Rooms are nice and quiet, service is good, great location. Plus it has free breakfast. Overall, not half bad.

The staff are kind and helpful. The location is highly convenient to eating and shopping in Barcelona. The view from my room was not fantastic, but the room is comfortable and clean. The elevators are small, but fast. I'm not sure how handicapped accessibility works, because there are steps up to the elevators, but there is a girl in a wheelchair here, so it must be possible. The breakfasts are quite good.

A "4-star" hotel right in Barcelona. Well positive: it's only 5 min to the metro (means you reach anywhere in bcn) and a bus stop is directly in front. The rooms are ok and very clean. Negative: staff is not really friendly (one exception) - no greeting, no information if you don't ask explicit (for example breakfast times). Breakfast makes you feel unwelcome an hour before it officially ends because they clear up already.

A wonderful treasure in this lovely 4 star hotel. Warm and inviting, this hotel offers everything one could want whilst traveling. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was comforting. This is now my “go to” hotel in Barcelona. Loved it!

Stay was great. No complaints about the room itself. The issues were like noises, god awful wifi, & restaurant not open for late dinner or drinking.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms, spa services available, buffet breakfast available, and very reasonable prices for Barcelona.

Overall, this is a good choice as the rooms are pleasant, beds comfortable, hot water in shower, and location is perfect. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, could not have been better. The included buffet breakfast had something for everyone. The only downside for us was the room temperature at night. Even though we turned down the temp to 15C, about 60F, it was still too warm to sleep under the covers. The cover consisted of a comforter in a duvet. No way to shed the duvet and sleep under a sheet as there was no sheet. So we were either too hot or too cold. However the bedding was immaculately clean and fresh.

House keeping was inconsistent. The bath accessories like soap, shower gel and water and glasses, including wine glasses, were not always changed or replaced.
That's my only complaint. Everything else was superb!
I hope to return again.

A clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast ( one of the best we have had) - what more could one ask! The Hotel was situated near the Diagonal Metro and also easy walk into the city. It was a good city break at the Hotel Balmoral.

Good hotel for the money. Hotel is within walking distance to most everything. Bathroom was musty and room was dark. Given the location, nice hot showers, and price I would stay again.

Good hotel. Brilliant staff. Great Location. Clean, good size rooms, and a nice breakfast spread. Only problem is that the Air conditioning is not up to the standard.

It was a beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. There were drinks in the lobby available every day to refresh guests. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection with many healthy options.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel is excellentlynlocated and. Comfortable. Morling breakfasts were great. I would recommend adding a second coffee machine to reduce wait time in the mornings.

We are very, very satisfy with our stay at the Balmoral Hotel. We had an amazing experience during our stay that even the staff were very welcoming. The staff made it so wonderful that we are looking for similar hotel for our next vacation in December. Thank you for making us feel right at home!!!

Nice hotel, invisible stuff that did everything OK, good breakfast. Near metro, alongside main avenue, in centre. But the rooms oriented to the street are too noisy (windows should be replaced with better sound proofing ones) and vibrations and low frequencies noise (up to 77 dB!) of metro under the hotel was real distraction.

Good location, clean in the rooms. Breakfast very good, I would recommend. Some rooms unfortunately have no windows.

This hotel has perfect location is Barcelona, only 300 metres to Diagonal metro station, if you want walk to La Rambla, you see very best places on the road,

Very nice hotel. It was very affordable, clean, great location and the staff were very friendly. There is a school nearby though which can cause some noise in the morning, but it isn't too bad.

The hotel is not bad, very clean, lovely staff. However the interior room is very dark there's no daylight at all. And there's no tea services in the room which is a big downside for me!!!

I arrived at Abba-Balmoral Hotel late in the afternoon after a long day of international travel. I was greeted by an extremely friendly and accommodating front desk staff. I was welcomed and helped to my room with my luggage. I was VERY happy with the room. Nice hard wood flooring, very updated and contemporary and a lovely, modern bathroom. Plus- there is air conditioning which was a welcome respite on a hot day. I was directed to a nearby restaurant for tapas and was close to great shopping and people watching. I did not have a long stay but awoke to a fantastic breakfast in the restaurant prior to having a taxi called. All in all, I would recommend this hotel strongly. You won't be disappointed.
