Wonderful experience here; the staff couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were clean and well kept. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice hotel with an excellent spa. Breakfast is also very complete with a lot of options of sausages, juices, cheeses. But you have to go early, when some option runs out sometimes is not refilled (salmon). Rooms are open and clean

The location is at a shopping area, with lots of brand names like Zara, LV, Adidas etc nearby. It is also close to supermarkets. The bus goes to the attractions like Brandenburg Gate in about 15 minutes which is fairly decent. The breakfast is excellent, with many choices. The room is quite big as well. The only issue I had was that when I requested for an extra chair from room service, I had to ask twice before it was actually delivered. Else, everything was great.

Crowne Plaza Berlin City is right at the heart of the city moments away from shopping and just off Berlin Zoo. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport, TXL, which is about €20 in a taxi. The hotel is nice and on a quiet street. The rooms are modern and well planned and all rooms have saved and coffee and tea making facilities. The bathrooms are small but well planned. They have a decent sized gym and a good pool. The restaurant and bars are good and reasonable priced. Overall a good hotel right at the city centre.

This was my first time at this hotel and it was an absolute pleasure. In the heart of Berlin it is a lovely and uniquely placed hotel. It is very well located right in the center of the main shopping district and a few minutes walk to central Berlin which makes it very handy for the tourist and business person alike. I received a marvelous welcome with my checking paperwork ready and a wonderful upgrade to a suite they took care of everything, being a IHG Spire Elite Rewards club member, a program that is free to join and gives you the best rate when booking online. I was given a lovely room. They are not required to give fruit or chocolates this is usually reserved for Ambassadors at InterContinentals, but they delivered a lovely gift with a welcome card and it was a great touch.

This is very nicely laid out hotel with a great restaurant a lovely bar. A well supplied Lounge area to top off a very good offering of facilities. It is a good efficient Hotel if you have an issue let the wonderful staff on the front desk know and it will be resolved, especially with the superb Staff at guest relations, but generally all the staff are lovely. They all speak English and are charming.

The room was very nice. The bed was like sleeping on a Plush cloud, I prefer feather pillows and they were superb here. The bathroom had a great sized bath, separate shower and all the amenities you could need. The bedroom is very quiet. An ambient temperature is kept by very good air conditioning, the rooms are very clean and well kept by an efficient house keeping, with the rooms made up brilliantly everyday. The curtains in the room are block out, so a sleep in is possible, the amenities amongst the very best, with a good stocked mini bar. I enjoyed my stay very much and the restaurant for dinner was superb. The breakfast room is on the ground floor it has a good selection. Hot foods bacon, sausages, eggs,with a chef to cook eggs to your liking, tomatoes and mushrooms. Cold hams, meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits and good variety of juices and teas and coffees. The service is quick and efficient.
I will certainly stay at this hotel again when in Berlin. Simply had a wonderful stay!

We have stayed in the Crowne Plaza in Berlin city centre every year for the past 10 years. Rooms are clean and well appointed, as we usually stay for a week or more, there is not enough storage space. The rooms were updated a few years ago and were in my opinion better before this. Staff are great in particular Fritz the concierge, who is one of the best in Europe, the front desk can be sometimes a bit lax. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, with a huge choice and is well prepared. The location in superb with good access to shopping and the Tiergarten. There are many excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking is excellent in the two car parks. The rooms are a standard size for Europe which can be a bit small if you have a lot of luggage. We will miss staying here again this year but we feel that standards have dropped slowly over the last few years, because of this we now stay in another nearby hotel for our annual visit.

Well renowated and stylish hotel with excellent beds. The service of the staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast selection was very good and no hassle despite busy weekend morning crowd. The location is central with only short walking distance to major shopping streets. Well equipped gym. Would gladly stay here again with more time than just one night.

I attended Crown Plaza for a conference. While the event was rather mediocre; the venue itself was great. My interaction with the staff was also decent. Well behaved and professional. The location of the Hotel is also a huge plus point, Especially with regards to the food-options around Wittenbergerplatz.

Sauna, gym and Swimming pool included in the price and it is very central! I would recommend to anyone who is willing to spend the 80-120€ for a double!

Very good hotel. Rooms need updating but still clean and comfortable. Good selection of cable channels- even have an Israeli channel and also a rare place where a kosher breakfast is served

The hotel is located in a decent area, close to the Kurfürstendamm and the Europa Shopping Centre. The hotel is a bit crowded sometimes (e.g. because of conferences at the hotel).

Nice hotel with easy access to the metro system and to and from the airport. It's proximity to the zoo and the shopping area of Berlin gives it additional appeal. Also close to the gay quarter. Nice tools. Spacious bathroom. Although difficult to not get the floor wet when showering. Sauna and swimming pool facilities are decent as well. Nice staff who speak perfect English. I recommend!

We have just got back off our trip to berlin.. the room was clean and suited us for our holiday... there are a few things i would like to pick up on, i thought for the price we paid we would have had a bigger bathroom as only one person at a time could use it,Which made it a squeeze if i needed anything out the bathroom and the towels smelt of smoke. having a shower and drying off with a smokey towel it not good and needs addressing.

The doors out the front kept stopping the starting at lobby but i found it amusing, others might not. Breakfast is very nice but i would have liked to have seen bigger pork sausages and fried eggs. I like milk in the morning but no milk on side. All this is me being picky due how much i paid... but overall good service and ok stay.

Being picky breakfast was a tad dissapointing, the hot food was never 'hot' and in the way of hot food there wasnt a massive choice.
Location wise is very good for shopping, zoo etc, but a 20 minute underground journey to the historical sites.

Super! Very welcoming and comfortable. Staff was really helpful with our unexpected, unfortunate situation that needed a little patience. Bed was unbelievably comfy!!

In general the hotel is great and good location. Room and the bathroom were small. The breakfast was ok, quite a lot stuff to choose from.
Not big swimming pool if there are 4 adults and 3 kids, won't have free space to swim. The spa centre staff was very friendly and the whole spa is nice and clean.
The thing what spoiled my experience was there was an extra charge €80 pre day for security reasons. SERIOUSLY? Don't understand it. They returned the extra at the end but on check in we needed to pay €600 instead only our booking €300.

Great location! Friendly staff! The room we stayed in was much smaller than we liked. We had 2 twin beds in a room that is sized for a queen/king bed. The shower design was different and took some getting use to. Close to all public transportation stops & Hop-on & Hop-off tourist bus stops.

I will start with the good stuff:
1) excellent location near the shopping district and about 5.5 km from mall of Berlin.
2) staff are friendly
3) facility is relatively clean, with nice lobby. I didn't use the gym or the pool so I can't comment on it.
4) breakfast was average.

The bad things:
1) being a very frequent traveler, this hotel is at best 4 stars
2) rooms are small and bathroom is average.
3) I had to change my room twice. First room beds sheets were not clean, 2ed room was a smoking room and smelled bad.

Nice rooms, small luxurous baths. Friendly Staff. Very near to hot shopping spots and restaurants. Near the zoo! Far from Brandenburger Tor, Alexanderplatz but many sightseeingtour bus offers. Quite cold pool, gym is ok for a hotel I guess. Parking is quite expensive but there are other parking options near.

Nice clean rooms with lots of TV channels in different languages, including ITV, C4+1,E4,More4 and BBC for us English folk.

Really liked this hotel. Modern rooms, good gym and pool, excellent staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Beware €50 deposit for each night you stay. Lovely looking hotel, very central. However, did have to ask for rubbish to be emptied and sugar and tea to be replenished. Pool is also too cold. Not what you would expect from a hotel of their star rating.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms and services were luxurious and cosy! We especially loved the indoor pool as it was a snowy day outside during our visit so the warm indoor pool was a perfect way to relax after a long day of travelling around the city! And also, very humble staff! :)

Very nice hotel, walking distance to ZOO and Q-dam. Modern fitout, very kind personnel both at the reception and at the restaurant.
Airconditioning working properly in the room. Internet access for 7 EUR per day with high speed or alternatively free of charge with slower speed. Parking place onsite at 22 EUR per day.
Decent breakfasts and no difficulty to find a place even in the late morning.

Room facilities are nice, bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. Wifi is only free for 24 hours and slow unless you pay the surcharge. Parking is also fairly expensive but to be expected.

Great location in West Berlin, close to UBahn and SBahn. However, you might want to stay in the East ;). Check out the nearby Kadawe- the largest department store in continental Europe. Also, if you have kids it's near the zoo.
