The perfect place for a weekend staycation in Singapore. Takes you 20min to get there, but you feel like you are on a holiday. Love the gym! Rooms are modern and the vibe is great as in most W Hotels!
Staff is also super attentive and makes sure you have a great stay!

Love the pool, spa facilities and neighbourhood vibe. The breakfast is decent too but room service food can be better.
Staff service is great! Friendly, smiley and they are great with our 4yr old daughter.

Nice hotel tucked in a unique part of Singapore on Sentosa island. Staff are friendly and the pool, gym and spa are well equipped. Food is okay, the breakfast food quality improved after sharing feedback with them. So they are keen to improve and get things sorted.

A well decorated hotel close by to Sentosa Cove restaurants and yachts. The Shuttle bus B takes you around from the W hotel and into other parts of Sentosa and Singapore. Meeting rooms are also okay, with good space and refreshments.

What a great hotel. Facilities and amenities are great. Room was serviced daily with no complaints from us. All staff were accommodating, polite and extremely helpful. Has a great and punctual free shuttle service to get around island. Pool area is extremely clean and accommodates more than ample seating to use.

Fun and beautifully decorated hotel. Amenities well stocked and the mood lighting is a neat touch. Great dining options just beside at Quayside Isle. Just perfect for a weekend staycation.

Location is a little secluded but is right next to a stretch of eateries so is convenient for those without cars to grab a meal. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the bed is a tad too soft. Had a lot of fun at the pool. Other than that, hardly had time for the rest of the facilities. Breakfast was decent, wished it was better though.

Everything was good... food was good... crew was good... but service is not worth the price... Price is worth for the environment, the superb location, lovely rooms, cleanliness, nice pool, private pool in the room (I was in a level up room), gym, spa and other amenities...

Service need much improvement for price and for the star rating... had to wait for more than 4 hours to get early check in and they were really not supportive to give late checkout even at half day payment... I’m somewhat ok with the reasons they put on the table on early check in but reasons on late check out was not at all acceptable... they said they are fully/over booked so late checkout was not at all possible but on web (many agent sites, online booking sites, they had enough availability and was verified over the phone too)... but since I was accommodating in one of the most luxurious AWAY Room, I checked out on normal checkout time as these type of rooms are very limited so that room would have been really needed to be vacant but my colleagues’ rooms were definitely very much available and after waste of much time and words, we managed to get late check out for those at half pay, with very much hard feelings with the reception staff though it may have been not in their control...

also, need more space for breakfast area... it was bit of a hassle due to not enough space and some more variety of food is needed for the level of star rating...

An amazing place to stay, a beautiful location in the world. Singapore has the best place named sentosa. W hotel is perfect destination to stay for couple of days, there are total 10 types of rooms 1 being lowest and 10 being the highest category, I am posting type 3 room night pics, the room was perfect for family, couple and for even single too. U will get snacks and mini bar with bathtub and perfect control for music and lights inside the room. Best place. Best W

Went over to W hotel for company dinner at Skirt and the food was really good. The staff was very attentive and they even recognized that since not all of us were there, we would have a better time relaxing at the bar instead of just waiting aimlessly at the dining table. Crowd weren't super heavy, the table that made the most noise was our table, but otherwise it is a very cozy environment for friends in small groups or couples to spend quality time together. Food was really fresh and delicious, though there were some misses it was still generally quite good.

Was at skirt for a birthday celebratory dinner. Great staff! Patient, cheerful, obliging and attentive. Food was fantastic. Love the bread as a starter! Keep up the good work!

Such a great hotel for families who still want a stylish setting. Rooms are a very decent size and they’ll guarantee you a cot - we comfortably slept our 2 year old and 3 month old in the room with us. The pool area was the real highlight though, with plenty of toddler friendly space and a decent food & drink menu. We will certainly be coming back!

For those looking to splurge extra cash on a special occasion, I really could not think of a better place than W hotel. Except for a minor error in not registering my pick up from the airport, the service is beyond excellent. Extremely professional and attentive staff, had a good laugh with the doormen every time I headed out, pretty much guaranteed to have a good time.

The rooms are mind blowing, and I officially dub them to have the most comfortable beds ever. Gorgeous views of the bay. I had an incredible experience.

We had a 1-day staycation to celebrate an occasion. The room was chic, large and comfortable. However, some of the furniture were showing their age. Our room had a nice view overlooking at the swimming pool and we were given a room at the highest floor, as requested. Staff were friendly and courteous. Swimming pool is open 24-hours and we made use of this, going for a swim at about 11 p.m.

We took their Yum package, which comes with dinner buffet and breakfast for 2, with both meals at the Kitchen Table. Dinner and breakfast spread were decent and the food that we had were nice.During dinner, after hearing that we were celebrating an occasion, the staff arranged for a special cake to be served with "Congratulations" written. That was a very pleasant surprise and speaks to the W staff's customer service standards.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic service, upon arrival I realised I left my phone in the taxi from the airport. The check-in and security staff bent over backwards locating the taxi driver and arranging the return of my phone (kudos also to the honest taxi driver who returned the phone to the Hotel). The hotel itself is all the marketing material said it was, beautifully appointed rooms with a high level of attention to detail The pool area is incredible also.
After just travelling throughout Japan it was refreshing to stay in a room that wasn't the size of a shoe box for a similar amount of money.
Thoroughly recommend staying here.

The W is a wonderful hotel with a very Urban feel. The rooms are clean and there's fun lighting under the beds and walls. The shower has a wand and rain shower head. There's also a giant tub that two people can get into. The beds are clean and very comfy. The pool is all shallow walking height, and the pool provides big bean bag floating devices that are great! There's also a swim up bar and towels right there at the pool for you. There's a lot of recliner chairs to lounge by the pool and half a dozen swing hammocks. The breakfast is SO good - the omelette station I had every day, fresh pastries, fruits, fruit juices, cereal, all kinds of different foods you could try over many days, and also a kids station of food placed at kid height, which was adorable. If we ever needed anything, the W was more than happy to do their best to help. I would stay here again in a heart beat! The only downside is that it does take at least 20 minutes to get off the island into the city of going by the island bus and then taking the Sentosa express. The bus and express are free though, so it's a trade off. About $10-$20 to get a grab into the city.

Loved it here! Beautiful hotel. Fantastic rooms and great service. Was here for a company retreat and the staff were so helpful and accommodating the whole time. Pool was awesome too. Gym was great and we used it several times. Had free weights and enough room for us to do our Beachbody workouts.

This hotel is an example of how small things make a big difference. First of all the hotel is a little bit of a distance from the main attractions at Sentosa. But I think that is a good thing. It is quieter and you get an excellent view across the marina. Service from everyone of the staff from the doorman to the line cook is top notch and professional. You are made to feel like the most important person in the hotel. The rooms are modern and bathrooms well stocked with amenities. The pool is the highlight of the resort and excellent for kids. On a hot day the staff went around serving frozen grapes on a stick. A really nice gesture that costs nothing but leaves such a positive impression. Will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

W hotel at Singapore is awesome to be honest, it has a huge pool and in-pool bar, the breakfast is a full buffet. It also has a segway rent for a limited time ( ask the check in for more information). And a taxi and shuttle service. I'd recommend anyone that is traveling or are planning to travel anywhere around east Asia, to go to W hotels at Singapore. 👍👍😁

Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Swimming pool is huge and fantastic - floats, water guns and balls are provided. Service staff at the restaurants are friendly, polite and very helpful.

Very chic and uniquely designed hotel. Rooms are fairly large and with a designer vibe and many details. Excellent pool area with bar in the pool and plenty of lounges and hammocks. Breakfast also excellent with a large selection. Location in Sentosa Cove is a little outside the city which makes for a relaxed setting.

The hotel door service was very on point, helping me with my taxi when I arrived and when I departed. The room on 4th floor was spacious with very beautiful interior. The balcony is very clean with nice lights. Toilet was gorgeous with open concept and a seperate door for the toilet bowl. Would greatly recommend it!;

Fabulous fun hotel. Stayed here on a work trip and after a day in the office, coming back to the hotel made me feel like I was on holidays and able to switch off. Highly recommend the W.

Excellent hotel is a good location. The pool is amazing, the rooms are top notch and the service is great as well. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. At times, there are too many kids that's the down fall. Also stay away from the expensive breakfast ($48/person) for marginally below average food isn't worth it. This was the only large negative about the place.

Had a free flow bubbly buffet at Woo bar before dinner. Good start before dinner at Skirt. Wide selection of well aged beef. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good range of premium steaks.

Been here a few times. W hotel is one of my favorite hotels in the world. You can always expect a funky and fun vibe. Great service from the bellboy to the reception to concierge to housecleaning! The suite is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a family of four to hang out and chill. The pool is not particularly crowded.

the view there is majestic, you could see countless of yatchs the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. quite a well secured place. the pools looked beautiful and well maintained. large pools, really worth the price.

Very nice resort hotel. The free-form pool was spectacular and didn't get too busy. Lots if thought went into the design of the rooms.. love the led bed headboard and orchid motif carpet. However don't expect any views of the sea as they are partially obstructed by a condo building. It's best to skip the basic level rooms as they face a boring hotel driveway. Service was unfortunately just okay, not too personable for a W hotel. Take note that it's out of the way from the main attractions on sentosa. Choose this if you want a quaint getaway. Good for redemption with spg points, but I would think twice before paying for a stay here.

The stay was great! We had a suite room. The room was very clean! Except that there were other guests in other rooms talking quite loudly and I could hear them from my room. I find the snacks, given the portion, was quite pricey too. Semosa cost around 18 dollars. The 2 of the pillows were very very very thin. We need to fold the pillows in order to lie down on it.

Went there for a wedding lunch. Very good ambience. Lovely place. Good and friendly staffs. Enjoyed my day there.

Really enjoyed my stay with the hotel this weekend! Was celebrating a friend's farewell, and the ground floor suites were perfect for the occasion. We had a pool and an outdoor bathtub to ourselves, and the entire look and feel of the room from the time we entered, to the room service deliveries and check out, was a very smooth seamless process. At every juncture, the effort made by the staff to optimize the user experience was pretty en pointe, and I greatly appreciated it.

The common pool was also very comfortable, as it's heated for some fancy reason. Connected to a poolside bar, the overall experience is just very much friendly to make me want to indulge in everything.

All in all, super loved the weekend getaway, especially since it's stuck on its own at one corner of Sentosa island.

We were not even guests here but while waiting for a bus the kind staff offered myself,my mother and my elderly nana a seat inside out of the heat and a bottle of water each. This kind gesture was very heart warming and much appreciated. Well done to your staff for going above and beyond we will be sure to recommend your hotel.

Very comfortable, nice swimming pool and gym. It's open 24 hrs. The staffs are kind to help. They provide limited shuttle buses so be careful of the time.

Location was secluded, but accessible. Quite a few selection of restaurants on the building next door. Hotel was stylishly decorated as per W's standard. Check in and check out were quick, although line exists during busy hours. Room was spacious and clean. Request for child's crib and bathroom amenities were quickly accommodated. Swimming pool was large and had floats. I would recommend adding some children toys in the children's pool. Fitness and spa facilities looked good, although I didn't try. A solid 4-star SPG hotel, I recommend it!

The W Hotel Ballroom is great for any occasion or event. The ambiance was electrifying and the food served were excellent! I certainly recommend W Singapore to anyone how wants to have their event or wedding to be held there.

The good: Room is spacious, clean... Staff is friendly and helpful staff - typical of the good hotel... The no-so good: hotel front patio is quite disorganized - look the cars parking n waiting, n you know why. The sight to the car park entrance - I think improvement can be made. The worst: why provide complimentary WIFI if it can work most of the time! It does no good to the hotel image and national image too! No free stuff is much better than free non-working stuff. Very bad!

Room is nice. Amenities are great and enviroment is fantastic. But service is extremely bad. Staff is rude and not helpful.

Its a good place to visit with family or for dates as the view over there is beautiful. There is restaurants over there so no worries about getting food. Getting over there might be a little difficult, may want to take additional 15-30 minutes travelling time.

Had dinner at The Kitchen Table. The service was outstanding but we have our reservation on the quality of the spread. Impression as follows. Give the dim sum a miss. The best of the spread were the Cantonese style steam fish and masala chicken. Bread and butter pudding was dry. Lava cake in a cup without lava. Sakae Sushi may have a chance in winning the sushi station.

We are staying here for a week of relaxation to celebrate 25 years of marriage - the hotel is stunning, brilliant facilities, scrumptious variety of food in the restaurants, very attentive staff - even marked our celebration with a cake and decorated our room in the evening - thank you for very happy memories.

The hotel is tucked in a nice quiet area of the island with a courtesy bus to the main resort world on the island and links to the bus system around the island.

My family was pampered well. Received a cake with balloons for may daughter on Day 1, I received a gift toiletries on Day 2. They have over half a dozen different types of pillows to pick from. There are 2 mood lighting colours. We were only given our rooms after 4pm, but duly compensated with a late checkout of 2pm.

Staff service was good! Room has a pretty nice interior as well! Nothing much to complain about except it's kinda inaccessible from anywhere else in Singapore lol. Even getting to the gateway takes a 15 min drive!

Funky hotel, relaxing Sentosa setting. They also rent out free mini scooters so that you can move around the island freely. Breakfast was average. On Friday night I stayed there was also live DJ music in the lobby bar.

Beautiful indoors and decor. It's restaurant is known for its Breakfast. Quiet and secluded location on one corner of upscale Sentosa.

Incredible stay at the W Singapore. Although Sentosa Cove is a bit out of the way, it is completely worth it for the spectacular setting and amenities. Waking up with your own private pool and enjoying coffee under the palm trees is the perfect way to start every day in Singapore.

Fairly easy to get a quick Taxi or Uber into the city, never an issue getting around. Sherwin at the front desk was also fantastic, incredibly helpful with every request. On the last day I debated switching to the Marina Bay Sands just for the pool but I couldn't give up the incredible atmosphere of the W and trade it for the Chaos at MBS.

Very nice experience here. I was impressed with the free smartphone they offer and all kind of electronic connection/adapter provided. Also the view from my room was extraordinary to the marina.

This is my favourite place to book a staycation in Singapore - away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's by the waterfront and has a unique sense of tranquility which I absolutely adore. My partner and I have stayed here on several occasions and service has been impeccably outstanding and consistent. Amazing amazing pool. Breakfast buffet is also the best we've had.

Went there for a wedding -- every dish was individually plated for everyone! Service was pretty good except for an instance when a drink was split and one of our table's servers did not take the initiative to clean it up.. otherwise I had a great experience!

The Best Resort in Singapore! The W definitely has made this place the ultimate 'chill' experience. Just beside the the dock of yachts - this hip and trendy hotel brings in the awesome feeling of luxury at a good price. Best for staycations and is a must see for tourists -as it gives a great vibe away fro the stress and daily rush in the City area. Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

The only smallest negative for us which could easily be a positive for others was the £10-15 return taxi ride to get anywhere but that is really scraping the barrel!

Highly recommended for a hole in your wallet. The room was awesome! I couldn't bear to leave. We ordered room service in the middle of the night. You can take a walk at sentosa cove and enjoy the breeze. Surrounded with beautiful yatchs. I would like to have another staycation there soon~

Lovely pool with floats you can just grab to laze on. Service was generally good. It was convenient to open the door with SPG Wireless enabled on the Apple Watch. There was some party going on till nearly 3am though, along with the thumping bass from the pool party during the day, not exactly a place to get away from it all.

Fun fact! The welcome mats are changed 3 times a day to greet you Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening!
