The lobby is beautiful. It is next to shopping area. Easy to get last minute things or food. The staff are wonderful.

Ashely combs is by far one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the most comfortable of all time. Myself and my husband practically live in hotels throughout the year and we will return to home wood suites just because Ashley’s exceptional customer service.

I'm a fan of Homewood suites but this was one of the worst locations I've been to. I could have missed it, but the entire first floor by the rooms leading to the elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was fine, but the AC wouldn't get as cold as I am used to. Biggest compliant was the smokey first floor. Other than that, it was decent.

The 1 bedroom suite was not as big as some of the Homewoods Suites that I have stayed. Room was clean and furniture was on the newer side. The kitchen was standard and had the normal amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

This is a very clean, quiet and friendly establishment. Its locations makes it easy to get to many eateries, bars and shopping centers. This is my go to hotel when I visit Dallas

Nice 🏨. One area that can be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. On few occasions I found that the room that got was not clean. Otherwise the staff is friendly and good breakfast as well as evening food options.

Cozy place, updated appliances and countertops. They greet you with a goody bag of water and snacks. The living room couch has a pull out bed. Bathroom is bright and has an eco friendly or green toilet. Decent size TVs in both living room and bedroom. Nice location really close to shopping plaza and literally next to Raising Cane's. They have complimentary breakfast which is a plus and each room has is own kitchenette (No oven).

I have a client in Lewisville, so I travel here often. This hotel is very comfortable and affordable. They offer breakfast and dinner. The location is very convenient, as there numerous stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The employees are very cordial & polite. Positive attitudes which will always go far anywhere and with anyone. The suites are clean. Very attractive. Thank you Hilton for the hospitality and stay as aways.

The room was spacious, modern, and well kept. The staff was always very friendly. I feel the layout of parking and the elevator was a bit cumbersome, but not that big of a deal. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Great place, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, did not have to ask for anything. The breakfast was good, front desk was friendly and WiFi was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay, they only have one elevator which is slow, but other than that I would visit again.

Great place to stay. King bed with kitchen and pull out sofa for multiple guests. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very safe place as you need a key card to not only access the room but also the inside of the building. The only problem I had was that my key card would not open the outer doors but it did allow me access to my room once I got into the building. I will recommend this hotel to others and I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived to check in right after power had been restored from an area wide power outage. It took a while for the reservation system to come back on line, and the staff was extremely friendly chatting with us as we waited. Whitney at the reservation desk, couldn't find my reservation - it turned out that for some reason it had been cancelled. Undeterred, she worked to find me a room at the same rate. I ended up with an upgraded room, since that was the only one available, but still for the same price. Then Whitney had to walk me to my room, which was the last room furthest from the reception desk, because the key machine was not working properly after the power outage. The room is clean, and very comfortable. There was complementary food and drink in the lounge this evening, and complementary hot breakfast in the morning. I certainly plan to stay here again on future visits to Lewisville.

Clean room and comfortable bed. I love the free beer and finger foods every Monday - Thursday night.

Lovely hotel. My my family and I had to stay two weeks and we loved it. They made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay short term or long term! Breakfast is great and social hour is very delightful!

Rooms are pretty standard but spacey with multiple separated spaces and a nice size kitchen. I was in a suite with two queen beds. The common area is nice with a fitness room, pool, hot tub and basketball court. They provide a complimentary daily breakfast which was pretty standard - nothing blew me away. Our room was quiet - no complaints there. Everything was as expected and nice. Only one elevator that is super slow, which is a little weird but obviously not a deal breaker.

I am from Los Angeles, California and have had a bad experience with Homewood Suites in Augora Hills back at home, but I decided to give them another shot while I was out here in Lewisville, Texas for business. Well, it is another bad experience. I am here to assist in the disaster relief and have been waiting for a room since 7am. When I booked this room a check in time was not specified and when I had asked once I arrived about what time they said around noon and it is now 2pm and for the last hour the staff has been having a luncheon in the lobby. I am aware of how hotels work but I am also aware of what customer service should be and they do not exemplify good customer service. I was told to just keep waiting; not once did anyone see if they could put me in a different room nor did they tell me if that was a possibility. So now I sit facing the front desk waiting to be told if my room is ready or not.....2:10pm; total wait time is now 7 hours and 10 minutes.

The staff is incredibly helpful, clean, organized, nice pool, great jacuzzi and rooms are huge and equipped with kitchen. The provided dinner and breakfast. Gave me free hygiene things that I forgot at home in California. Cheapest price in the area with stellar service!

Hot tub was hot. Jet tub was great. Full sized bed with a fold out couch in living room. Breakfast was incredible. Great experience!

Very nice hotel. I stayed for a little over a week in march 2016. Nice hot breakfast bar, and they also served a small dinner bar Monday thru Thursday. Cleans were clean and the staff was helpful. Only downfall was the pool been closed and some renovations on the 3rd floor. Would stay here again.

Home wood suites was excellent. Cheap, large rooms, free breakfast, and believe it or not, free dinner! The staff were very hospitable and kind. As far as how the hotel is run, it may be one of the best stays in any hotel. The only drawbacks were some rowdy guests shouting profanity in the early evening, some elevators closed,it's also under construction, and the lights from the parking lot can make your room not quite dark. All things considered though, it was an excellent stay.

I everything Was Fine, Clean Rooms, new Remodeling, Staff was nice, But I Was trying to get breakfast ( 7:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m ) at 9:00 a.m and was nothing to eat, ask the lady in charge and said it was up to 9:00 a.m

The rooms are spacious and homey, with completely separate sleeping, living, and bath rooms. The only downside is an extreme lack of plugs. The only open ones are tucked behind furniture, and there aren't enough for the modern businessman or family.

The stay was fine. Clean and nice staff. Would have been a 5 star if not for the nagging issue trying to get my invoice e-mailed to me. Three e-mail requests and one phone call and still no invoice.

This was a beautiful hotel! We passed through on our way to Houston, and found every other hotel booked up. I called Homesuites expecting the same, but as luck would have it, they had just had a cancellation on a king suite. So we jumped on it, and hoped it was nice. It was. The room was immaculately clean, and very beautiful. The bed was so comfortable! 6 fluffy pillows, plenty of towels, and all the extra amenities. We slept like babies. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location and service. Bus stop Dwight in front of the hotel and 15 minutes to the hebron rail station.They lent me a charger for my phone which I had forgotten. The hotel has a free breakfast and a free evening social with light meal care and beer/wine. The room was a spacious suite, ideal for a couple and extended stay. Highly recommended.

The place is nice, the cleaning ladies are so helpful!! The only bad thing is that the internet goes down alot and they only have 2 washers n 2 dryers (which u have to pay frim ur own pocket to wash)

The room and courteous staff makes this place ok. My one major complaint is the breakfast that we were so looking forward to. It was the most horrible continental breakfast we ever had in life. I don't know if it was the powdered eggs, hard cold cinnamon rolls, runny oatmeal, and I think that was biscuits and gravy!!!!!!!! My wife gave up and walked to 7-11 next door. This is a great place to stay just eat breakfast else where

I was "extended stay" with this hotel and found them to be exceptional! It was a home away from home. There are honestly not enough GOOD things to say about them. The desk staff (James, Jimmy) and a list of others couldnt do enough to make my stay more pleasant. I was truly sorry to have to leave them. They treated me like family not just a customer. I regret not posting this sooner. THANK YOU ALL.................I MISS YOU!
