Alles sauber und ordentlich. Kostenloses WLAN ist super. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das einzige Minus ist, dass es im Doppelzimmer kein Schloss an der Tür ist, was mich aber nicht weiter stört.

Much better than expected

I can't believe this place has only one star. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms well equipped and the cleaning staff is very diligent. There is little space to put clothes which can be tricky for a longer stay. The breakfast buffet is good.
The staff is simply great, I've stayed many times now for both business and pleasure. It connects well to city center (harbour, train station) with local bus service in 10 min (up to four busses every hour), in particular with the ring line also to other sites such as the island Mainau and the university. There's a supermarket right in front and several night clubs and restaurants around (no problems with the noise!) though the fine cuisine is found definitely in the city center. For those who like a good walk, the city center is some 30 min away and most of the way is along the Rhine river which is both day or night a great route to walk.
The ibis styles Hotel Konstanz is right next to it, with a bar and billard table also available for visitors to the ibis budget.
There is a parking house available at extra cost and pets are allowed, too.

Very clean and friendly staff shame that you have to pay for parking

Tiefgarage war voll, und die Hotelparkplätze sind sehr begrenzt. Wer woanders parkt wird laut Aussage vom Hotel abgeschleppt. Zimmer ok jedoch war die LED Beleuchtung defekt. Das Frühstück war etwas minimalistisch aber frisch.

Nice place ... But outside the city

Nice clean room. Bathroom is a bit small, but room makes up for it. Bed is good size and there is free parking nearby. Free bus passes included with our stay, which is very nice. City center is about 2km away.

We were lucky to been giving room 336 which happens to be a much larger room with big shower room. seems to be room for the disabled. Bed was very hard only good for short stay. The hotel is very new and is clean. letdown for us was the distance to walk into old city around 30mins and no decent restaurants only a Burger King and Chinese restaurant. it's pretty much in middle of nowhere. Also was put off with many refugees around the area. But for a short stay its well worth 4 stars...

Simple but ok

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel, gute Anbindung per Bus in die Altstadt

The hotel is ok for a short stay, but the location it's not very good. The neighborhood is industrial and ugly, and it's far from the city center and the main train station. There is a smaller train station not do far away, but most trains don't even stop there. I would recommend it for people who travel by car. Breakfast costs 7.5 euros. Pets are allowed for extra 4 euros, but they can't access the breakfast room.

Value for money, out of the center but good public transport connections.

Bright clean room, good price.

Very clean and newly furnished. The room had a nice modern-looking lighting and was well maintained. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. But please don't opt for breakfast if you are accustomed to hot omelette, sausages or bacon: they're not offered. Otherwise, If you're fine with toasts, muesli/cornflakes, a selection of cheese and cold ham and some basic vegetables and fruits, go for it. Another inconvenience is that the hairdryer is only available at the reception. Otherwise well worth the price.
