Amazing hotel, very clean, very percise, very suitable for honey mooners and families.

Pools are clean and very entartaining staff, the hotel beach is very clean and they keep maintaing the beach ameneties at all time.

Great spa and other services inside the hotel.

So many activities to do and never ending experience (morning/after noon/ night).

The food is another story, delicious and tasty and so many options from everything (Local food dishes/ international).

As for the staff they could not be anymore amazing, very helpful and most important they try their best to serve and help you, some of them are even shy (which is good and keep things simple).

We really enjoyed our time me and my wife and definetly we are coming back.

P.s: they have a great gift shop with reasonable prices.

The fastest staff I've ever seen and all smiling. Clean pools and delicious meals. And the price is really reasonable.

Luxurious! Not as high end as the kaya palazoo but definitely still nice. The staff are great and went above and beyond to take care of us. Beach is clean and pool is big and there are waiters readily available!

Old hotel, beds are very small, bad smell inside rooms and when it is hi season then staffs can not be helpful.
There was insects in rooms as we had 2 rooms and insects bite us and let’s say it is very dangerous and not healthy choice to be there for holidays.

It's a decent all inclusive hotel. Food is ok, clean and the staff is friendly.

Great staff, food is excellent evening entertainment was very good and something different each night. Rooms were good but not 5 star, good enough for our needs but will need a revamp at some point. Beach and other facilities are excellent, golf course and Pro shop first class and very reasonably priced.

Ideal for relaxation. But foods and funs are poor.

It's a clean place and the food is very good. Drinks however are not so good. They taste cheap and they charge you extra for wifi in your room and the safe. I think that's just ridiculous

Good hotel, really nice staff. Food is good, only minuspoints are the rooms. the beds are hard and the rooms are not clean looking (beds are cleaned evreyday). Great evening program and animatation team for kids.

Lovely service but décor is now dated

The staff are polite, welcoming and endeavour to please. The hotel is kept clean and tidy, although it is beginning to look its age. The food is well presented, tasty and with plenty of variety to cater for different tastes. Entertainment is available for all ages; we enjoyed the belly dancing and Cuban act so far. The beach is ten minute from my room.

You can watch the night shows every night in bar for free ! I was wonder about Colombian dancing ..

We were in Kaya during 10 days in june 2017 with my family. We liked pools, open theater, beach. Staff of hotel - the middle level, may be staff in restaraunt more skilled than other. We didn't like - cleaning staff (not on time and not qualitatively) and photosman - very obtrusive.

Приветливый уважительный персонал, отличная кухня, Большое спасибо поварам за разнообразные и вкусные блюда, отличный пляж, огромный плюс- ухоженный сад! Активные аниматоры , рациональная планировка: пляж, бассейн,бары- все в шаговой доступности, внимание заслуживает спа центр, хороший хамам и несколько саун доступны для всех отдыхающих. Все очень понравилось, есть желание вернуться! А также отдельное спасибо отельным гидам за должное внимание и заботу!

We have just spent a lovely week at Riu Kaya Belek and they looked after our whole family brilliantly. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the mini club staff were brilliant with our children. Beautiful pools, right on the beach, great food and kind people. What more do you need for a family holiday?

Hallo Ihr Golfer/innen, gerade aus dem Golfurlaub im Kaya Belek zurück und es war wieder und das wie immer SUPER. Hier stimmt der Preis Leistungsvergleich. Alle sind bemüht und freundlich. Das Essen ist Perfekt. Die Wellness und Spa Abt. ist gut aber wenn die sportlichen Studenten da sind überfüllt. Im Massagebereich sind Vildan und Asli perfekt. Ich gebe hier 4 Sterne nachdem ich jetzt dreimal dort war. Euer WDK

Çocuklu aileler için ideal bir otel. A la cart restaurantlar çok başarılı değil. Açık büfe yemekleri ve kahvaltıları güzel ve çeşit açısından yeterli. Hergün düzenlenen akşam animasyonları ve konserler güzel bir tatil geçirmemiz sağlayabilir

1mart 5 mart tenis turnuvası için kaldığımız otelden ailece mutlu ayrılıyoruz çalışanlar çok ilgili özellikle mutfakta 2 yaşındaki kızıma özel çorba yapan kerim ve fahri beye tüm personele teşekkür ederim.Evimez gibi rahat ettik.

Havuzun hemen yaninda icecek yiyecek alacak bar olmadigi icin sicagin altinda 20 metre yuruyup bara gitmek biraz zor olabiliyor ama kaykayla servis yapan garsonlar var.

We were very happy with our stay in Kaya. Very nice room. Very nice staff. Tanya was frequently asking if everything was ok. Alexandra was helpful when we had questions . Mentioning names is always difficult because in fact we have to mention also the restaurant staff. The golfclub, etcetera.
We will come back for sure.

Обычная/ стандартная гостиница 5 звезд. Эконом класса. Так для массового потока туристов, особо не уделяют внимание туристам. Персонал старается, но не от души. Как всегда больше труться возле европейцев. Рядом есть от их "сетки" riu kaya palazzo- отель 5 баллов

Otele alışınca gayet rahat ediyorsunuz, otwkin temizliği rahatlığı ve klima konforu yerinde . Aile konseptinde olduğu için akşamları pek bir canlılık emaresi yok. Tam pansiyona dahil olan içkiler ise kalitesiz.
