Warm Hospitality in the heart of Fukuoka. The Front Office staff able to speak English....they assisted me with their politness and knowledge about the city.

Clean & simplefiled. Closed to the budget rent car Tenjin store if you were looking for. Super high speed WiFi, when you flash the key card in the elevator, it can automatically sensored your room floor, cool.

We found the hotel to be in great location, especially if you want to be near Tenjin area. The room are standard, a bit small but rrasonably priced compared to others in the same area. Our only complaint was during check out, we want to send some of our bags via Yamato Transport Service (aka Black Cat) but the reception said the hotel doesn't offer the service. So we asked if they can find out the nearrst location but the reception just keep saying that they don't offer the service and there is none around. They did not make the effort to find out the answer for us.

Cozy, clean, and extremely convenient for travelling, shopping or eating local foods.

Small but clean and comfortable. A good local hotel. Did the job. The room was nice and warm even though it was cool outside as the heat was adjustable. Very friendly staff. I had a taxi booked the day before and it was waiting for me on time. Very convenient.

Typical hotel room in Japan, small. But new, nice and clean. Very comfortable. Couple minutes walk to Tenjin station. Nissan rental car next door. Many restaurants and shops.

This is your typical Japanese style hotel but a little larger room so there is enough room to walk around the bed and in the bathroom( of course no water provided in room but there are 2 stores almost immediatly outside.) High ceiling in room. Staff was good. Location couldn't be better. Very quick walk to the train station which goes right to the airport. Hotel is also near the nightlife. Anyone expecting a 4 star hotel similar to the US or other places need to realize this is Japan.

Warm Greeting, kind people, cosy place

Not really up to the standards of other Monterey Hotels. The room was kind of dirty, with stains (blood?) on the chair. Check-in was a little bit painful due to understaffing.

Great rooms, great staff, and the location couldn't be better, which provides for a spectacular view over Fukuoka that has a building height regulation due to the tremendously close-by airport.

The room was clean, nice bed, and big bathroom for japanese standarts. The staff was slso very friendly. The location is very good right in the middle of Tenjin. However for a 4 star hotel I'm disapointed that we didn't even get a bottle of water in our room. Cheap for a 4 star hotel, but for what you actually get it's a bit overpriced...

Easy walking .. Food stall street side " แผงลอย " .. It is very tasty .. very delicious .. hijo ni oishidesu.
This atmosp here we will be found only in Fukuoka.

방은 깨끗하고 좋았으나 직원분들 한국어까진 못하더라도 영어 몇마디는 좀 가능했으면 좋겠어요 너무 일본말만 쓰셔서 좀 불편했어요 분실물이 있어서 한국으로 보내 달라고 부탁 드렸는데 해외로는 안보내준다고 하시고...세심한 서비스 까지는 아직 한계가 있어요...

If you're looking to explore Fukuoka then the location of this hotel is perfect. Not only are you located next to an amazing shopping district, you're very close to Tenjin Station. The hotel room itself is a decent size, free in room wifi and very clean. When I return to Fukuoka I would pick this hotel again. One warning, if your looking for hotel buffet breakfast or really just sticking to the hotel, then you might look for another option. With so many food options literally right outside the door (street vendors lining the walkways after 7pm), it's safe to say you want to skip hotel food anyways.
