King room suite. Spacious, clean, affordable. Walk in shower with roomy bathroom, full size refrigerator, microwave and stove. Economy size kitchen with dishes in cabinets and dishwasher.

Our stay here was great! Bri at the front desk was so pleasant. All of the staff was courteous. Traveling with a big family (4 kids, 2 parents, and a doggy) is always a bit of extra work, but the hotel had everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. We'll be back again soon!

Amazing the suites had a full kitchen with 2 burners on the stove, a full fridge and freezer, a microwave, as well as a couch, a desk, extremely comfortable king bed, great stand up shower with extremely soft towels. I asked for a late checkout was able to leave at 1pm, it was fantastic, definitely would return.

Great Service. Allows pets but for $200 few and $10 everyday I think that’s how it goes. Quiet and Clean environment, very tidy. Pool and jacuzzi is great, and fitness area is opened 24 hours. Loved everything especially the breakfast, opens at 6am closes at 9am. Wish the breakfast was long though. Pool closes at 10pm, which was great for me. Rooms are spacious and neat. My room came with a stove, microwave w freezer, dishwasher, and sink. So far this hotel is great and I would recommend you coming here.

Gotta love the Homewood Suites. They have never disappointed me in service or cleanliness and this one follows suit. I would recommend staying here.

Room service was excellent. There was a variety of breakfast to choose from. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean . I would stay at Homewood Suites again and also recommend it .

I go there quite frequently on business. I have nothing but kind things to say about this place. Brianna is the manager and is very kind and accommodating. I mostly deal with Amanda and she is completely awesome. Very professional, very helpful, but has a very nice calming energy. Perfect for hospitality. There's so many things I like about this place, they always try to accommodate me with the type of room that I need. The rooms are very clean, it really is like having your own one or two bedroom apartment. The pool and hot tub are awesome. I'm coming this weekend and I'm actually going to be doing a little barbecue outside. Definitely my home away from home!

Very nice suites and breakfast was excellent. Staff works hard to accommodate your needs. A little pricey at $264 for a one bedroom suite but if you can swing it, I would recommend. Indoor pool, outdoor putting green, fitness room and office room with printer.

The bed was comfortable, the room is pretty spacious and the suite was clean. It has a full size refrigerator and an electric burner stove. There are dishes, bowls and cutleries. Also has a full size dishwasher. Absoulety nice suite.
Breakfast was a complete let down, there wasn't much variety and the food seemed kinda microwaved. There is happy hour /social hour from 5pm to 7pm and that was awesome. During social hour there is free snack like cheese, crackers, a full salad bar which was delicious and free beer on tap and about 4 different wines both whites and reds all free. Did I mention the salad bar was the best? Loved it. That was very impressive. Also very nice staff. Would absolutely recommend the Homewood suites especially if you are there with kids.

What a pleasant surprise! We thought we were going to check into just an ordinary hotel which was truly not the case. First of all, the front desk staff are efficiently trained and educated on what must be the hotels mission statement-
Provide optimal service and “Make people feel at home “.
It’s a beautiful hotel and even though the hotel accepts pets, it is very clean.
The suites have a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove top. The breakfast provided was always above normal and as a special perk they provide an evening social dinner from 5-7pm Mon- Thurs.
Plenty of seating is available for dining. They even have two barbecue grills in case you would like to barbecue. In addition, they have a well equipped fitness room and business center.
As mentioned earlier, all the staff are courteous and professional. Kevin especially was very helpful whenever we needed anything.
This hotel moving forward will be our family’s hotel.

I stay here whenever I'm in the area, which is usually once or twice a year. The rooms are very clean and reasonably priced, there is a breakfast buffet that is very decent, and on weekends they have dinner and cocktail receptions. If you're really busy, they can save you a lot of time and money. The fitness center is good enough. You're not going to get a gym quality workout, but it will hold you over for a couple of days. I always seem to need an early check in and they are very accommodating.

We go to Hilton chain hotels all the time. I have diamond status due to all the traveling we do. This hotel is in my top 10 of hotels I like to stay at. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and updated. The exercise room has a universal besides just dumbbells and treadmills. Nice pool and hot tub. We will be back again.

Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities, extra-helpful staff, quite and calm. We liked in the hotel in general. A bit too far if you want to get to the NYC by public transport, but if you're on a car - it's good. Also, nearby are the mall and grocery stores that work till late evening, so you could get something and even prepare it on the kitchen. Coffee and tea available all day-night long and that's a good bonus. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and pretty fast even the basic free one.
The breakfast needs some vegetables! There are many things to choose from on the breakfast and I can't tell it is bad. But hey, there are completely no vegetables. So healthiness is under question (I think it would not be a big problem to add some salad, tomatoes, sweet pepper, carrots).
Other thing to take into account - the noise of the ventilation system. We could not sleep with it being on, so we had to cool down the room and turn if off for the night and thus it was hard to get fresh air into the room.

Great stay, clean rooms. Knew I was going to be there early so I called the day before asking for an early check in around 1pm. They were very accommodating. Got there at 12:30 and the room was ready

My family has been here for over 3 months due to my house flooding. I can honestly say that the service is fantastic. Great conditions and a very nice staff. Highly recommended.

The second night we stayed the foot traffic above us was unbearable. It was continuous through out the night so I had a hard time relaxing and falling asleep. It started back up again and woke me up. Calling front desk didn't help. The breakfast wasn't great and when we got there Monday night there was no hot meal and only one type of wine that wasn't something i would drink and was out on a first come first serve basis. Overall I've seen a lot better from a Hilton. The only positive was the room was nice and clean and i enjoyed the fitness room all to myself.

The suite I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would book here again.

Place is pretty decent when you are need a place to stay for long period of time. Every one is very help full. Food is okay, can't complain when it comes with the stay.

Very nice hotel and staff. Free Wi-Fi and Free breakfast. There is also a business center and a fitness center. Rooms are nice.

I love the joint rooms with a kitchen included. And an little living room space between the rooms. The rooms are very spacious. Cute spot to have a little get together or just a couple retreat.

I highly recommend this hotel starting with the excellent customer service . .first impression said a lot and staff Amanda exceed the expectations. As I walked in with my husband to celebrate my birthday on Dec 17 I will never forget that smile on her face . Cleanliness i give 10 out of 10 .

Circumstances beyond our control have prevented us from moving on to our forever home in Fort Myers.
(Hurricane Erma, A serious Family medical DX,then an automobile collision).

Putting all that aside, we couldn’t of been in a more beautiful, friendly, safe “home away from home” as Homewood Suites here in Carle Place!

Without a doubt this IS the place to stay...whether it be an overnight or an extended stay like ourselves.

We absolutely LOVE this place!!

It was a good stay. Nothing to complain about. The only thing was that their website said there would be a "complimentary evening social" (i.e. dinner) that night but when I called the location, they said they didn't have it on that particular night because it was Thanksgiving. It's a good thing I called to make sure, and was able to get dinner before arriving.

Facility is clean and staff very welcoming. I had a group of girls for a sweet 16 and extra guest and they were accommodating to everyone. Thanks again

My wife and I stayed here one night. We were surprised by how spacious the accommodations were. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Our suite had a full kitchen with everything we would have needed to cook. The included breakfast was pretty good, although gluten-free options for my wife were limited. The staff at the front desk were helpful and gave us a late checkout the day we left.

Comfortable room with everything you would have in a small 1 bed apartment. -1star because at check in there was no luggage cart. I had to ask the front desk to find me one because they claimed there were 4 and after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting - not a single person returned one. Same issue at check out. Except this time front desk couldn't find a single one. Took me multiple trips to load the car since my little family lugs a lot around. Also, check out is at 11a. Because of the lack of baggage carts we were unable to leave the room prior. At 11:08, without knocking, housekeeping swings the room door open ... gives my wife a nasty stare and says "no check out?" Wife says no. Housekeeping responds "Why not?" Wife explains issue and the woman responds with "ugh.." rolling her eyes and letting the door close itself. Minor incident. Annoying if anything but overall a good experience. Breakfast is good too. Nice selection.

Very nice hotel. Only complaint is the Hot tub. Most nights it was in the low 90s temperature and not hot. I recommend here only if you are not looking to sit in the hot tub. Disappointed because we picked this place because of the hot tub.

Homewood Suites has been one of the best experiences I have ever had the place is clean the staff is courteous helpful and has a great pool area wonderful hot jacuzzi they serve you breakfast Monday through Thursday and dinner Monday through Thursday also you can't go wrong with that and I don't mean just little stuff I mean it's a good breakfast and it's a good dinner pet friendly on top of everything else it's a plus

Very spacious. Had an all girl 10yr old slumber party with 7 girls. Continental breakfast in the morning. They had a blast until the cops came at 12 am. The cops thought they were going to find 20-30yr olds having drinks and doing drugs. They found it hilarious that it was young girls with games and cupcakes. I just wish front desk called and told us to keep it down. But besides that the kids had a blast

This is a suite style hotel. The rooms are equipped with coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Rooms are impressively sized, clean and comfortable. Full breakfast is served daily. The evening Manager's reception is underdescribed - it's a full dinner, nothing too fancy, but includes two draft beers and wine! We booked through Priceline and got a great deal.

Lovely and clean rooms, superb. Evening managers special was great. Only downside was the surrounding areas and no good restaurants locally, however I would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights in a King Suite so our two year old could have a separate room (she slept in the living area on an inflatable mattress). Was nice to have a decent kitchenette! (2 burner stove, microwave, nearly full size refrigerator, and dishwasher). Plenty of easily accessible outlets for charging phones. Acceptaboe WiFi (from someone who is used to 250MBit at home). Good breakfast buffet with ample seating that was well stocked. About a 20 min drive to Jones Beach. Plenty of complimentary parking as well! Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

The rooms were nice and clean however I wasn't comfortable with an 100 pound pit pull/ mix standing literally at the door. When asked they said they were pet friendly hotel and they have a weight limit. Well what is the weight limit???? There were other guest that were even nervous to walk past this dog...I took a picture of the Dog and sent it to hilton due to they should be concerned about what kind of dogs they allow at there hotel!

Clean rooms, large shower with a high shower head. Kitchen has a decently sized fridge and plenty of dishware. Very quiet, not sure if it's good guests or excellent sound insulation, but I hear nobody else.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and well maintained. TV was DirecTV with most of the channels. Breakfast was as expected. Great place to stay!

The location is convenient for nearby shopping areas and venues. The suites were spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast included. Prices were reasonable and staff were very helpful.

The suite was roomy and comfortable although this particular King bed was uncomfortable. We had stayed there 6 months ago and did not have this issue. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

If you're an HH member the gym and breakfast are upgrades in quality compared to Hampton Inns. Also kitchen and fridge paired with the nearby grocery store made my business trip more cost effective. Very friendly front desk-thanks for the Cuban restaurant recommendation Alejandro! I also highly recommend West End Cafe.

My experience with Homewood Suites by Hilton was amazing! From the moment we walked in to our room we were greeted with kind guest services, a clean kid friendly pool, complimentary breakfast and modern up to date appliances within our suite. 5 star restaurants and Roosevelt Field mall only a 5 minutes drive away! I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone looking for a fun family vacation!

No weaknesses found here the rooms are nicely decorated, hallways and parking is clean! My brother in law had the wedding party come here, this place screams excellence but (WHY) you ask! Take a step away and just look at it from a distance you'll start to form pictures!

Warm swimming pool made it nice in the winter. Friendly staff. Breakfast food is carb heavy and tasty. Usually eggs and sausage for protein and no fresh veggies. It closes a bit early for PST people at 9:30 am. Gym has TV s elliptical but no easy way to identify headphone jack. These are all minor gripes, it felt luxurious and quiet.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Greatly enjoyed the evening social.

Really nice hotel, has an indoor pool, golf, breakfast and some days dinner. The rooms are big and spacious and have a full size fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, a big couch and a tv. Really liked the bathroom with the glass doors and no tub.

What a great place to stay in such a convenient location. The people were generally friendly and the spaces were clean as well. Maybe service could have been slightly better but nonetheless I will likely be returning to this location

The King Sized suite we stayed in was perfectly clean! There were two rooms separated by a door. The kitchenette and lounge area were connected by open space. The full sized refrigerator was appreciated as well as the full sized sink and the two electric stove tops. The bed was very comfortable and smelt fresh and clean. It was a great experience I plan on staying at this Homewood Suites again!

The location is good located around a lot of convenient places and the rooms and service were good as well.

Recently my family had a house fire and we are staying here for a while. It has been a week and I love everything about this hotel. I feel at home. The breakfast every morning is great, and the gym is perfect for a quick or long work out. The pool and hot tub are definitely great after a long day. And most of the time is empty. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The Carle Place Homewood Suites was an excellent choice to host our family holiday celebration. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The facility has a very nice reception area, a business suite where you have free use of a computer with internet. The dining area was cute and cozy. The continental breakfast was perfect. The gym was also a plus with the hot tube and indoor pool topping it all off! The suites we reserved were awesome complete with kitchenettes. I look forward to going back to Homewood Suites @ Carle Place!
