Great staff, room, breakfast, happy hour!! Fabulous pool, lots of towels, music was perfect! Gorgeous views!! Loved our stay! Will come back!

This is a nice place to stay. The beds are a little hard for our sleeping. One thing I didn't like was the hostess that checked me in said she was giving me an upgraded room which was a lie. My mother in law had the same room which was standard for our groop.

Very surprised at the amenities this hotel offered for the price paid for a room in August, obviously the low season. Complimentary drinks, both alcoholic and soft, a snack buffet of crackers, cheeses, hummus, chips, etc. Then a free full breakfast buffet with an omelette station. Our room was a suite on the second floor, very spacious and clean although the room and hallways were showing some wear and tear. There is a pool, library and game room. All in all, nice and we would stay here again.

The rooms were great and loved mostly everything. Location was good because we were out and no loud noises around. Service was ok couldn't seem to get their attention but we didn't even need service. Some places looked dirty like the game rooms, people left drinks and it was still there the next day.

Came here for my b-day🎂 weekend & place is amazing. It's very clean and smells soooo clean inside. The view if the pool rite outside of my room and it's not loud. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will come again 💞

My husband and I stayed the weekend for a group event and were amazed at how nice and clean everything was! The staff was very kind and we plan to go back for another weekend very soon! The fact that they provide coffee and breakfast (and it’s delicious I might add) is a huge plus for my husband and I!

Frank was so kind and helpful at the front desk! The bartender Scott also had amazing customer service! The hotel was great but the employees were what made Embassy suites a 5 star experience.

Great location and the rooms are very comfortable. Had a little trouble with thermostat and the alarm clock. How do you set the time on the alarm clock? Otherwise, I had a great stay. Will be back again! Thanks!!

Noisy hallways, carpets in the room so dirty have to wipe your feet off before getting into bed or you get dirt in the bed. Safe in room broken, Spa close down. In general needing many repairs. TV remote in the room wouldn't work well enough to set up the app as a remote control. They have a good breakfast buffet and free drinks in the evening. But nothing at all to give you a restful stay. Won't be coming back.

In giving this hotel a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star because my nephew was confronted by one of their staff while in the pool accusing him of not being a guest even when my nephew showed her his pool key (which only the guest living at the villa would have) she still made him get out of the pool!! His mom and I were told this by 2 other youngsters that were in the pool also at the time this employee confronted my nephew. His mom and I were truly upset and if she felt like he didn't belong there why didn't she bother to check his story out when he showed her his pool key? Other than that, the villa was really nice!

This Hotel is wonderful. Big comfortable 2 bedroom apartment cabana style rooms. Not the typical Embassy digs. Happy hour does not offer craft beers just American swill which sucks. The wine was very good as was the margaritas and the breakfast typical above top drawer Embassy Suites is known for. A great choice for a place to respit.

It was great being within walking distance of several good restaurants. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent.

Location's good... Across from Old Town. Staff is nice. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which feels a bit early... One strange thing was that we found white stuff (lint I hope?) on the bed sheets which got in our baby's hair when she was rolling around.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Great place to stay. Super clean rooms and a great place to sleep. My only regret is not taking one of their pillows!

We came here for a marriage retreat and loved it! Our room was upgraded to a casita and was gorgeous. The breakfast was free and DELICIOUS not to mention the free drinks and bar. Will definitely come back!

Like most Embassy Suites I have stayed at, clean and comfortable but a little dated and worn. Good for a night or two. Excellent value. Staff are all professional and courteous.

Wonderful hotel with a resort persona. The gratis breakfast is excellent with made to order omlets. The evening reception offers gratis alcoholic libations, as long as they are call or well beverages. There is a full service spa offering various massages and services, as well as a true gift shop on premise. Staff is gracious. A great way to pile up Hilton Honors points. The Vista about the hotel is beautiful due to the surrounding mountains. It is in the middle of Golfer's Paradise!

Room looked amazing for the price. The hotel in general was extremely clean and well managed. The customer service was excellent. The manager offered to change our room to a king suite if we wanted for the second night since none was available for the first night which was kind of him. The breakfast was good (could be better because I love waffles and they didn't have any but still good). The pool and hitting was nice as well. Overall, the look of the hotel, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room won me over. Best embassy suites ive been to :)

Came here over the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The entrance lobby is beautiful as well as the dining area. It's like they brought the outdoors indoors with towering palm trees, ivy hanging from the balconies and a large glass ceiling above it all. Our room was beautiful too. It's an all suite hotel so it was like having our own one bedroom apartment with a living room, dining area, and a small balcony. We had a couples massage in their Hibiscus Spa as well as facials. The massage was nice but the facial was heavenly! It was my first one ever and I literally fell asleep a couple of times, it was so relaxing. We took advantage of their sauna, hot tub, and shower too. Everything there was clean, modern and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. I even saw some free feminine hygiene items. All in all it was an awesome hotel and I would love to come and stay again the next time we're in the area.

Our room was amazing, it was my girlfriends birthday and they surprised her with a birthday cake. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Embassy Suites in La Quinta has seriously made staying at a hotel easy. I was at the pool and feeling thirsty but didn't want to leave the kids to grab something to drink. Well, they provide free cups and free ice cold water at the pool area. Along with free towels. And inside during happy hour you get free drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and free snacks. They were kind enough to give me a free early check-in, your mileage may vary. The room itself is spacious for a family of 6. The room is clean and bed is comfy. I get two big screen TVs and fridge and microwave. Seriously, this was an easy stay. And now, easily my go to early summer vacation spot.

The hotel and grounds surrounding the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and very accommodating with TVs and both rooms refrigerator comma nice furniture with a balcony Deck with patio furniture looking down onto the pool. The pool amenities were excellent. Piping in music around the pool area period always a full supply of dry towels. The food that was served complimentary was very healthy and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Had a really excellent time. I would recommend the Embassy Suites in La Quinta for a weekend getaway.

Nice hotel with free breakfast and happy hour (includes alcoholic drinks)! During hot summers the ac does not cool the room as much as I'd hope. Temperature in the room never went below 78!

Rooms are large, but a bit dated. Facility is well maintained, and spread out nicely. Pools, conference rooms and complimentary dining are all above average.

Rooms are spacious, staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant is just awesome... Free made to order omelettes and more from a buffet, for all guests, daily. Also a nightly reception with free snacks and booze. The heated pool and hot tub are nice, too. With all that plus the spa, there's no need to leave. Fancier resorts exist, but for the reasonable price, this can't be beat.

The rooms at this Embassy Suites were old. They need refurbishment. The rooms were clean. It is conveniently located across the street from Old Town La Quinta shopping area.

I stayed overnight on Christmas Day. One of the two elevators did not work. Also, the wait for made to order omelette was ridiculous. I did mention this to a staff member and the response was an obligatory apology and nasty comment to another worker.

We see here for a local triathlon event. The rooms are nice, the "kitchen" area is nice with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and coffee pot. In addition, we like the separate seating area with couch and small dining table. Very spacious. The nightly happy hour is nice even though we didn't partake. Having the option available is nice.

The rooms are beautiful. They give wonderful friendly service. I always go back to Embassy Suites once a year for my 3 day church retreats and have a wonderful time.

Morning greetings from LA Quinta! We're at EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON HOTEL & SPA! My room is a suite with it's own refrigerator, microwave, and bar in a lovely large sofa living room separate from the bedroom with 2 queen beds. The very spacious bathroom can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. The areas are emmaculate, warm and inviting while updated in style. The breakfast was amazing, either buffet style or made to order by a chef. In the dining room, in addition to booths and separate tables, was a long table with seats on both sides providing plug ins for Internet or recharging. The facilities also provide a lovely library, a pool, spa and exercise room. I can't think of anything they left out for the comfort and enjoyment of their guests!

They also are a great conference center! Our Women's Fall Retreat took place here and this facility was an absolute delight!

Very close to Palm Springs and shopping as well.♡♡♡

This place is fantastic. The breakfast in the morning is spot on. The concierge knew some great spots for lunch/dinner. The staff are above and beyond friendly. The pool area has a great layout, and there's a little arcade with a few stand up games.

This is a great hotel in the Palm Desert area. I have stayed here multiple times and after each stay I have been impressed. All of the employees do their utmost to help in any way possible. The location of the hotel is great, with Old Town La Quinta right across the street. One thing to be aware of is that breakfast during peak travel times can be very busy.

We went there for a wedding reception. The place was nice. The service was good. The food was ok. Overall a decent place, just nothing extravagant.

Rooms are nice but they create a huge log jam in the morning at the buffet breakfast. Guess it just started. Manager cards everyone then there is one line for buffet and omelets. Can you make it any more inconvenient?

I absolutely loved this stay! From the friendly staff, and the fabulous breakfast to the evening reception, this hotel met all of our needs. We loved the pool, enjoyed the game room and really liked our room. The large suite made the entire stay enjoyable, allowing me to sleep in while my friend used the living room. Very sound proofed, we barely heard anything outside of our room. It was close to great attractions and other cities we visited as well. I will definitely be back for another vacation.
