Stayed for 3 nights for work. Very clean and staff was friendly. I like the area as there are alot of restaurants around. Will go back.

The decor is a bit dated but it does live up to its objective of making you feel home away from home

I have to say the customer service at Homewood Oakville is above par.

Jacqueline at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She also gave the kids colouring books and crayons, which kept them busy for hours.

I also have to say that Jacqueline working in the kitchen deserves a special mention. During breakfast she was always checking on the food to make sure all dishes were full, helped guests find things and she did this always with a smile. I had a chance to talk with her and thank her for the great service and her cheerfulness. It’s obvious that she loves her job and loves taking care of people. Thank you Jacqueline for all that you do for your guests!

We are definitely staying at Homewood Oakville next time we are in the area!

Great hotel. It was clean and spacious. The housekeeping didn't move all my stuff around on the sink like they typically do when cleaning which I appreciated. TV in both the bedroom and living room areas. It's close to great restaurants and entertainment options. It's close enough to the main roads to be convenient, but I never heard traffic noises. It was pretty quiet and I don't think I ever heard anyone else in the building. I didn't try the meals, but they offer breakfast and an evening meal included and have a well stocked convenience store.

Great service, excellent bartender, fine drinks at a reasonable price. Food was delicious. Exceptional time here! I do strongly recommend this place!

The hotel was great, room was comfy! 3 stars due to the service recieved at the front desk, the lady must have been having a bad couple days. I was a walk in and booked for 2 days. That wasn't done correctly and was checked out after 1 day, overall not a big deal... When simply asking about the rate being different from online to what she quoted me she was rude. What was disapointing was her attitude and overall like I was inconveniencing her by being at the front desk. I would stay there again and hopefully there is someone at the front desk that wants to be there...

The Oakville location was busy but it could have been because of the Cineplex theatre nearby. We found the place to look clean, very warm and friendly staff members, with very reasonable room prices.

Staff was amazing. Dini the maintenance man was beyond wonderful. I was extremely sick and my AC unit wasn't working. He spent an hour fixing and then went and got me some OJ and offered to come back later and check on me. Normally I would consider that creepy but he was an older man and you could tell he was genuine and really cared. It was very sweet and made me feel like I was at home even enough I was far from it.

It is very cozy place, well light. Staying here feels like extended stay. Staff is very helpful.

Great hotel, only issue is I was checking in very late ( 12pm) and usually hotels will give you a discount for such a late check in when its off season ( which at the time it was) and the manager was very stern on not helping us out.

Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay. The nightly events made it so that I didn't even have to leave out. It was a great business trip for me. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The complimentary breakfast & dinner was awesome. Felt like home. (Kinda) I will be sure to only stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean.

They said the pullout couch was queen sized. It is not. Breakfast was kind of stale. The room itself is very nice.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, welcoming and nicely decorated. Kitchen equipped to prepare a small meal.Breakfast is served in a comfortable setting. The buffet style/self-serve breakfast was complete, tasty and Satisfying. Hotel is a two minute walk to numerous restaurants. Short drive to Toronto or nearby GO. I would recommend this to any buiness person. Centrally located, for people needing to come together, in The Golden Horseshoe.

Super comfort hotel facilities & friendly staff

Stayed the night with my SO for my birthday, check in was nice and quick, they had a little gift bag waiting for me in the room, everything was fantastic! Great breakfast in the morning too.

Came over to pick up a guest. Large parking lot, many near by attractions such as movie theater. Check out was fast and front desk very courteous.

Suites are clean... bed and pillows were comfy...Breakfast is full of choices...basketball court pool jacuzzi snack of galore at the front desk.
Inside of a plaza full of restaurants and entertainment like indoor skydiving imax mini golf etc...hotel is full of helpful staff.

Hilton isn't just a Brand, they build this name based on experience like I had. Everything perfect, nice and clean. I travel a lot, but for me, Hilton is always a brand to trust. You know, I prefer pay a little more to have my comfort and wellness assuranced. And they never failed with me.

I visit the hotel Homewood Suites for second time and I am very satisfied. Everything is ok, the personal is friendly. I recommend the stay also for other clients.

The hotel, only has suits, which include a small kitchen with dishwasher and a small seating area, with a business chair and desk. The bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was comfortable not to big or small, two people could be at the mirror at once. The lobby was under construction, and they did not have a bar/ place to order food. Over all pretty good experience I would go back again.

Spent a night here for a little staycation for our anniversary. Loved the layout of the room, and really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend! We will surely be visiting again in the future.

I personally thought it was good. Service was fine. Nothing special just another hotel.

My first impression of the room was that it was dated and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. I have no idea what was on the back of the door! There was a layer of thick dust on the desk. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok but insanely busy and the staff was rude. The bed was comfy. Quiet location. Close to restaurants. The pool was small and no clean pool towels. Too expensive for what was offered!

Well kept and clean hotel. The rooms make you feel like you're at home. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and jacuzzi tub. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other hotels that give you half of what Homewood Suites gives you. Highly recommended hotel!

This place is pleasant and clean and up to date. A good choice of places to stay if it's convenient to the businesses you're visiting. It's location is slightly odd as it is in the middle of a shopping center parking lot.

Very nice suites with clean kitchen area great for a quick meal. The breakfast was delicious and very nice.

Good place for long stay with easy access around the place with a lot of eating joints and rental and malls within a 10km radius. Gym is smaller than expected and do not have a dedicated room service, view is nice, swimming pool is good, breakfast is nutritious and full of variety on a daily basis, has a concierge, a computer center, half basketball court, a patio setting, ample free parking space, self laundry center. Good overall.

Room was very spacious with a functional small kitchen and a full fridge, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great in the morning and check out is noon so that is a plus.

The rooms are spacious with a mini kitchenette. There is even a dishwasher and dishware. I like the fact that they have a monthly event schedule posted on the fridge.

The walk in shower is a nice size and the bed is comfy. Views from the room are not fantastic.

There are a few restaurant including indoor golfing and Dave and Busters across the parking lot. Many food options and a local brewery as well. This makes up for the fact that the hotel does jot have a restaurant or an official bar.

Not a bad choice of hotel if you're on a budget and don't mind driving to Toronto, which is about 30 mins away.

I travel all the time for work and often times come to Oakville for weeks or months at a time. This Homewood is definitely my favorite place to stay. Every single staff member is extremely friendly and always very helpful. The rooms are clean and have a nice setup. I've stayed at many different Homewood Suites that offer the "complimentary evening snacks" and this one is by far the best (depending on the day) but can include quesidillas, chicken stir fry etc. Highly recommend.

This is my second time at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Oakville. I enjoyed my stay the first time and I was impressed by the service, how the place was maintained and what it offered even the second time around.

The staff were courteous, took the time to get to know us and ensured that we were taken care of even though we were only staying overnight.

We got to use the pool and though it was small, our group had a great time. The water was salty instead of being chlorinated and that was appreciated by many in my company.

Their complimentary breakfast is excellent! So much variety and the catering staff managed the dishes and the restocking with excellence!

The rooms were neat, tidy and well kept! I will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped with dishes and cookware for burners in kitchenette. There was a problem with the heat however, at times stone cold and later terribly hot, all without touching the thermostat. Staff were courteous and professional at all times.
For a Hilton I was disappointed with the breakfast included with my stay, being at best cafeteria quality. Also, though I did understand dinner was NOT included Friday through to Sunday, I didn't realize that meant the restaurant was closed as well those days. The hotel's location makes up for this however. It is surrounded by restaurants, cinema, and entertainment amenities such as indoor skydiving and mini putt. Also it is right by a major highway (QEW) Its location is worth a star alone! I would stay again as I felt overall I received satisfactory value for my money.

The place seems newer than the other homewood suites I've been in, or it could be that they take good care of the place.

It may be 25 min outside of Toronto, but I didn't mind it at all.

After staying at Homewood Suites Oakville for over three weeks, you would think the flaws would start to show. Not so! The staff consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The hotel is attractive, clean and in a comfortable suburban location next to the AMC Winston Churchilll theatre and restaurant complex. The elevators work efficiently, there is ample parking, and the rooms are very quiet. Along with complimentary hot breakfasts served throughout the week, a full meal is served Monday through Thursday evenings in the lovely dining lounge. Considering these meals are complimentary, they are of consistently decent quality and variety. I highly recommend Homewood Suites Oakville.
