Location is convenient and access to airport is good; 45 mins on a normal day. Room is clean and comfortable and sheets and towels do not have smell. Amenities good but no razor unless on request. Rooftop bar offers spectacular views but is not very well maintained. Food is average. I noticed a stale smell from one of the condiments but was not sure if it was supposed to be that way. But happy to stay again as it is value for money and convenient and staff are friendly.

The food is amazing. Price is reasonable. The downside is room size a bit cramped. Also due the construction of LRT line, the entry is somewhat very easy to missed.

was a pleasant moment when i stayed here. nice and clean room are the most important things. i ordered the burger and its very yummy.

The room was clean however there were so many damages within the room. The safety bolt was damaged, makes me wonder what kind of people they have to damage it. The water heater in my room wasnt working and the hair dryer was also broken. Thankfully, they were quick to rectify everything. Kudos to the good service but I think its necessary to do more frequent checks.

Really a great place when on business trip (and the office is within a 5-mile radius). Friendly staff. Spectacular view from the Karumba rooftop bar. A small, humid fitness room will force you to change your lifting routine.

A very nice hotel with a clean room and great view. The staffs are friendly and helpful while maintaining a professional attitude. The only drawback was the drinking water (Aqua) which was limited to only 2 bottles per day that even an economy hotel such as A***IS can provide more when asked for. A shame really considering the price.

A very cozy bar & cafe for spending relaxing time after office hours. The view from the bar is very wonderful, especially in the evening where you can see the southern part of Jakarta with buildings and toll roads.
They provide beverages (including alcohol) and snacks. Smoking area is also provided in the east part of the bar, with comfortable sofa/seats.

F&B is good. Room and Facilities are clean and good cares. Place decoration also artistic and having especial teste look like touch by experienced hands. You will not see good views from this hotel to outside. Have some meeting / training room that confortable and suitable for small medium training. You can sit on resto and enjoy the music and melody during "sruput" a cup of coffee or tea.

Kolam renang ada dilantai atas dengan view yg bagus, namun ukuran kolam kecil. View ke jalan bagus dari lantai atas. Staff ramah.

Parkiran luas, kamar mandi sangat nyaman dengan dinding kaca sehingga terasa luas. Sebenarnya ukuran kamar td begitu luas, tp effect sekat antara tempat dengan kamar mandi dari kaca bening, menjadikan kamar ini terasa luas tanpa banyak sekat. Lemari yg dilapis kaca cermin juga menjadikan kamar terasa tambah luas. Tempat colokan listrik juga banyak. Lampu2 yg ada di kamar juga cukup attraktif dan menarik sehingga menambah suasana nyaman pada saat menginap di hotel ini... pelayanan dari staff nya bagus juga... sehingga so far it's recommended hotel utk area jl simatupang

The hotel has great rooms, modern and very comfortable. Good food and wonderful breakfast choices. I think prices for room are reasonable but food is a bit pricey for Indonesia.neverthelese good quality food.staff is great and helpful.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because gym and swimming pool almost non existent ( but they exist). You won’t enjoy the swim or the workout. My biggest suggestion to management is to improve the gym to double the size.. they have the space. Because I like my workouts it will be my last visit there until it changes.

Meeting room staff presenting the safety briefing is not fluent in English. Video safety is not well enough, back sound music during safety video is to loud and annoying. Need more improvement on hotel management and man power

When you visit Jakarta, and your business is near Pondok Indah or Lebak Bulus, than you need to stay here.. They have lovely and super helpfull staff.. We book privilege Room, the room was clean and neat, but not too spacious as we were expected, cozy and have comfortable bed.. Breakfast is good, they have small pool for children in the rooftop...

I and several friends went there a couple of weeks ago to celebrate a birthday party of a church leader. The modern interior is funky and comfortable. After defeating the heavy traffic i felt like i have found an oasis in Jakarta southern area. The food is great, service is also good, the small conference room, pool's cafe are clean and comfortable.

Good hotel. Room is new and clean. Breakfast is very nice. Service is kind and good as well. Dinner can be improved. Pizza and Lazagna was terrible. It is due to horrible cheese.

I visited this place for training a while back but still remember the good breakfast they provided. Despite the limited amount, the breakfast is very delicious.

This hotel has good rooms and good food. There's also bar named Karumba which provides many kinds of rums. The rate is good enough. But to get there is very crowded these days due to MRT construction is on going.

The hotel is ideally located in southern Jakarta business district and easily accessible from the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Shopping malls, restaurants and leisure options are within short jaunt from the hotel. High speed WiFi Internet access, complete meeting facilities, a rooftop bar with stunning view of Jakarta, a trendy restaurant and an onsite parking. It was FANTASTIC!

Being one of the newest hotels in the area, it has no excuse of having its facilities dated or grimy due to age.

Glad to report that the hotel is fresh, clean and guests are presented with a honest, modern and contemporary living space. Rooms are moderately spacious (depends on which type the guest books) with attached ensuite bathrooms that feature see-thru glass walls so guests can enjoy a view of the television even from the throne. Blinds are available in the showers for those who are not fans of being a voyeur.

Staff are friendly, multi-lingual and more than helpful to its guests. The hotel restaurant serves very decent local and western fare along with the usual breakfast buffet spread.

There is a bar/disco/lounge on the 19th floor with a 180degress view of the city - its usually loud but with few patrons (cept for specialty nights). There is a also a small gym, a lap pool and a Jacuzzi at the same level.

The hotel sits at the outskirts of South Jakarta so going anywhere popular is a little bit of a hassle due to the jams (the roads around the hotel are almost always jammed). Be prepared to set aside at least 1 hour to get to central Jakarta for famous touristy locations. There is small heartland-ish mall nearby the hotel (Poin Square) along with a large one a 10-20mins taxi ride away (Pondok Indah Mall).

There are supermarkets a short walk away from the hotel but one would have to brave the heavy congested roads with trucks, cars and bikes bumper to bumper, albeit only for about 100 meters. The supermarkets are visible to the north-west of the hotel (look for large "Giant" and "Carrefour" signages)

Top Tip: walk a little further, past Poin Square and over the overhead pedestrian bridge to Carrefour for meals, donuts and cheap supermarket buys.

Top Tip 2: Always use landmarks to describe where the hotel is to your cab drivers - helps heaps as they don't really remember the exact address (i.e Mecure Simatupang near Poin Square towards Pondah Indah)
