The rooms are a bit dirty and old , the door handle to our bathroom did not work room 228 was our room in the hotel , the outside amenities were clean and very accessable to all people in the hotel, the pool is not very deep at 4 foot 6 in deep , the breakfast was ok but you could overhear the breakfast staff yelling back and forth trying to figure out what they had forgot or what they need to do , overall this stay was ok but I wish that my room was a bit cleaner by having the lamps wiped down , the counters wiped down better( big blotchy spots every wear on sink in the bedroom) the remote was absolutely filthy in the bedroom with a misterious stain on it , the staff was nice overall but all I ask is that please keep all of your rooms the way you guys keep your lobby and outdoor amenities , if there was anything else I would have to complain about would be the water and this is nothing personal about the hotel but the water has a tad bit much iron in it so it tasted more or less like country well water with that strong iron taste before and after

Nice hotel, has indoor pool, and outdoor basketball. No complaints about the room and the service was great.

The staff is extremely polite and everything looks really nice. The breakfast and social events were really well done. The room however was disappointing. The layout was odd and made it so you had to choose which side of the room got to enjoy the TV. The beds weren't super comfortable. It is within walking distance of multiple food joints and gas stations so if you aren't driving this is a plus. It's about a 15 minute drive from downtown. Also they offer shuttle service to and from the airport you just have to call.

Overall, not impressed. Air conditioner in living room made a rattling / clicking sound that made it difficult to sleep. Told front desk. Said they would have maintenance look at AC. That night AC not fixed and room was not made up. Told front desk. Said maintenance looked at AC but nothing wrong, made excuse it was condensation. Operations manager apologized and offered 20,000 bonuses points and switched us to new room. Room wasn't made up another night. Other problems like ice machines leaked and there was mold from it. Pool not very clean. Common rest room not cleaned well, no extra toilet paper and holder almost falling off wall. General manager obviously doesn't care.

I was stopping by to say hi to my family who was staying at this hotel and it seemed very nice! It supports unlocking rooms with an app on your phone, so that's pretty cool

The room was great. I had a suite and it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was warm.

Really nice big rooms. Friendly staff. Decent food spots around the location and very close to the airport. Love the full size refrigerator. The pool and spa were sweet.

This is where my folks usually stay when they visit from out of state. Nice hotel with a normal lounge area to play card games, etc. I really wish they had a bar.

So glad we chose Homewood Suits for our over night in Plainfield, In. Neat and clean, breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of items choose from. I highly recommend Homewood Suits 5 star.

Amazing experience. The staff were all really nice. Awesome rooms, too. Our room had a kitchen, unlike most hotel rooms. Sadly, I couldn't give it five stars. One of the beds was a very uncomfortable pull-out.

Great staff, great food, great hotel. The front desk staff went out if their way to help my kids have fun. We enjoyed the basketball hoop, and barbecue patio out back.

This trip went from horrible to great because of the service I received here. Do to miscommunication I did not have a room when I arrived late at night. They worked with me to get me a room so I wouldn't have to travel another 30 miles to a different hotel.

The first floor hallway looks fairly beat up, but the room I had itself was nice. I'm just not used to seeing Hilton properties with that much wear.

It was clean. The from the desk was attentive and friendly. Evening snack hour was great!!! Breakfast was simple but ample.

Great location, only a couple miles away from the airport. The location has lots of restaurants close by and the breakfast was generous. My one complaint was many of the outlets were not working and it was a challenge to charge my phone.

The rooms were big and clean. It was pretty quiet for being located right next to the elevator and ice machine. The bed seemed small for two of us. I had to leave but my girlfriend said the breakfast was delicious!

Close to restaurants and shopping the other airport locations are quite isolated so that is a serious perk for this location. Aside from that It is a nice extended stay. Clean and well appointed Only negatives I noticed we're the property is starting to show it's age if you look closely. Staff were great and parking was plentiful

This hotel was great! The service was amazing and the ambiance was very nice.

This turned out to be much more than I had expected. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The check-in and check-out was effortless. I booked through trip advisor as I had called the hotel and they didn't have any rooms although Trip advisor still had them. The room had a queen bed along with a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and all pots and pans including silverware and dishes. The bed was comfortable with down and feather pillows. The breakfast was freshly prepared with real dishes and silverware. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice place! My family of 6 stayed in the suite along with my sister in law and never felt cramped. We didn't have much need to interact with the staff but when we did they were great!

The facility was reasonably clean (the tub left something to be desired). The pool was small but adequate for lounging purposes (but not laps). The lack of ethernet and the shoddy WiFi was disappointing. The complementary breakfast was adequate. In general the term adequate accurately described the experience but for internet connectivity (I resorted to using my phone as a WiFi hotspot).

I was not an overnight guest of the hotel but found the atmosphere relaxing and the staff inviting.

I enjoy the homey feel of Homewood Suites. Would have been more enjoyable if I could have switched inputs on the tvs in my room so I could have watched my chromecast.

Great room, great location. Clearly still working through some details from the renovation, though - our tub faucet was not properly caulked to the wall. Pool could have been cleaner. Staff was amazing.

Only needed to stay one night for an airport run but it was perfect for what I needed. 10 or less from the airport and right next to the highway. I drive through the area frequently so if I needed a place to stay for more than a day I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, workers were nice and helpfull. Room was clean and great if more than 1 day needed.

The home wood is very welcoming and we got a very nice room for a low price. My only problem would have to be the WiFi not reaching the whole hotel.

My wife and I have stayed here twice for Gen Con, 2013 and 2014. Both visits were very pleasant. The breakfast is good and hot, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was refreshing even if the jacuzzi jets didn't work in the hot tub. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants (including a Steak and Shake). If only it weren't 20 minutes (at 1 in the morning) from the Convention Center, it would be a GREAT Gen Con motel.

We made our reservation through Hilton Advance Purchases, which the hotel staff noted when we checked in. That did not stop them from billing us anyway, which I discovered when I got my credit card statement. When I called the hotel to fix it, I was transferred to a voice mail and have not heard back.

My family enjoyed the stay at Homewood Hilton. The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. We would reccommend this hotel to any needing to stay in the area. Thanks so much. Staff were helpful and everything was great.
