The most friendly hotel staffs I’ve ever encountered! Not to mention how very CLEAN this hotel was ! Much better than any other best western I been to! I would definitely come to this location again! A++++ for customer service & cleanliness!

Very clean, friendly the staff! The room was so nice! The pool was awesome too, they had a perfect family friendly pool area that contained the average hotel pool you normally see that's about 5ft deep, a hot tub and to our surprise they also had a pretty decent sized kid pool that was about 1 1/2 ft at its deepest point and had a small slide to go into the pool! My 8 month old would go down with her dad and loved it! Definitely will be staying again next time we're in Crandon!

Great place to stay, new, very clean and extremely friendly staff. Bed and pillows were perfect, making for a great night's sleep. The King Suite was awesome, so roomy and the shower was what you would expect at a high end hotel. Clean and comfy and friendly what more could you want for a one nights stay while traveling through. Oh the breakfast was very very nice for a Best Western free breakfast. I wish all Best Westerns were this nice, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. The only hotel in the area I would recommend. Clean and updated. We had a room first on the first floor near the pool and Continental breakfast area and we had noise all night. They upgraded us to a suite on the top floor for the rest of the week. In house bar is small town quaint as well. Love this place.

We stayed at the Best Western in Crandon Wi. We booked online as the price was a few dollars less than booking directly. The location was so convenient to Lake Metonga. The grounds were very well maintained and convenient boat/trailer parking. The rooms were nice & spacious and the staff was friendly. They had a nice breakfast with a large variety of food. I would recommend bringing your own bed pillow as theirs were pretty flat. Didn't use the pool but that was very nice also. It was a good find.

The Best Western in Crandon, WI is a very nice hotel. It was quiet and well appointed. Another plus that I always look for is that it is non smoking. A hefty fee is charged if evidence is found. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Another thing I liked that isn't found too often in hotels is soap dispensers in both the shower and sink areas. Also a dispenser for lotion and shampoo. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The beds and rooms were great. The showers were hot and the tv had the sports channels that I wanted to watch. The continental breakfast was decent but they needed more gravy for the biscuits and gravy.

Went for a get away... Went. To. Cradon WI. Beautiful place to stay. Friendly owner ..... We're loved it stayed 3 nights. Will be going again...

Big nice clean rooms.. beds need major help they were very hard. And breakfast we'll go to the store and pick up something... Not good at all.. But everything else is very nice there

We were invited by friends to enjoy a nights stay in your hotel and we didn't regret it one bit. As soon as the motion controlled doors open you are instantly smacked in the face with smell of roasted almonds and what can only be described as heavenly blossoms . The lady at the desk didn't even look at me on arrival because she knew I was there to tear things up .

Overall the rooms were satisfactory . You could hear the neighbors to the West arrive promptly 25 minutes after bar close. There was a struggle as the new arrival tried to decipher the password to get in. Apparently "want me fluff your pillow?" was it.

The other neighbors were delightful and sexually active to a level of healthy that made my back hurt just listening to it. I listened to "Rod and Tina" we will call them, up all night doing the wild thing. I almost felt like knocking and getting the man a grit break but his lady was too busy getting beat up with her feet up to let him catch a break. Sorry bro.

Our roommates passed out immediately upon arrival. I think losing money in the casino made them tired, or the pizza fries we had were laced, who know. Good pizza fries by the way. If you ever make your way out to Carter casino I'd definitely recommend them. They tastetaste Sunday church if it was a flavor.

This is a wonderful hotel in the northwoods. We were a large group that stayed 2 nights. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and were always asking what more they could do to help. Lolly helped us with everything from breakfast, to getting us a drink at the bar, or telling us about the surrounding community and offering directions. She could not have been more wonderful. Before arriving Shannon helped me multiple times with recommendations on where to eat with such a large group. Checkin was super easy. The students loved the pool/hot tub area and there were plenty of chairs and tables to relax in the nice warm environment. Brian, the owner, was always around making sure things were running smoothly. I can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming this hotel was. I stay in many many hotels throughout the year and I wish they were all this accommodating and friendly!

The staff were very accommodating to our hockey team. Made sure they ate early and extended breakfast as needed for the team. Great service

I always stay here when I'm in the area with my children. They love the pool. I love the cost and comfort. I can get a suite for myself and my children so that I can put them to bed and stay up without bothering them. We had a wonderful stay and will most likely be staying there again next month when we head up to visit my parents.

Just checked in and so far so good! Nice big /clean room. Wonderful front desk clerk. Comfy beds, nice TVs. My 9 yr old was very impressed with the quality of the toilet paper 😂

Found this hotel very pleasant. Very nice suite, excellent service, great breakfast with a lot of choices. Love the sausage gravy. Located right off the ATV trail. We will stay again for sure.

Great business that has come to town. They rent out the lounge area or the conference room for birthday's or parties that require a larger area. There is a pool & hot tub for both paid visitors & anyone who chooses to pay to enjoy the water. I haven't stayed in the rooms so I can't rate how they actually are.

We had a very pleasant stay! We stay in a lot of hotels and this one is on our top 5! The staff was very friendly. The room was great. Our kids loved the pool, especially the kiddie pool, plus it was actually warm! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

We traveled through this area 7/15/17 - 8/08/17. We were in this small town for a few days. We loved the community Kentucky Days. Was great to see this small town have so much neat things going on. We were pleased with our room. Very clean and reasonable prices. Loved the small bar down stairs and pool area. Bathrooms were spotless and room dust free. We just started traveling this way and we will definitely be back here. Good job!

Nice hotel for a small town. Very friendly front desk staff. Not much sound cancelling from second to first floor. Have stayed on second floor in the past & did not have that problem.
Would stay again with a second floor room.

I love this hotel! Every stay is perfect. I travel a lot and this is truly my favorite place to stay. The staff are wonderful and they are staffed 24/7. The beds are amazing -- I sleep like a baby there. The weekend breakfast is wonderful. Anytime I've had a problem (and let's face it, stuff does come up when you're on the road) the staff jumps on it. They are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I wish I came to this area of the state more than 3 times a year--because I love staying at this hotel.

Awesome hotel, even though there aren't a lot of options in the area I would choose this hotel if we were in a city with a lot of options. We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! They have a very nice pool area, a great hotel breakfast, very clean rooms and a friendly staff. We look forward to staying here again.

Excellent service. Seemed family owned and everyone went above and beyond to smile and say hello, ask if we needed anything extra etc. Very tidy and overall very satisfied. Pool area was wonderful with plenty of room. We have already recommended to others!!

We have stayed here three different occasions for snowmobile trips and had an excellent experience each time. The staff is very friendly..always commenting to have a great ride. The breakfast is amazing, the pool water was warm and the overall hotel is perfect for snowmobilers in the winter who want a clean and fun stay right on the trail. The only negative would be the hot tub could use more cleaning, but perhaps it was just a busy weekend.

I stayed here for 3 nights, while working in the area. I had a king room. The room was big, clean and nice looking. The bathroom was also large, with a nice stand up shower. It is very easy to find and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Professional management and employees. Very good and clean pool. Clean room and good parking. Breakfast needs some improvement.
For sure we will return to Best Western in Crandon WI.

I found the accommodations at the Crandon Best Western to be excellent with pleasant and helpful staff. I took full advantage of the continental breakfast in the morning.

Overnight stay. Clean, comfortable. Convenient For our plans. Good breakfast. No complaints.

Stayed in the suite, which fit 4 people comfortably. It had a whirlpool tub shower combo (I prefer the single rooms with just the shower). This is a very new and nice hotel. Love the granite countertops and fixtures. The bar has "$1 blue bucket specials" - yes. Super nice employees. The beds are comfy, the pullout sofa isn't, and didn't have extra blankets in the room. Will definintely stay again.

Showerhead was terrible. Put theres two Pokestops across the street and a gym nearby

Would have gotten a 5 if our first room we checked into wasn't dirty. Completely not visited by housekeeping. The second room we listened to the elevator all night long. Still a nice place even with lack of sleep.

Considering the remote the location, this hotel is far better than I expected. It has a modern feel to it. The rooms are spacious, staff was friendly, pool was well maintained, and breakfast was pretty decent. I'd like to see more fruit and yogurt at breakfast. The hotel is easy to find right along HWY 8. I gave a poor rating for location simply because entertainment options in the Crandon area are almost entirely limited to the Mole Lake Casino, and hunting/fishing.
