling breakfast items 20 minutes prior to the official ending time of 9:30 am. Parking lot also gets full. There's no place to park at night.

I like this place, nice comfy large clean rooms with full kitchenette and living room area. At this location on Mon - Wed evening they offer a free buffet food bar with hot food and salad bar, along with soda pop, wine, and beer, all free to guest. Its a social hour event they do to get guests to talk to each other more, and its a great idea. The room cost about $110 night, or is discounted for weekly and monthly long term rentals, as this place is stayed in mostly by long term management type workers who are for example building a hospital nearby. Its the engineers and supervisors who stay here as other cheap run down weekly hotels can be had for about $200 per week. But this keeps the place nice, clean, and safe. They have a free 24 hour airport shuttle bus too. The AC can be turned down very cold, which I like! I would stay here again.

I recently stayed here on my return from a Carnival cruise. After arriving we found out not only will Staybridge pick you up at the airport, they have a port shuttle as well! If we had known this we would have booked all 3 nights in Orlando with them rather than renting two different cars and finding lodging near the port! The hotel is immaculate, the breakfast is great with a ton of choices and it's central to a variety of restaurants also. As well as being only 30 minutes from Universal Boulevard! I will definitely be staying here when I'm in Orlando again :)

The hotel is contemporary and spacious. The staff are courteous and friendly. The room is up-to-date and large, perfectly adequate for my needs. I would like to see an elyptical in the workout room, but the pool is saltwater which is very nice. I would stay here again...

The rooms are amazing for the price. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the views from our room were incredible. We did have problems with the keys not working, but the front desk staff were very patient and gave us reasons why they may have been de-magnetized (too close to electronics). Also, the staff were very accommodating to our large mastiffs, and were always making sure that we were happy. The proximity to the airport (although we weren't there for that), restaurants, the Florida Mall, and theme parks was great. We enjoyed our stay here, and would come back again if we had the option.

The hotel has everything we were looking for so we were satisfied. There is an outdoor pool and a gym on the first floor. They also provide free laundry which is also very convenient.

Not amazing but not bad either. Rooms were big enough and clean. Fitness room is small but functional. Breakfast and happy hours free and decent. One bad thing was that the fire alarms kept going off. They went off at least three times during the middle of the night and day.

Customer service was wonderful. Matthew made sure our first visit was a great one! We will definitely come back. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen!

Parking is free. Went to a baby shower in what seemed to be the Continental breakfast spot. Great space for a party

This place is really a home away from home. Attentive and friendly staff. You really can't go wrong with this hotel.

Good room layouts and friendly staff. Clean and compartmentalized restroom. But main door slams shut (dangerously) and trash was not removed for 3 days.

I stayed at the hotel for an event and my overall experience was great. Rooms were nice, nothing seemed dirty or out of place. Your head melts into the softest most amazing pillows. The food throughout the day was also good.

This place is the ish. Stayed there twice, both times I was pleased. Breakfast is free and great food. It kept me full all day. I LOVE THE STAYBRIDGE. Thumbs the F up for them.

Spent 12 days here due to work. I had a wonderful stay here it felt like home. Monday through Wednesday nights they have social time they offer free food and drinks breakfast every day here as well. My room also came with a kitchen that was great I was able to save money by coming my own food instead of eating out for every meal. The rooms come with everything you need and more.

The location wasn't difficult to get to and the staff was helpful. The location of the event was very spacious and it wasn't far from the main entrance. The only issue was parking. If there was more parking available, the location would have been better.

I stayed there for 40 days in 2016. My room had a big kitchen, great room, free breakfast, free laundry. People working there were nice. It should have been 4 stars at least. But the reason I gave it three stars is because their key card lock, wifi, and dryers were not working. For more than 10 days, I had to go to the front and tell them to open the door every time. They needed to use an iron key instead of card key to open the door. WiFi was unstable and sometimes it's down, unable to use at all. And they have three dryers, and one of three was broken while I stayed there, which means they didn't fix it for over 40 days. I couldn't change the hotel since my company paid for it for 40 days. I was told to stay there.

The room was awesome! 2 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room, great layout. The hot tub was hot and pool was sanitized. The social hour was 2 hours free beer and Wine and chicken wing bar. Breakfast to go on a 5:00 am flight and prompt shuttle service.

Overall this is a wonderful place for a social gathering. The rooms are beautiful and they have a breakfast buffet in the morning. Our church usually comes here a few times a year and staybridge hosts. Never an issue!

Paula, at the front desk, was very busy. She had an unexpected influx of customers because of weather stranding them, and us, in Orlando. She was calm and collected as she helped each guest. She offered us coffee while we waited, and changed the tv to the football game. Very good room. Great customer service from Paula.

I had an amazing stay here this week. From the roomy suite, which included a full sized fridge and cooktop, to the comfy bed. Other great perks like free hot breakfasts, or breakfast goodie bags if you are in a rush, to the free beer, wine and apps during the 2 hour Staybridge Suites Socials. The extras like popcorn & coffee in the room, or the Consieraige By Text (I was texted when my room was being made ready for me, when it was available, asked if I needed anything or had any questions, and even had prompt replacement of my water putcher when I asked for a new one by text) I was here on business, but would definitely like to return soon on pleasure. Thanks for everything Jedra!

The carpet in the room could have been a little cleaner, other than that, these are awesome suites. There's a full kitchen(refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, dishes, microwave, cups, utensils). The bed is comfortable. Outside noise is not bad.

The hotel is old but good. The food and the shuttle service is bad. For instance, I always had to wait more than 30 minutes each time I requested it.

For an overnight stay, I was very comfortable. Front desk check in was fast and efficient. I called a head of time to request an early check in. Upon arrival they had my room ready with a smiling face. The room was very comfortable. The room had a full kitchen with accessories, a living area and a private bedroom. Which was nice so I can watch sport highlights in the living room, while my significant other watches her show. Air-conditioning was super cold, I like that so it didn't bother me. But I was able to easily adjust temperature. Bathroom had a lot of room, and the shower was nice and hot. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was refreshing, nice large room with good food, highly recommend the waffles. Highly recommended to stay here if you have the chance.

Stayed in a different hotel every night for 10 days. Staybridge hands down has the best bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet is a plus and free parking.

Convenient. Nice BR/LR setup. Parking is rather tricky, usually full. Room was rather spacious. Table only for two. Cute kitchenette with dishes ready for use. Breakfast was decent. Just know there may be sugar ants in abundance when it's warm and they come out the woodworks instantly if there is food or sugar around. Maintenance was pretty quick to respond. Overall the room served it's purpose

Room had musty smell, but otherwise was clean. Had a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa, king bed was comfortable. Parking was horrible, hotel was pretty full and parking overflowed the spaces available.

Clean and spacious. Could use a little more options at the continental breakfast. No regular milk and the waffle machine was broken, but they had fountain drinks. The most annoying thing was probably getting to the lobby from the room. The place is so big I had to walk down 2 giant hallways to get to the elevator. But I suppose it's worth it to make sure they have enough rooms available.

Our Mission Board of 22 folks held its annual meeting here and everything was excellent - friendliness of staff, conference room, Thursday 'social hour' with great food (and kindnesses from Cinetiar "Tia" and Kim), prompt attention to requests, clean rooms, and free shuttle! No wonder we keep coming back!
