Nice staff, very nice rooms. I always love the extended stay hotel but my first choice is always Homewood.

The room was nice. Everything was clean, with a large bathroom and closet. Very little outside noise, even with the location near an interstate. There was a complementary happy hour in the lobby with beer and pizza.

Very upscale. Great breakfast. Pool, basketball court, gym and beautiful views of small lake! Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff and close to a few good restaurants!

Nice nice rooms ... Great place to stay if you have kids that are constantly wanting to be active;!! There is A basketball court... (Half) and a pool..the people working the front desk were very helpful..girl named Terry was very nice ...loved the lobby decor with the watet fall

This is the third Homewood Suites I've visited in the states, and I've never been let down once. Rooms are always so spacious and inviting. Hospitality was great, all of the staff were polite and professional. The bed was super comfy, plus you have a choice between soft and firm pillows.
Cable, parking (OH! If you arrive super late in the evening or early morning, street parking is safe to do so without fear of getting towed), and WiFi were free, and so was breakfast. Didn't particularly like the eggs, but hey you can't always win. Everything else was great. The selection of hot and cold meals and beverages were a plenty! Oatmeal, fruit, cereal, waffles, toast, jellies, hot chocolate, etc. It was great!
They have a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and conference rooms. Another perk is that this Homewood Suites is located within walking distance of restaurants, and it has a nice pond nearby. Great place to stay without a doubt!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is extremely pleasant! I did have one maintenance issue which was resolved the same day while I was at work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the free breakfast is outstanding. And Hannah, who checked me in, did an outstanding job at making feel as a valued customer.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 100 nights and love it here. The staff is always friendly and excited to see me.

Quietest Hotel I have ever been at! I would give it 5 stars but no one ever came to clean our room (only there two nights but used coffee, etc.)

I find it interesting that there are so many good reviews of this place. It is not on par with the normal Hilton. Very utilitarian. Strange odor in the hallway on the first floor (I won't say what it resembled). Sofa was very uncomfortable - bed wasn't much better. Sliding glass doors for the shower (very 1980's). This inn has a great breakfast and appearance in the lobby and outside, but I choose my stays for cleanliness and comfort in mind. I wasn't very impressed with the Hilton branding on this motel. They can and should do better.

This Homewood is clean and very roomy. The breakfast was not as good as other times, but it was still a good value.

We had a nice stay here, sweet little 2 room suite to enjoy our time in Waco. Staff was very friendly. I was a little upset they removed towels and didn't replace them, though but we managed. Beds were comfy, parking was plentiful and staff was friendly.

Clean, complete room. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Would like to stay here again.

Took advantage of the grill to make a great BBQ with family. Great air conditioning and definitely a comfortable experience. Bed sheets not quite to my standards for a Homewood Suites, but still keeps you warm.

Most everything was nice. The bathtub was in pretty bad shape. Floor tiles were cracked and the grout and caulking was a mess. The night was quiet and the room was clean.

I stayed overnight from Saturday to Sunday. The breakfast was wonderful, room was clean, but the elevator closest to my room was closed. Talking the stairs was ridiculous to the third floor and I didn't get a discount either. Overall beautiful room and location. Would probably stay there again.

We found the staff very nice and accommodating. However, for an upscale hotel, our room had issues. The wallpaper was pulling away from the wall, the shower doors had no guides, the calking on the shower pan had gaps allowing water behind the walls, the shower head ring was loose and not properly calked to seal to the wall, and the jacuzzi was way over chlorinated. The hotel manager listened to my complaints and maintenance addressed​ the issues while we were out. Upon return, we found the wallpaper repaired, but the shower doors not addressed and the shower head ring improperly repaired and still pulled away from the wall. We never tried the jacuzzi again to assess any changes, but found the pool size very small for the size of the hotel. Maintenance got plumber's putty on their shoes and tracked it all over the floor without cleaning it up. Unless maintenance staff is improved we likely would not stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites in Hilton Waco, Texas. My only issue, so far still on the trip, is we had originally booked 3 rooms,however, it did not go through so we only received 2 rooms. I am not sure who is at fault either my family, or the hote, but I still enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was also hot diggity bomb good waffles and bacon!

I had high hopes and was looking forward to staying at Homewood Suites, as I have stayed at other hotels in Waco and used to live here. Actually pretty disappointed. I checked in and go to my room only to find half a glass of wine from the previous customer in the fridge, some trash on the floor and spots on the couch. The next day, I come back to my room around 3 PM and housekeeping didn't come at all. Breakfast was mediocre and not much of anything. The room feels like an apartment and is nice, but everything else is more like a motel. Staying here for 3 more nights, so I'm hoping things turn around!

I did not stay there but my fronts m friends seemed to enjoy it. We were a rather large group in the breakfast room and they allowed us to freedom to move chairs and get comfortable. Other guests may not have appreciated this as we were likely quite loud.

Located near a few great dinner spots and not to far from campus, find your way over to Homewood during your next stay in Waco. The staff is friendly and very helpful. On the weekends make sure to take advantage of the great breakfast before making your way to shop in and around Waco.

Absolutely no complaints. Outdoor grilling if you BYOBeef! Breakfast was always good and different each day. Mile or so walking trail out back with beautiful scenery. Staff was courtesy and knowledgeable.

Wonderful hotel! Staff is very friendly,suites are very clean, beds are comfortable breakfast very good, evening light dishes were good and oh yes free beer:) all in all great atmosphere! Close to everything yet secluded. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel once before and we forgot how wonderful it is. The front desk staff is very friendly and the housekeeping staff is wonderful too! The rooms were very clean and quiet. We had breakfast and it was very good!

2nd time here (first a fee months ago for a ladies' trip and now with family) and again a great experience. Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet clean comfy rooms, enjoyed the hot tub even in January! On demand free shows and movies was a nice surprise.

I stay here every time I visit Waco. It is always clean and I never have issues here. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It is easy to navigate if you have someone with a disability and they have rooms that are accessible as well.

Love it! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! I am a diamond honors member and this is a great place. Ladies running breakfast were wonderful and very friendly. Would most definitely stay again.

The Hilton Homewood suites were very nice. I had a room with fully furnished kitchen, couch, two desks, and king-sized bed. Bathroom was spacious as well. Fitness room amenities were adequate with cardio machines and some free weight dumbbells. Free breakfast in the morning was decent but I wish there had been more options of hot food besides biscuits, sausage, and cheese omelettes.

The hotel has some very nice looking facilities for such a small town hotel. The room was clean, had extra pillows and the sheets for the mattress on the sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed wasn't anything great, you could feel what was underneath the mattress like any other sofa bed.

Mediocre hotel... great breakfast service! Our room wasn't great, the shower had previous guest's hair in it and our bed had a large dip in the middle. However, Minto (I think was her name!) was a joy at breakfast. She greeted each guest, checked on us and seemed to thoroughly enjoy her job! This hotel does not have a bar in it either.

Beautiful hotel, very new & nice! Complimentary dinner & breakfast were excelllent. Only inconvenience was that the pool was down for 2 days for maintenance.

The "Lake" was more like a pond. The "pool" was closed. The elevator was slow. The service was good. The complementary meals were great. The whirlpool tub is awesome!

Love this place. Nice rooms. Wonderful staff. Snacks and drinks at the eating area Monday through thursday, what more could I want.

The Homewood Suites in Waco was nice. A bit over priced, but it was very comfortable. Even the pull out sleeper was nice. Breakfast was luxury. Staff was wonderful.

The staff is wonderful, always willing to help with anything.

As always, Homewood Suites is awesome. Best Hotel to stay in. Been in 5 of them now and they all rocked. Got food to go from Logans roadhouse and came back to the room and used the plates and silverware from the room, sat at the table like at home and enjoyed dinner. Excellent room layout and very comfortable. Update, 2 days later back in town and booked a room. Didn't enjoy being lied to by the young lady at reception about which floor i was on, but they are serving a full thanksgiving dinner and it is great. Even beer on tap for free.
