Recently, while on vacation, our family stayed at Homewood Suites in Lancaster, PA located at 200 Granite Run Drive. We had a wonderful experience while staying there. Our rooms were very clean & the employees were very pleasant & courteous. The kitchen staff was exceptional. On one particular morning, everyone in the hotel must have wanted breakfast at the same time & all the seats & tables were taken. This one gentleman, named Brandon that worked at the hotel took charge, greeted guests, assured everyone to give him & the staff a minute & they all pulled together like clockwork. They went & set up extra tables, chairs, tablecloths, were replenishing food quickly, dishes, silverware, napkins, drinks, emptied trash & dirty dish bins immediately! It was amazing how everyone pulled together & worked under pressure without showing that they were under pressure with this mob of people. While doing so, everyone of the staff was smiling, say good morning & do you need anything! We have been to this hotel twice & we will definitely be back! GREAT JOB!!!

Lovely spacious room that comfortably accommodated my family of six! The staff were friendly and the amenities were great. My kids loved the heated, indoor pool - the pool could have been less cloudy and the pool room better ventilated but these were minor issues. The free breakfast was great - the pre-made omelettes were a nice change from the runny eggs offered at most hotels. The only unpleasant thing I noticed was the very bad odor as you entered the hotel, in the little section where the carts are located. But overall, great stay and about 15 min drive to Dutch Wonderland.

Or stay was great. The only reason the rating is not a 5 is because they don't have a Jacuzzi. Several of the stops we've made dinner have one. Please bring them back. So relaxing after a day drive.

We only stayed one night, but it was super comfortable and very convenient. Having a separate bedroom and TV room made putting our toddler to bed much easier than don't so in a regular hotel room. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Our kid loved the pool. We didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor kitchen or firepit, but they looked great. The fitness center, while not huge, was definitely better equipped than most places we've stayed. Lastly, the front desk was super nice and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again.

Excellent friendly service! One thing to note, the rooms are smaller than other Homewood suites ive attended recently. I do wish the rooms were bigger and that this location had two bedroom options.

This place is beautiful. Its like a small one bedroom apartment. It has everything and the bathroom is spacious!!!!!

Very easy going staff! One receptionist stood out with her go with the flow attitude. Didn't get her name, (strawberry hair, super sweet) but it started my visit easy. I was slightly confused and she figured it out quick. Nice rooms. All in all good experience so far.

This hotel is always fabulous. Clean, attractive and comes with a breakfast smorgasbord (hot, cold, pastry, fruit, coffee, juices, waffles, cereal, bread). They also have dinner for you, different menu each day. It's not as fabulous as breakfast but you can eat all you want. It comes with wine if you like and a salad & soup. I can't say enough about this place, we love it. Indoor pool & gym. It has nearby shops n restaurants and Park City Mall down the road.

I love the Homewood Suite it's the only place we stay when in Lancaster. This stay was a pleasant surprise to find that the lobby and social room have been recently renovated. The staff and Lancaster are always friendly and knowledgeable and I love the breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel 5 stars

Nice and clean hotel with a newly renovated smell. The price is on the high side.

The place is clean and accommodating. The staff was friendly from entrance to exit. They are currently working hard to upgrade the hotel. As a result, some construction is taking place in the entrance but they try to make it aesthetically pleasing. The price for the suite I had was reasonable and you will find their included breakfast acceptable.

Kind staff and newly refreshed rooms. I stay here once a month and the service has been consistently good.

Convenient location off Manheim Pike for some restaurants and short drive to Lancaster. Rooms are spacious with kitchens. Recommended by staff to try buggy rides and exploring downtown Lancaster.

Perfect for an overnight stay with a toddler. Very clean, nicely decorated, the kitchenette was very well stocked. Bed was firm but comfortable, lots of extra bedding in closet. Quiet location- we weren't disturbed at all. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Nice and comfortable. The room layiuts can seem a bit awkward. Long walk from the lobby to some rooms.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is pretty good. Happy hour is a nice bonus.

Rooms were big and very clean. Great breakfast. 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel was easy to find. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool or fitness center. Some of the hotel rooms are a long way from the lobby but if you park in the back, you'll be much closer if you get a room back there.

This is pretty standard for Homewood Suites properties. Every room is a suite with a small kitchen and at least one bedroom separate from a living area. The amenities are nice, there is a pool, gym, basketball court, and probably some other things to make the stay nice. There is breakfast every day and Monday through Thursday is a Cocktail hour or dinner complimentary. Food is good for both. One of my favorite places to stay with my family due to the extra space in the rooms.

I have been here for 1 year and it started out good the food was not bad and they even had the carry out paper containers, but they do not any longer. The house keeping is ok . But I guess on the hold it is ok

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 6 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. The room location was quiet, but far away from the lobby and elevators. The hot breakfast had some good options including eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Also had fruit and yogurt.

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were well appointed and the hotel was clean. The only gripe I have is that I am in a wheelchair and require a handicapped room, but they are as far away from the elevator as possible. On top of that, the entrance near the elevator is not wheelchair accessible or have handicapped parking, so the only way to get to the room for someone in a wheelchair is to go down the very long hallways which have thick carpet, making it difficult to push on.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, and comfortable rooms. Only complaint is that there is no clock in the pool area.

We need the space, with twoddlers and a 9 year old. This place delivers. Clean and fully appointed suite, 24 hour coffee. Decent pool. Nice business center. Hearty breakfast that you can smurf a little from for a pre-lunch snack!

The hotel provided a good suite with good customer service which is what you expect from the brand. Everything is in good working order in the suite and looks good. The staff is friendly and customer focused. The free breakfast was good and the service outstanding. The only minor issue is parking. The hotel shares the parking lot with the Hampton Inn next door and it was hard to find parking close to the Homewood Suites because the Hampton was full.

Excellent customer service and dog friendly. We stayed here as an overnight on our way to Mammoth. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. No issues with the room. This hotel is definitely on my list of go to nows and I will recommend to friends. Dog friendly was the plus plus and why we chose it to begin with.

The first room they put me in was okay but the satellite box went out after turning on the TV and the shower fixtures were loose. The lady at the front counter was kinda of rude and kept bugging by calling the room to ask me the paperwork for the room about my stay because I was on company business. The breakfast in the morning is very limited compared to other Hilton places I've stayed plus it's only till 9. Overall its an OK place to stay but would stay somewhere else.

Handy location, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. The staff we interacted with were pleasant.

Great for people who want to stay cheap but still fairly close to Hershey, about 20 minutes away.

Average Homewood suites. Clean rooms and they had an iron and ironing board that's better than most hotels. Wifi worked as expected. They did have a pool and ample parking.

The service was great. All the staff were helpful and courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast staff was very quick and pleasant. I would recommend it to people staying in/near Lancaster.

Nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Typical homewood, rooms have separate bedroom and full kitchen with pullout couch. Free breakfast and snacks on weekday evenings.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The complementary breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. The only thing I would improve is the wifi coverage which is a little spotty in our room. We will definitely be staying with Homewood suites again. It is a great value for the money.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean, but did not seem ready for us even though we arived after 7pm. All drawers were open and sofa bed was open. Sheets look old and worn, one had 2 small yellow stains on the sheet. Hot breakfast was excellent. Pool is nice, kids had a great time. Rooms is reasonably priced for one bedroom suite

This is a home away from home with the exception that my home has WiFi that works. The WiFi is my only beef, if your going to make it free then make it good to use, or just say out right pay for it. Another thing that is bad attwifi is apart of my package as an at&t customer and that don't work either not a good look for me. All other is wonderful staff, the place, room are fenonenal 2 TV excellent idea when u have kids with you as we did. Hope to see some improvements on the WiFi when I come next year so this can be a 5 star review

Really nice place! Hotel smells WONDERFUL (best part for me honestly). Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious. Wifi is good (not wonderful unless you pay for it). The only problem (and this might be nitpicking), but the showers have absolutely no ledge to put all of your stuff like face wash and shampoo! Am I supposed to hold my shampoo bottle and face wash bottles in my hands while I shower? Also there aren't very many options for the complimentary breakfast, but it was still pretty tasty. Overall really great experience here!

They cleaned our room but we noticed the hallway and evaluators were never cleaned or vacuumed through our stay. I enjoyed everything but I think the cleanest can improve. .

Called for a reservation and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and I appreciated that coffee was available 24 hours as I like to have an evening cup. I would definitely recommend staying here and will again when we come back to the area.

The suites live up to their name...food perhaps leaves something to be desired, but this location was quiet, clean, modern, the staff friendly and accomodating. Great exercise facility and even basketball half court.

Stayed at Homewood Suites this past weekend and was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality, friendliness and cleanliness of this hotel and staff. I have very HIGH standards when choosing a hotel and this one exceeded every expectation. The hotel is convenient to all attractions in the Lancaster area. My family and I had a wonderful time! The suites that have a door that closes for privacy to the bedroom worked well when the parents want to watch television while the kids sleep. Thank you for creating such a pleasurable stay.
