Stayed at Homewood suites for 3 days. The rooms are exactly as advertised and pictured. Nice king sized bed, pull out couch, plenty of lighting (which some hotels lack). Full sized fridge in the kitchen area, plenty of cabinet space and the two eye stove was perfect to cook. The bathroom was just a little small with the door opening right in front of the toilet but the spacious shower made up for that. Included with your stay is free dinner and breakfast. Would definately stay here again.

Nice rooms and suites as usual, very friendly staff, amazing location with lots of stores and restaurants to explore just off of interstate 95. It has become my, and my family's, go-to hotel for long travels down the East coast.

Loved it. Extra large beds and huge rooms and bathrooms. They gave us free dinner and free breakfast. Pefect hotel.

This is a great place to stay, the service is outstanding. They take care of the folks who stay here. I stay at this hotel everytime I go to VA.

I just stayed at Homewood Suites for about a month. I shared one room with my husband, 2 small children, and 2 dogs. Our room had a king size bed, a pull out couch bed, TV, a small table, kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, and toaster. It was a good size and we were comfortable during our stay. They provided breakfast in the mornings and dinner in the evenings 4 days a week. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The people who work there love the community they live in, and make informed recommendations for the area. And, of course, they provide excellent service.

The suite that we were in was nice and large with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff was also very nice. Breakfast was not terrible and incuded the basics that you need.

I've stayed in a lot of Hilton properties with fair beds. I don't know if I was just drunk enough or if it was Valentine's Day with my old lady but the beds we're one of the most comfortable I had ever stayed in in a hotel

Everything was great but what left me with a great impression was the front desk. Such nice and sweet people.

Overall, a good experience. One hiccup though. After spending the day out on the town, we returned and found that our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk was very apologetic and moved us to another room and discounted a night from our bill.

Fantastic Inn. Squeaky clean, so much in fact that I walked around in my hotel room and down to the complimentary coffee station wearing white socks, no shoes and my socks stayed clean. Staff all Rock Stars. Plus they accept pets. Fantastic. We will return next year. 👍👍👍

My favorite hotel in Fredericksburg. I stay there during work weeks occasionally, and just love the staff, especially the evening meal couple. They really make you feel at home. So nice to know there is something nice to eat right at the hotel, so you're not out searching in an unfamiliar town. The rooms are spacious, and have a kitchen, so,you can also do a little cooking if want to. Great outdoor areas for visiting with friends, and has a grill as well. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area! !

I had family in town who stayed at Homewood suites. We had dinner there and it was wonderful. I like the setting. It really feels like an old time inn with all the modern conveniences.

The rooms are typical suites but are equipt with a kitchen with plates, glasses, silverware, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, etc. They will also go shopping for you if you need items. It is located next to the most beautiful and biggest plaza I've ever seen. Great service. Very clean rooms. Great experience

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They are pet friendly. I will for sure stay here again.

Met friends here before going out to dinner. The hotel looked great. New, clean, good food at the dinner resolution. I didn't stay here, but I would have if they had rooms available. I ended up at the Hampton Inn nearby.

Nice rooms, clean, neat, and reasonable size. All the appliances are in working order. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average at best. The hotel is walking distance to the Fredericksburg Convention center and convenient to shopping and restaurant of all sorts.

I've stayed here numerous times as a rest stop while traveling from New England to Florida, and never has my family gone wrong with it. The rooms are tidy, the pool is nice, and the nearby Central Park is rich with stores and restaurants to check out.

It's simply your moderately nice hotel in a rich location.

Everything is really clean and everyone is really nice. The buffet is good.

I've been to quite a few Homewood's but as of this review, this is my favorite. The rooms are fairly larger than other Homewood's. The pool, basketball courts, exercise room and access to grills is spectacular. I especially liked Rich and Joyce, who compliment each other well.

My wife and I have stayed here several times when traveling through this area. This facility is very nice and clean. Breakfast is always good, and the light dinner (Mon-Thur) is just right. A lot of places to eat, drink, and shop at within 5 minutes. Staff is always friendly. Fitness area is more than you would expect with enough cardio and weights for a full workout.

They were very accommodating in getting us checked in early. We were able to get portable cribs for both of our kids, which was fantastic. My only complaint would be around the room quality. They're a little dated and could use a refresh. The bed and kitchen were great. The couch and carpeting were old and very worn. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We stayed two nights with our three kids and felt very welcomed and at home during our stay. The rooms are specious and clean. The beds comfortable with an assortment of pillows. We were provided with a portable crib for the baby to sleep in. You pay a few bucks more but get quality sleep, a good selection of breakfast and light dinners (beer or wine included) on most days. Rich and his wife went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was comfortable. The cleaning staff asked if everything was to our satisfaction. We gladly pay a few more bucks for this kind of service. Our kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool and popsickles on the house.

If it weren't for two pieces of furniture in the room that were drastically worn, this hotel would have no problem getting a 5 star rating from me Management needs to step up and correct this problem.
The front desk clerk did try to compensate me for the inconvenience which helped their overall rating.
I would give them another try.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. The beds in our room are almost painfully firm, but overall the accommodations are clean, modern, and we'll kept. Meals are nothing to rave about, but they're free and the kitchen staff are very friendly and are eager to please.

Very convenient to the expo center for events. Rooms are nice and continental hot breakfast is good and hours are reasonable. Late check out is really nice especially if on vacation.

Very clean, quiet, and lots of places to eat and shop near by. I will definitely stay here on my next visit once again.

We came to Fredericksburg to visit family for Thanksgiving. Although we were a little apprehensive about the cost of the room it was worth every penny. Great room, great location and great staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience . We will definitely stay here again
