Good location. Walking from the airport. Friendly staff. Lively pool area with bar, food and music. Rooms make you feel you're at an island resort.

Very good service. They have 2 restaurants and a lobby for food and drinks. The bar is well stocked.

Staff were brilliant! Very accommodating and always smiling doing their utmost to give a great customer experience.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed if not a little basic. The beds were excellent on comfort with toiletries supplied.

Pool and restaurant with bar on site and convenient for transit guests. Enjoyed dinner as well as full buffet breakfast available from 0400

We were surprised at the spacious room with bedroom and huge spa/ bathroom seperate from makn room.

Stayed here while I was in Darwin for work. Close to the airport (7 min walk) and seems like a nice place. Rooms are reasonably basic but who goes to a resort to sit in a hotel room?

Hard to find rooms. Food was good

Nice atmosphere & comfortable accommodation

I checked in was given a room , got to room and aircon was leaking all over floor ,
Went back and staff gave me another room
Was really happy .
But after we came back from a late night from fishing aircon in main bedroom wasn't working it shut its self off
And wouldn't turn on
So it was a very hot night 😩

Also I Thaught you paid on checkout this is what has occurred every other time
But room charges were already taken out
Then I had to use card again to pay for meals when checking out
Would have preferred to do all upon check out

Also there were kids behind counter while staff were serving
Then customers had to wait while lady dealt with her children

Not a very good look

I let ladies no that we had a terrible sleep no air con
And all as she could do was laugh and say I'll let maintenance know .

Quite expensive but great food and environment. Too inconvenient if needing to go to town often.

An OK place. Far from the CBD. A taxi will cost you 23$ each way, as average, and it is the only option due to there is not public transport.

It all looked lovely until noticing the unclean shower base. There is really no excuse for that. Staff need to be taught to clean properly! The best part was the meal at the Chinese restaurant downstairs.

Helpful staff, always greeting you with a smile. Well appointed rooms that suited a family of 4.

Only concerns were no (1) no coffee plunger despite asking for one and having coffee granules supplied, & (2) water pressure in the shower not great (and with 3 girls, washing hair became a bit of a chore).
