Very nice hotel with recent remodel. Staff was prompt and professional as well as friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The general manager and all the staff at this location were exceptional! They allowed me to have Care Med set up a hospital bed in the handicap room for my mother-in-law to sleep in. My mother-in-law is wheelchair bound and could not of made this trip had they not allowed it. We brought her to this area for what will most likely be her last family reunion, due to her deteriorating health. We can not come close to expressing how thankful we are to all the general manager and staff for everything they did for us while we were there. I highly recommend them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We stayed one night at the Best Western in Andalusia. The pool was so nice, and the employees were friendlier than most employees at hotels. We'll definitely visit again!

Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was okay, just your normal hotel breakfast. Would be nice if they had a washer/dryer on site. We were there for a state softball tournament so we had to leave to wash the children's uniforms.

I stayed in a room with with a single king size bed. The price was $98.60 after taxes and fees. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has several fast food restaurants, such as Zaxby, in close proximity. I had a minor problem with the television service. Sometimes, channels would take a few seconds to come in, and one channel consistently failed to come in. Also, shower knob has to be pulled out to actually turn on the water and turned to adjust the temperature. This is not a negative, but I did not know that since I have never used that type of knob before, so I wanted to make a note. Apparently, the vending machines only dispense drinks, but you can get snacks from the gas station next to the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Very friendly staff. Room was very nice clean. A/C worked great. Breakfast was your typical breakfast at these kind of hotels. Definitely work stay again.

Was very nice....rooms were clean and functional. Microwave and mini fridge did the job for me. The TV Was nice but no hi def but cant have it all....staff and managment were excellent. Super friendly and whatever i needed they had it. Very much Enjoyed the stay and I will return when i get back to Andalusia, AL Thanks !!!

Very good experience at this property....we stopped in at the last minute...just decided we had driven far enough for the day. They were very accommodating and the room was excellent. Very quiet, breakfast was very good...and the staff was professional and caring. We will stay here again if we are in the area

Not bad, fairly decent for the area. The breakfast is okay if you don't mind eating off paper plates and cups. Price is on the high side for what you get. Locals recommend the newly opened Holiday Express but I found out too late in my stay.

this is our go to place to stay when visiting andalusia. the hotel had been remodeled before our last stay. a tremendous improvement. staff was professionally spot on and accommodating with a handicap room for my wife. can't ever remember not being able to have a handicap room.

if you are ever in the area, plan a stay, the patel's will take good care of you.

Check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, standard Continental fare. Will be staying here again.

Clean. friendly. Really nice modern accommodations. No laundromat. No freezers in the mini fridges and no ice. Had to get ice from the gas station next door.:(

Stopped in for just a few minutes to meet and have a bite after traveling to and from Nashville this week. Was nice, cleanly,staff seemed professional and kind. Overall nice visit and nice place.

It is not a 2.5 star hotel. It is like a motel like red roof. However, unlike those motels, it was clean and had decent breakfast.

Room was nice. Pillows were small and not very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small. Had a hard time regulating hot/cold water. Free breakfast was good. Would stay again.

It's an older motel but it has been recently renovated. The rooms are outside facing which is kind of a bummer. Not bad for a last minute stay.

I had a good trip. Clean room. No noise complaint. Coffee in the morning however I do wish I was able to wake early enough for breakfast. All and all. Good stay.

Hotel is very nice especially since remodeling it. We come down from Illinois every year for the Rattler. Front desk woman was very friendly. Great location with alot of places to eat nearby.

The hotel was either newly built or newly remodled. The room was comfortable and the staff was great. I will stay again when i return for more training.

Hotel is outdated and smells old. Bathrooms are very small. Breakfast absolutely sucked. Should be much better for the price. Find another establishment if you are looking to stay in Andalusia.

The room was clean, we had no noise problems, and breakfast was decent. There is not much else around, definitely no coffee shop, and it's no fun dragging luggage up the stairs ... but overall a good visit.

Bad experience. We had a broken bed frame. Management did nothing to amend for the experience. Later that day we found fleas in our clothing. Another Patel poor experience.
