My experience in this hotel was really good ! The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the main square in Old City. The room is spacious, really comfy and clean. Super clean bathroom also. The breakfast has a nice selection of fruits, breads, warm options, eggs, etc. I really recommend this place ! I just don't rate it with the total because the hotel sells itself as a 4 stars hotel, what is not true, I consider this hotel a 3 stars one.

Clean, Quiet and good breakfast. Room was freezing cold and was either on or off, but duvet was well weighted and warm.

Great option if you want to be near the city center which if you’re not sure if you want to be near the city center trust me you do it’s amazing. They have decent WiFi and good breakfast. The hotel was clean. The water pressure in the shower could strip paint it was so high and that was nothing short of amazing. They have a nice parking lot but the process of getting in and out of it is a pain because you have to wait for a guy to come out and write your license plate number down and check your ticket. It’s 2019 there should be a better system but I would definitely stay there again.

A nice hotel with a rich breakfast, good coffee, nice personnel, very good location. But in March, it was still a little colder in the room (~20 C). I prefer a little higher like 21-22 C

A well situated hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff are efficient and helpful and the breakfast selection was broad.

Excellent hotel near many famous tourist attraction. The hotel staff is very helpful and cooperative. City centre is near the hotel and easily visited by foot. Whenever visit Prague make this hotel your place to stay.

Small room, single bed. Some stuff broken in shower and corridor. Not easy to get warm water. Light get inside the bedroom at night. Some Street noise. Internet not working some times.
Good breakfast. Nice gym.

Centrally located. Has a casino next door. Breakfast is amazing and . Large rooms and comfortable place for a family to stay. Will recommend this place

Great part of town! Little pubs and shops everywhere and quaint, vintage style stone walkways and buildings make it even more beautiful.
Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub. Maybe to wash infants? To give you an idea, I'm a female, height is 5'4" and I prob couldn't fit in this tub.

Staff is friendly, they charge you $100 fee to "guarantee" your reservation but claim it is immediately refunded once you pay. Odd system but ok.

In this beautiful town, one might question why this is important, but I did book this hotel with the idea that I could relax, so bear with me: no English channels like another reviewer stated. The channels are in polish and there is no way to subtitle them in English. I'm pretty annoyed since my plan was to relax and watch a little TV.

For the location, the price is adequate, maybe it should be about $10 less, but not that big of a deal. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I feel disappointed by a few things that I really wanted (tub, tv channels, updated room).

Does have AC, so that is a plus and the area is quiet so I am looking forward to some sleep.

Hotel is in a nice convenient center location. Star rating wise, this should not be four star hotel, rather an average three star one. Rooms are small but generally clean.

Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms. Breakfast is ok, but for 60 zloty they charge you can get better elsewhere (if you have time). Staff is usually helpful.

Well, for that price you can have much better quality in Wrocław, "best" you actually can find only in the name, tho the rooms are quite big they are outdated, bathrooms from different era, hotel needs a lot of improvements, building navigation is quite unintentional, hard to find the restaurant, traffic gets into the room from outside. Great location in the old town. It is clean, service is kind and breakfasts are OK.

The location is great. But I can't say it is a 4 star hotel. It didn't look like one. It also smelled smoke in some corridors. The furniture was old. But quite clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good enough. As was the service.

Perfect location, good service, very good room size, but no dental kit in room and parking charges almost equal to room rent.

Great hotel, very nice service and centrally located. The fitness room is a bit basic, but okay for a workout. Rooms are very spacious, and breakfast is outstanding!

Friendly staff. Room is equipped with quite old furniture. Breakfast is OK. Big advantage is hotel parking and location close to the downtown (10 minutes of walking). Fair price.

Location's great, welness is good too.
Wasn't too excited by the breakfast, which is the usual combination of salty/sweets. Little things which wouldn't make me book again,, like the american coffee (basically colored water), the lack of pressure in the shower, the locked windows with basic air conditioning (in summer it wouldn't be enough), the lack of proper blinds (5am in May and the room is lighted like at midday)

Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich. Lage sehr zentral. Punktabzug bekommt das Frühstück. Die Gläser waren dreckig und die in Plastik verpackten Speisen teilweise schon eine Woche abgelaufen.

Die Zimmer waren ansicht ganz schön das einzige was gestört hat waren die lange warte zeit bis das Wasser warm wurde und das es keine Klobürste gab. Beim Frühstück fand ich leider eine abgelaufene kleine Packung Frischkäse, zwar erst seit 3 Tagen aber trotzdem als Hotrl nicht akzeptabel. Der Standort war super glaube waren nur ca 500 meter bis zum Zentrum

Nice hotel in a very convenient location, 2 minute walk from the main square and located right by the trams for easy connection to the train station. Also real close to the river and all the attractions Wroclaw has to offer. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is nice and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Altstadt, direkt an der Oder. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit Dusche, Minibar, TV und Klimaanlage, dass ist wahrscheinlich der Grund, weshalb man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Der W-Lan Empfang ist sehr Gut. Es ist sauber und das Frühstück ist wirklich gut.
Parkplatz direkt am Hotel mit Schranke und Wachmann. Preiswert und gut, nur die Sache mit dem Fenster !

It's an okay hotel, for the price you pay. It's has a good position, on the side of the river. Also, they offer parking which is always a plus in a historic town. The personnel speaks great English (shoutout to Oscar for being such a good chap) and they are always helpful and. The breakfast is okay, nothing extraordinary. The room was quite big, with a separate room for closet and a hallway. The bathroom had a decent size. The bed was comfy and neat, and the room was very clean. Also, they offer baggage storage. The hotel has a restaurant that has night program and also a bar. There is also a fitness facility. Great choice if you are not on a budget trip.

I was there for a week end, everything was good the price ok.

Wifi ist gut etwas schwierig. Der Service hat den Stil einer Jugendherberge im etwas höherem Maß. Es lässt sich kein Fenster öffnen. Ein Hund kostet gleich mal 12€ pro Nacht. Der Parkplatz für 12.25€ pro Nacht ist bekannt.

Hotel znajduje się w naprawdę świetnej lokalizacj, w zasadzie na samej starówce i za to największy plus. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, jednak cena 45 zł/os jest zdecydowanie na wyrost, gdyż za 45 zł najeść się mogą 2 osoby w jednej z knajpek na rynku. Plusem jest to, że można poprosić o śniadanie do pokoju na konkretną godzinę i nie trzeba się obawiać, że jeżeli wstaniemy później będziemy wyjadać resztki. Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Pokoje duże i czyste, jednak standard znacznie odbiega od 4*. Pomimo ustawionej klimatyzacji na najniższą temperaturę w pokoju nadal był zaduch. Za to WIELKI plus za pokoje dla palaczy. Polecam!
