This is a great hotel. We loved our stay the rooms were clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay when we are in town again.

This has been a wonderful experience. The property is easily accessible from i65. The location is super close to restaurants and other amenities. There is a little pantry in the lobby for snack items or for the little forgotten things. The breakfast service in the morning is amazing with fresh options as well as g9ot entrees. Our junior suite was clean and perfect for our little family getaway. All the staff here have been exceptionally friendly. And I must add this is the first place I've ever stayed that the shower head was higher than my head(I'm 6'8" tall) so that was pretty exciting! You won't be disappointed by your stay.

Great place when you a little more and don't want to spend a ton more. Really clean rooms, pool, and common areas. Nice lobby and restaurant. Restaurant and bar a little pricy but hotel with walking distance of plenty of alternatives. Fantastic staff all around!

Wonderful! We checked in late the GM and new front desk attendant were absolutely wonderful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Would definatly stay here again. They turned what looked like disaster at different hotel into a pleasant stay.

We are staying at the hotel for Gen Con weekend. It is a few miles from downtown, but this was not an issue for our group. The junior suites are spacious, and the rooms are quite comfortable. The hotel does have an indoor pool, but we haven't used it at all. My only complaint is that breakfast isn't complimentary, but this is true of all Hilton Garden Inns, so this wasn't a problem either. The hotel opened a conference room for gamers in case we wanted a bigger space with tables to play as well. Great experience!

It was comfortable and quite. The indoor pool was also nice. The breakfast buffet was a little much in the way of pricing for me and my family but not too much of a limiting factor.

I was only at the Hilton Garden Inn for a business meeting. We were in a large room on the first floor. We were served breakfast and lunch, both were good. The meeting area was very large, held approx 70 people, and met all of our technology needs, projector, microphone and lights.

Nice hotel, very typical Hilton garden inn. Clean, easy to get in and out. Room felt like I had stayed there several times already. Only real difference was the pillows, they were amazing! Didn't try the hotel restaurant, there are plenty of places in walking distance that are pretty good.

This hotel is beautiful and everything with our stay was perfect. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful! I felt right at home. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel had everything i needed. I was surprised when they said they were going to have renovations soon, it's a beautiful hotel already. I will definitely be back every time I'm in the area!

Very nice but it's a Hilton so it's expected. The breakfast is great and the staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained and also has a nice selection of surrounding stores and restaurants. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and actually did for a friend heading to Indy in August.

I have the room with a spa and fireplace.. those work great and feel so good. Only problem i have is there was a roach crawling on the ceiling that i had to kill. Didn't use the pool or spa so not sure on that. Very nice room

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean, food and drinks have been good. The cranberry oatmeal cookies they have at the desk are fantastic.

Very comfortable beds, very clean room. The whirlpool tub for two really only fits one and there is no free breakfast. But it's in a great location next to many restaurants and even a Kroger's! 20 min to the zoo so it was perfect location!

Been there twice. We absolutely love this place. Jacuzzi wasn't keeping water. They fixed it and gave us a discount. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Over the top friendly. When visiting it was snowing and they have us a drink coupon and a soup coupon for the restaurant. Asked if we Needed help with our bags and held the door as we came in with out things. Recommended local restaurant for us and was spot on. Highly recommend as a very frequent traveler.

Nice hotel. Very up to date amenities. I had two extra blankets on the bed though and the staff kept removing them when they made the bed.

Great hotel, brand new. At least looks like. Very clean, no mold small and the best no extra door to another room. The restaurant inside the hotel is another plus.

This was our third time staying at the Hilton Garden in Greenwood. Each time has been great. The room has always been clean, the staff has always been friendly. We love this place and will stay at it each time we go to Indianapolis.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff.
I did experience a problem while staying here... they put me in a room with wet carpet. I was moved across the hall to a nearly identical room as soon as I reported the issue, so the response was good, but I'm disappointed that it happened in the first place. The musty smell won't come out of my shoes, so they are a complete loss.

This is my second stay at this property. Customer service is excellent! The price is very good for what you get and the rooms are in great condition. I will stay again!!

Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The bbq ribs were fall of the bone and plenty of them. Service was great. Nice little hidden gem in Indianapolis. Will definitely go again when in town again.

The hotel isn't super close to the downtown area, which is where our event is, but it's not overly far either, and it's surrounded by tons of restaurants and amenities, and even a grocery store within walking distance. Clean hotel, helpful, friendly staff, a very comfortable stay!

The employees are my favorite part of this hotel. It's impossible to be crabby with a friendly staff that's always smiling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Went here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The room was adequate to accommodate the event. The food was good.

Overall a great hotel for a moderate price. Excellent service and amenities. The pool was small but enjoyable. Has a decent on site restaurant and bar with several outside restaurants in close proximity.

The hotel had a great location right off of 65. The hotel also had an above average dining area. The rooms were also clean and nice.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Garden in Greenview, and once again we had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for the brand of a particular type of cracker we had on a cheese and fruit tray during our last stay. The manager not only took a picture of the exact box, but actually made a cheese and cracker plate for us to take up to our room. The room itself was impeccable. Extremely clean, and very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. One new thing during this stay was the newly reopened pool and hot tub. This was a welcome addition to our experience. The only "con" is that they do not offer a free breakfast, although at $10 per person and all you care to eat, it is still a great deal. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden in Greenview for individuals and for families. Great staff, great Hotel.

Wonderful hotel. I felt like a prince with the exception of the hotel keys. They stopped working and had to go get new ones but they were great otherwise! Excellent room service.

Clean, well-maintained rooms with excellent customer service! Close proximity to I-65 makes getting to and from Indianapolis very simple. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Corrected an error and upgraded us. Fantastic staff, fantastic room, fantastic hotel.

We stayed for two nights over Easter. Family of four, with three of us having special needs. We had a snafu with one of the beds and front desk communication the first night, but the manager and employee involved went so far above and beyond to remedy the situation that we were astounded. Also this place is CLEAN. I used to be a housekeeper, and I have high standards, and this hotel is immaculate. I have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be staying here again. The staff are so extremely friendly and eager to help. It has been an extremely pleasant stay.

We are Hilton Honors members so we try to stay at a Hilton property whenever we can. Since we stay mostly at Hilton's we have a pretty good baseline on the good, bad, and ugly of Hilton properties.

I'm not sure why other recent guests have had less than stellar experiences at this hotel recently, but that was not the case with our visit. The property itself was bright and clean and had an very nice on-site restaurant/bar.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable.

The only negative we found was that exiting the hotel property onto the main road was very difficult.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indianapolis.

Very nice, up to date, and comfortable. The suite is definitely worth the upgrade.

Very very nice rooms. Toilet is like a hurricane, the bed is incredibly firm. Already booking another room here for the fall, would recommend.

Rooms were great. Had a nice area for the kids to be able to swim for a little bit. Only draw back no free continental breakfast but that didn't take away from a good facility

Went to an essential oils event and the staff was very helpful when we didn't know where to go. Room was set up perfect for the event size. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice.

I attended a public recruiting seminar for an area company. I only saw the front area and one of the meeting rooms. What I did see was nice and looked welcoming.

Very nice facility, clean and well kept. The staff was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed my time at this establishment.

Met my uncle there for Christmas to visit. The lobby is warm, inviting and comfortable. His room was large, luxurious and comfortable. It's a great place, no matter what the need.

You know what? It's clean. The staff is friendly. The rates are reasonable.

Here's the issue. It is a pain to get to and then get out of. There is no street light so if you need to turn left (you know. The direction the highway is. Good luck.) This is not going to give you a stress free start to your day. And if you want something to eat? Yeah, you better like chains.

So. Bring some food. Don't expect an easy departure. And have a clean stay.

The room was nice and clean and up to date. The bar was OK. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Firm mattresses, nice pillows.

Rooms are large and well appointed. Close to downtown. I've had no reason to engage the staff beyond check-in which went very smoothly.

Great location, right of the highway and to several restaurants. Room and good size and clean. Bathroom was also pretty good. Breakfast is the best value by far

Toilet paper could have been better. Hotel was nice and clean and beds and linens were comfortable but I don't feel at home when I have to wipe with 2-ply.

Staff was friendly and super helpful! Sleep number beds, Keurig machines in your room, very clean. Close to evwrything, (Wal-Mart across the street, and kroger next door) pretty much at the center of everything. Great restaurants nearby also. Breakfast was yummy and quiet. Nice and cozy.

The hotel was very nice. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. It was about on part with embassy suites, minus the complimentary cook to order breakfast. Service was great, we even got a phone call from the front desk shortly after entering our rooms to make sure everything was satisfactory. The only things I didn't like we're the small pool, small exercise room with a multi function machine instead of weights, and the beds were supposed to be adjustable softness but it didn't really seem to work. Other than that everything was great.

The TV didn't work in the sitting area. There was hair on the pull out couch bed and the drain was clogged with hair. The hotel was wonderful and took care of everything for us and adjusted our nightly rate. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay for 5 nights recently. Very nice accommodations including the rooms, lobby, dining and pool areas. Excellent hot (and cold) breakfast each morning that was delicious. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The day we were to check out was a horrible weather day (-15 degrees with wind chills of -40 and over 10 inches of snow). The management allowed us to check out late and the staff pulled together to still deliver a hot breakfast even though the cooks couldn't make it in due to travel conditions. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Greenwood or South Indy area.
