Neat and cleaned 4 stars hotel close to Meena Bazar and other shopping malls. Reasonably priced with breakfast. Highly recommended

Had been there to visit some family friends.. the property seems to be quite old but in a very busy area.. however the visiting area was not so kept.. there were flies all over and it was very annoying. I would suggest them to use a fly repellent or at least some fresh fragrance to keep such flies at bay.

We stayed for 5 nights at this Sheraton. It was overall a very good experience but could have been better with improvement in room service.
First, the good things: Courteous and always smiling front desk staff. Breakfast which is as good as it can be with lot of choices for vegetarians, nice pool, beautiful rooms.
I took one star away for pathetic room service. For two days, no bath towels were left in room by house cleaning. Upon request of towels, one was provided when staff is aware that there is more than one person in room. Body wash was out for 2 days without replacement.
Regarless, I would gladly recommend stay at this hotel. I strongly suggest management to put some attention to improve quality of house cleaning staff.

The stay itself was comfortable enough...room quiet, clean and comfortable. Was there on a business workshop, although the ballroom was a bit smallbut good enough facilities and amenities. Breakfast and lunch options were decent. As expected, being located in Bur Dubai - the location was not too trendy or high end - however close to food and metro station..

Out of all of the hotels I've stayed in all around the world, The Four Points Sheraton in Bur Dubai had provided unparalleled service. From check-in, to the duration of my stay, to checking out, every single staff member was helpful, caring, supportive with positive attitudes and excited for us to be there. The service was so great, I will be back next year for another two weeks of stay for a conference at the hotel and vacation. Whether you're visiting for work or vacation, this is the BEST place to stay.

It's in the city, easy walk to Burjuman metro station to catch red and green lines and zip through Dubai without bothering with traffic jams! Lots of restaurants nearby. Don't eat expensive breakfast in the hotel, you have lots of options outside at far less prices.

Excellent buffet breakfast, which included some traditional Indian breakfast items. The buffet had different items in each day we stayed.
Location was very good as we needed a hotel close to Meena Bazaar. Also two metro stations within walking distance so the rest of dubai is also easily accessible.

GREAT hotel, I’m from America and this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Better then any 5 star hotel I’ve ever been to. From the customer service , to the food, to how clean the rooms are . Just a great exsperience overall. When I come back to Dubai I’m definitely choosing to stay here instead of any big fancy hotel.

My favourite hotel in Dubai. Centrally located in Bur Dubai with several restaurants around giving a wider choice in case you want to go out for dinners. The rooms are very spacious and offer tranquility.

A good four star hotel in the heart of the city on a main road. Has some good restaurants which are maintaining very good quality for years together. You would definitely need a reservation if you plan to eat in the Indian restaurant. Still if you are not in time you may not get best of the seats. There is a live performance of singing and some two girls dancing. Carpets are a bit damp and smells a bit. Toilets are clean though. service is good and fast. Taxis are available at all times. A good place for a relaxed evening

Average hotel, feels like 4 star, average service, went for an official party followed by dinner. Food was awesome. Service was a little bit slow. Nice music equipments of Bose company, but couldn't connect to our mobile phone. Overall average experience. Would like to go again for dinner.

Great location for both shoping and walking around the vivid heart of Dubai. You can find best prices for mobile phones or consumer electronics. Kind and nice staff on the front desk. Clean, tidy and large rooms with reasonable price.

Was there lunch as a part of a tour party. Nice food .nice ambience. Staff were very cordial. No idea a boutique rooms as we stayed in a near by hotel. Place near to supermarkets and nice shopping places. A metro station is near by. Lot of Indian hotels near by.

We went to the Indian restaurant inside that has live music. Food was of good quality and the artists were good. However the artists looked a little miserable. Smiling would've helped. Generally a decent hotel in the older part of town.

Decent 3 star hotel with rooms that are good and comfortable. Reception was Good but Rooms were allotted 30 minutes later than the official 3 pm, which is as it is very late.
Nice clean toilets but the tub is difficult to get in for senior citizens. Room services were prompt and courteous. Indian Hotel food was good was double in cost as compared to food in other hotels in the neighborhood. The breakfast at AED 60 was costly too
The hotel is located in an area full of Indian hotels super stores and the Metro is walkable 5 minutes away.

Special mention must be made of Mr Snehal who gave us good service with a smile. Mr Patil. And Mr Dinesh..were good too. The bellboys were efficient as well..

Great hotel with good staff. Rooms are a decent size with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast has a we section of food and freshly cooked to order dishes. The hotel bar is comfortable, but smoking is still permitted at the bar so can get a bit smoggy, drink prices are high compared to European pricing, but this is a dry country. Metro (red and green lines) can be access with a 3-5 min walk, the Dubai Museum is a 10min walk.

The locality is awesome. Even the staff at the reception has been helpful. The buffet breakfast is good, but it requires some variations as well. Only thing I didn't like was they do not provide extra drinking water, per head only 500ml of free drinking water.

I was there at the Indian restaurant for dinner. The food is very good and very spicy. Nice show dancers and singers. Typical Indian night.

Great location for walking to restaurants, the Dubai museum but also good links to Red and Green line metro. Good service by the staff with a lovely out door pool area.
The room was an OK size, nothing else needed really with a nice decor and presentation. Room 318 there was a slight constant machinery hum, even with the air con off. Didn't detract from a great stay.
The viceroy English pub is a great place to relax with a drink and the staff were more than accommodating, in arranging the F1 to be shown on the screens.

Excellent themes and food options, with multiple cuisines to explore. An elegant and happening place to stay at in the center of the city. It has the comforts of good room service, gym, swimming pools and sauna.

I was once again in Dubai Just over couple of weeks ago in late April and stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Bur Dubai (Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road). Having stayed there a few times before, I have to say that their customer service is fantastic and consistent. The Concierge remembered me by my name and greeted/assisted me warmly, I felt like home. The service is great, the rooms very comfortable, clean etc. It is very convenient location too. Their breakfast is pretty good too. The General Manager, Mr Pratish the Front Desk Manager and staff are amazing. I also visited the Antique Bazar restaurant on the 1st floor and they are very good too. Mr Anil also took very good care of me. Last year I had a big dinner for 30 people at this restaurant and they were outstanding, as we relied on Mr. Anil and he did not let us down!!. For those of you who love Indian Music or music in general and Indian dances, you MUST go to this restaurant and you will truly enjoy the food and the entertainment. Guys keep up the fantastic job and I look forward to visiting you soon again

Good hotel with great staff . Walking distance to popular attractions like the Gold Souk . The only negative I can say is being so close to construction , but you really don't notice it too much .

Friendly and helpful staff, room upgrade, beautiful room. Only the AC is blaring loudly, but nothing one cannot get used to.
