I need to say that it is the first hotel in my life with such a high quality of service. I liked everything.

Room: It was bigger than I expected, the bed was huge. Furniture is, maybe not a new one, but in perfect condition, I would say in classical style. Fresh water every day. A small present from the hotel: 10-year old Porto vine. Small chocolate every day before sleeping. Cleaning is twice per day in the morning and the evening. Stuff provided in the bedroom has excellent quality.

The territory and facilities: Two swimming pools: outdoor and indoor with sauna and other facilities. We also experienced spa: the massage was nice, they indeed found my pain points on the body. Also, we tried the gourmet restaurant and it was worth the food there was delicious.

Staff in the front desk stressed not friendly, high price for the low quality, beautiful ocean view !

This is a wonderful place that I hope to visit again. It’s beautiful with an artistic design that makes you not want to leave. The staff is exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The food and drink are of the highest level and the outdoor pool, spa (like no other) and places to get away and enjoy the sea view are incredible. It’s close to Lisboa and a short walk to the beach and into town for restaurants, drinks and shopping. I’ve enjoyed staying at some wonderful places and this may be the best.

Fab swimming pools,

Depending on the occasion, this is my favourite on the Edtoril-Cascais coast. Rooms are large and have an amazing view. Guests have access to the excellent gym. Very friendly staff and great service.

Great hotel, as you would expect for this price... good service, food and rooms.
Location is superb ... just a short stroll to the beach and clean, well kept 'promenade.

Amazing hotel. Awesome staff, pool and view of the ocean. Spent the previous few days at the Four Seasons in Lisbon and this hotel is significantly nicer and costs dramatically less. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff, Amazing food at the restaurant, perfect location as you are close to many ways of transport. 100% would recomend to anyone coming to visit.

Grand entrance with a wide open lobby, great customer service, large rooms with ocean views. In my case breakfast was included and it was a great spread with fresh fruits and a great selection of other choices.

Best in Cascais. Great staff, great restaurant. Great scenic ocean views. Staying there for over 5 years and third consistency is remarkable.

I had great time at Miragem hotel on my trip to Cascais, its quiet and pleasant place to stay in the area. and staff always have smile on their face, when you talk to them.
I don’t usually eat a lot, so I skip their breakfast and lunch buffet, went to the snack bar. which basically a smaller restaurant with small menu. I had great pasta there. also you can add on some other options on your order, its easy and painless. make me feel like at home.
when I left my room, I always find my room was tidy up after I came back. and I got little complementary snacks on my table.
my only complaint will be I had a join in room, I could hear next door guests talking, but its not so bad.
over all is great place to relax.

Excellent hotel that deserves its 5 star rating, superior service and attention to detail, extremely high standard of cleanliness, staff are courteous and friendly and anticipate every need. Spectacular sea view over the infinity pool. Location very good, ten minute walk to Cascais centre. Hotel food is excellent also with a very varied and plentiful breakfast menu. All round a top class hotel to which I hope to return 😁

The hotel is at Cascais, directly facing the beach and sea. It was really beautiful. I had a single room that could actually fit two. The service at the hotel was impeccable. I also had room service and the food was okay. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk away from Cascais city. About 10 mins walk away, there is a Jumbo supermarket so that is really convenient. I had thought the room price was a little but expensive but if you like the beach and all that, it is in a very nice location in Cascais. The hotel is overall very lovely.

For a 5 star hotel the rooms are sub standard. I was given room 865 which was supposed to be a superior room with garden views and side sea view. The view was of a roof full of weeds, see first photo. A broken toilet seat didn't give us the 5 star vibe. We were moved to 861 which had a perfect view.
The staff and service were excellent and the hotel was spotless. The pool area was average for this standard of hotel.
Breakfast was good and the food at the pool bar excellent. I had a fantastic tuna salad with perfectly cooked tuna steak.
Excellent maid service, room was cleaned promptly every morning and beds turned down in the evening.
The bad room experience tarnished our 4 night stay at the hotel. We were staying breakfast only so didn't eat in the restaurant.

Wonderful pool and tv room, being the only two places I visited. Oh and yeah, the woman working in the spa room is also wonderful, Very symmetrical facial structures, very appealing and pleasing to see.

It is my favourite 5-star hotel to visit in Cascais. The most well decorated, the kindest staff, greatest view and overall better facilities are, in my opinion, at Miragem.

We have had dinner at. Cascais Miragem quite a lot the last time we were in Cascais. We have decided this time to stay there on 28th August next, as it is a beautiful hotel & very gracious staff in the restaurant & bar, along with excellent food. We look forward to our visit in August/Sept.

I've been there several times. If you take an ocean view number it's amazing, but numbers without view are not that good. They're smaller and without terrace. Also you may found some defects in no view numbers which I did not noticed in number with a view.

Anyway, I like this place and recommend for business travelers as well as for tourists, but better take numbers with an ocean view.
