Fabulous place to stay in Versailles! Great location air conditioning. Lively room with a fantastic balcony.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times each year for the last 4 years. Love the staff. Recent refurbishment was welcome.

The hotel is just one block from the entrance to the Versailles palace. Our room had a great balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

Lovely and friendly staff, lovely rooms. Good sound insulation and black out curtains so can get rally good sleep. Fantastic location, right next to the palace close to the station and food nearby.

Although sometimes a bit annoying with the fire alarms or housekeeping calling or knocking on your door when you have a "Do not disturb" sign. And when they do clean the rooms the tea/milk/soap and stuff aren't usually replenished. Not really consistent.

What a great hotel. Location is superb. Staff are excellent. Secure parking available.

10 minute walk to the palace. Next door to Tourist Info office. Opposite railway station. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice rooms; including usb charging points. Steam room and sauna excellent; includes towels and bottled water. Only thing that let it down for us was the lack of English TV channels.

I enjoyed it for the most part. The shower panes were too small, so the water splashed everywhere.

Rooms are large, well maintained. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast. They have a sauna and a hammam, but unfortunately, no swimming pool.

Hotel newly renovated, good service and excellent location for Versailles. Restaurant food was not as great, there are better places in the nearby area to get good, authentic French cuisine

Clean and comfortable rooms. Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Front desk was able to help with all of our questions of the area.

I only visited this hotel as a conference venue, so I can't report on the rooms. It was an excellent venue, well organized and well catered. One minor audio issue was quickly fixed in the first break

Beautifully updated hotel with much-appreciated amenities such as a luxurious shower/bath in a spacious, well-lit bathroom and multiple ports in convenient locations throughout the room to charge phones and tablets. Staff are very personable and the breakfast is great. 10 mins on foot from the gates of Versailles Palace. Great choice of restaurants just around the corner. As a single traveler, I felt very safe in this location. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and extremely convenient! The hotel was a short walk from my destiantion, The Palace of Versailles. The hotel itself was lovely, and the room was clean, spacious, and exactly what was advertised. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend others to stay there as well!

Freshly renovated, with touches that give a nod to Versailles Palace, like custom woven carpets to match the garden designs, wall colours that match the colours inside the palace, bathroom taps that hint of yesteryear and mirrors that are brand.new but look like they have lived for 300 years. Staff are very personable and the breakfast is great. 10 mins on foot from the gates of Versaille palace make it a snap to be early in line in the morning.
