This hotel has fantastic service. Many of the employees seem to speak English reasonably well. They even provide a free smart phone with the rooms to use for the duration of your stay.

Very pleasant stay in a nice room, decent size and comfortable bed. Amenities are good except there was no shower cap. Also like the hotel for being environmental friendly.
Complimentary coffee at the lobby is wonderful.
Breakfast was nice but would be good if there can be a change in variety as we stayed there for 5 days.
All the staff were friendly and polite and helpful, overall a very enjoyable stay

It is too close to the annoying hustlers for strip clubs close by who will keep bugging you every time you go to or fro. But I can't take that against the hotel.

Cute, compact room. Everything modern, and even a view. Central location for sightseeing Tokyo in general. Subway on corner. And also right in the middle of the bar/club area for nightlife. Restaurants, shops, bars, clubs all right on your block and then some. Note: it is right next to midtown, so the neighborhood is very modern and flashy, if you were looking for something more traditional or cultural, other neighborhoods would be better.

It's a very nice hotel with the easy access to buses and trains. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. On my next trip to Tokyo I will definitely book another room. The only thing I would adjust is to have a vent in the bathroom.

Area is in the, how should I say? The entertainment area, but just one street over the vibe changes to a sedate business area. So expect to be harassed by African Americans on an entertainment night and a bit of noise on these nights, easily solved by blocking it out with earplugs and staying off the street on those nights. Hotel staff were just lovely, welcoming, helpful, discounted the room rate for us when we changed to a 16m2 double room. Other family members had a 18m2 room, which is a good size for Tokyo. Free pod coffee in the foyer, buffet breakfast in the cafe, for a charge. Very close to the subway and to our business meetings. Clean rooms and modular bathroom.

Service is great, but room is too hot and the temperature of central heating cannot be adjusted.

Not a bad place to stay with large beds and great bathrooms for 99.999% of people visiting Tokyo and looking at Roppongi for the food, shopping, and night life. The Ritz is not too far for the .0001% others.

The staff can speak good English. Very helpful and considerate with arranging taxi to the airport. Helped to change to better room w/o smell from smoking.

The service is amazing. Everyone is exceptionally nice and accommodating. Amenities are provided such as shampoo conditioner and body wash. As well as other essentials such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, and they even give you a new wash cloth everyday. The rooms are small, but that was expected. Free WiFi is a nice plus and they have a different AP on each floor, big plus. Everyone that has helped me so far speaks English and has been able to point me in the direction I need. Would definitely come back!

They provided room upgrade

Room is clean and functional. Good wifi connection, comfy bed, good shower, great location. Only detail missing is an international power plug inside the bathroom for an electric shaver. Also the room can be slightly cold when entering it in the evening, although I personally didn't mind this.

Nive experience. The location is good, close to the subway lines. The room is not as small as the japanese average. The breaksfast is ok, not extraordinary. It's a good hotel for the price we pay.

This is not a C Class Hotel, this is for sure an "A" Adress for your city Trip to Tokyo-Roppongi. Near to the Exit 5 of Roppongi Underground Station you will find the B Roppongi. After a long and horrible Flight (from Hongkong via Stop in South Koreay) and long trip with the Coach from Nariat Airport to Roppongi, we was just to early for checkin. I was a little bit angry, and disappointed. So we walk to have a coffee around.
After 3pm i come back to checkin. The girls at the Reception was very friendly and give me a nice room in the 2nd Floor (as i heard is the safetiest Floor during earthquakes).
The hotel furniture, bathroom and Toilett Seat with heating function was in good condition. Free high-speed Wifi makes me always happy.
Bathrobe on room, small accessories and lovely towels in Bathroom, makes me feel more like four or five Stars instead of 3 Star Hotel.
The breakfast (for a small budge price) is unbeatable. Even the Service of the Woman was excellent. (In a China 5* Hotel, they need 5 People for the same Service Level)... Even the small things like: Fillup Cereals make me smiling. Not just put the new on the top of the old. No take the old out, clean the Box, put new Cereals in Box, und put the older on top. So noboby need to eat the 3 years Cereals from the bottom. Good Job...
So for all Staff of Hotel, the good envoirement and the very good location in Ruppongi all my 5 Stars. Thank you for the hospitality.

Friendly staff, convenient to the Rippongi restaurant and shopping district, comfortable bed, breakfast included in our daily rate. Unfortunately "non-smoking" room means they removed the ash trays from the room where a smoker stayed the night before. Also didn't appreciate the dirty, soiled carpets and bathtub faucet that leaked ALL NIGHT long.

This is my first time staying in Tokyo. The B Roppongi is conveniently located by plenty of restaurants and the subway. There are some pretty incredible views of Tokyo Tower from our room. The staff is accommodating and have been helpful with translations and courtesy calls for reservations. The rooms are well kept and spacious when compared to others we stayed at during the trip.

The cost performance of this hotel is through the roof. It's incredibly inexpensive for what you get - particularly in Tokyo and even more particularly in Roppongi. It's ideally located if you're wanting to stay in Roppongi and the prices can't be beat! The rooms are a bit non descript but you're not going to be spending much time there anyway. I'd recommend upgrading to the deluxe for a few bucks more. It's a much larger room than the small regular rooms.

Whenever I'm traveling for pleasure in Japan, I stay here. Roppongi, though beaten down by many for the gaijin type atmosphere and expense of the area, it's very easy for foreigners and people unfamiliar with Tokyo to manage themselves when located here. Lots of English spoken all around.
