I've stayed in many many hotels traveling for work. This hotel is by far the best I've ever stayed at. The staff are the most polite and helpful people you will ever come across. They treated my son and I like we were family not just random guests. Do yourself a favor and stay here your next trip to Biloxi.

Stayed here because it was pet friendly. It needs an update on the second floor. Carpet in the hallways are pretty dirty and stained. The breakfast area is limited due to the pandemic/virus so it's not much at all to choose from. Oatmeal packets, cereal packs, but a 1/2 gallon on milk in the fridge..for everyone to share. How in the world is that sanitary? Probably would not stay here again, not for the price.

The room was decent enough but the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There were hairs on the floor and on the counter and I found some used false eyelashes too. So that was pretty gross. But the staff are very hospitable and the continental breakfast was tasty, even tho hot foods were not available at this time.

Angel was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond for us, making sure we had extra bedding for the sofa in our room before our late arrival and ensuring our room request was granted. Great breakfast too. Thank you!

We are traveling back home from Texas to FL and have been staying at La Quintas because they're clean, comfortable & pet friendly. It has been a very nice experience until we got to the one here in Biloxi. The minute we opened the door, the STENCH of dog pee was very obvious. I sprayed the carpet and all upholstery with pet resolve, including carpet once we were settled in but every time the AC kicked in it reeked all over again. We would've asked for another room but after driving well over 10 hours and just gotten luggage open; well, we were just too tired. Even as I am writing this review, I can't wait to leave this room. There shouldn't be carpet in pet rooms and if there is, housekeeping should use something with baking soda while they clean the rest of the room and use some type of pet Febreze after. THIS room... YUCK!

Amazing & friendly staff, clean hotel with super clean rooms. Beds were super comfortable! Good breakfast just not that much of a selection as I’ve seen in other LaQuintas (no eggs, breads, fruit etc) only complaint was the coffee maker in the room was dirty. We had to run water through it 4 times before we made our coffee. Great hotel though!

Took my German Shepherd on a trip and this was one of our stops. Hotel is perfect if travelling with a pet. Had no issues and their pet policy is just common sense.

The price was reasonable, rooms were good. A little wear and tear here and there but nothing major, it doesn't pretend to be the Ritz. Staff were all dog friendly too. Complimentary breakfast was good for being free. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my visit however the dogs made the stay not as relaxing. I also got a bug bite from the room we were staying in. The hallways also smelled like dogs even though they say they try to keep the dogs on the 1st floor. The staff was really nice but overall I probably wouldn't stay there upon my next stay.

We made a trip to Biloxi to visit our grandchildren this weekend. For the first time ever, we decided to bring our older dog. We had heard that LaQuinta was “pet friendly” so rather than staying at the Hampton Inn as we typically do, we decided to give it a whirl. The room was spacious, but there was definitely a faint smell of urine. I guess that’s the price you pay for “pet friendly”, but maybe they should NOT put carpet in their rooms. I think it’s great that they welcome pets, but clearly people travel with pets that are not house broken. A heavy duty vinyl or just tile might be a better option. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. The bed was too soft for our taste, but it might be fine for some. I don’t think we’ll continue traveling with our dog though. I still prefer the Hampton Inn.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The pet friendly policy was awesome! The pool area is really nice. Nice selection at breakfast.

Only very minor issue was the wifi doesn't work the 2nd floor. Otherwise I'd recommend this pet friendly hotel.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We wasn't impressed with the breakfast at this Laquinta. They needed to serve scrambled eggs not hard boiled eggs and breakfast meats.

Clean rooms and good pillows. The staff was very helpful. I had my room booked through my corporate office and there was an issue with the card used to hook the room. The front desk clerk got me checked in without requiring a personal credit card and the next morning I got the issue resolved with my office. The other staff that I encountered was very friendly and the grounds overall were quite clean. Would definitely stay again.

It was clean, the staff were all very pleasant and offered any help when needed such as when I needed to call up to then room to check on my family. Also beds were comfy and clean. Would stay there again.

I enjoyed our stay here 1 month ago. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is dog friendly. The breakfast staff kept food items stocked and area always very clean. Hope to visit again.

Sweet well behaved dogs were visiting while I was there. They really are family members and made my stay more enjoyable.

Room is in excellent condition. Everything seems to have just been refurnished (contemporary), including the carpet. Bathroom is clean. Staff was efficient with check in. Other than the easy-to-miss entrance, my dog and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Staff and crew is very nice and sociable. The entire hotel is clean. There is a hot breakfast every morning downstairs with staff constantly refilling items. South of the hotel is a pond with birds and turtles that can be seen from at least half of the rooms. The only cons of this hotel is that there is at least a fifteen minute drive to Beach Blvd and that walls/doors are paper thin. This can't really be improved by staff or management so if you don't mind the drive this is a great stay for guests and pets.

My husband, myself and our one year old son stayed at the Biloxi MS establishment off Cedar Lake Rd and it was amazing the staff was accommodating, polite and very friendly, they allowed us a 1pm check out due to our late arrival, the room was clean and very well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and extras, the warm continental breakfast was amazing and had so many choices and the coffee was DELICIOUS.. We would surely stay there again..

Chain hotels should be consistent and reliable. Travelers should have confidence that they can expect the same experience in terms of staff competence, courtesy, number and types of amenity, and so on. La Quinta is better than most chains in this regard, and this location delivers as promised.

This hotel was way better than what I had expected. Being a pet friendly hotel you would think it would be a little run down and dirty but I was completely wrong. This hotel was VERY clean and modern. Highly recommend anyone traveling with pets to stay here on a road trip across the country. Very convenient being right off the I-10 and great prices.

Great dog friendly hotel at a reasonable price. It's great that there isn't an extra charge for pets although there are breed restrictions. The rooms were clean. There's a nice green space and pool area in back that overlooks a pond. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The front desk clerk wasn't the friendliest or most welcoming, but the rest of the staff was nice. The wall are pretty thin here and you could here other people talking and dogs whining in the halls. I would probably stay here again if I'm in the area with my dog. If I didnt have a pet I would've considered staying elsewhere.

Hotel nice 2 floor smelled like bug spray. They had ant problem Breakfast was nasty but everyone was helpful

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were very polite and extra accommodating. I also really liked the photographs hanging in the rooms. All of the photographs were of actual local landmarks and scenery.

The staff was extremely polite. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. The continental breakfast was awesome. The Jacuzzi had crystal clear water, and the location of the hotel was great being next to so many restaurants with the beach just a few miles away.

We were evacuated from Ft. Stewart, GA for Hurricane Irma. The front desk staff (Jossalynn to be specific) were incredible under the intense pressure of so many customers, requests, and issues. The housekeeping staff were just as accommodating and helpful, our entire stay, not just upon check in. I give the whole staff a huge KUDOS for handling everyone at their worst and treating us with their best. Thank you for all you do for our military and their families.

Good people good food around great place for fun

I made a same day reservation for a king suite with a pullout bed. When I was setting the room up for my family to sleep, the pullout bed was unmade and simply a bare mattress. I was able to get sheets and pillows from the staff after a few minutes (the staff was VERY nice!). Overall it was a nice stay. There are certain things you expect when you go to a hotel, even if it is just an overnight stay, like the room being ready and made up.

The motel was nice and front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The only problem we had was the pool was nasty the first day and the second day we left in the morning and came back that afternoon to housekeeping leaving our door open to our room. Luckily, nothing was stolen. The girl at the front desk apologized and said she would definitely let housekeeping and management know. Other than those two problems, it was good. Would stay again if we ever decide to go back to Biloxi.

If you don't have a pet, stay somewhere else. To many dogs barking all the time, room smelled of dogs, it was clean and the staff was kind, but paper-thin walls and barking all the time made for a horrible stay. Be prepared for animals.

The location is right off of the interstate, rooms are very clean and spacious, and the service was readily available

Room had a smell.. the bathroom had the same smell... Ran into dogs a lot.. my mom and kids got stuck in the elevator.. it was an electrical shortage.. was stuck on there til fire dept. came to open the doors.. just not a good experience.. I mean it was an ok stay.. no other hotels.. every hotel was booked... But through it all the staff was a pretty good staff.... Very apologetic no refunds but very apologetic 😂😂

The first room smelled terrible of urine. The 2nd room didn't smell as bad but still had an odor with it being a busy weekend all of the other hotels were booked up so we had to settle for this one. Bed was comfortable. The parking around the hotel was not very good, it was close to some restaurants.

Outstanding. Extremely clean, quiet, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Close to the interstate. Very nice continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

Normally very great stays here, this time not so much. The pool opens up at 10 and the lady at the front desk, incorrectly, started to argue with my wife about it not being 10, and prior to that, my wife was 8 minutes late for breakfast even though there was still plenty of food the worker refused to give her or my kids any breakfast. The pool was dirty and outs obvious the staff was not happy about being there

It's a really nice hotel lots of good places to eat around it a nice pool a really nice breakfast also has a workout room and just minutes from the beach

We arrived at 2am and spent nearly an hour standing in the lobby while the lady at the desk booked us a room. We had just driven 9hrs and then had to stand for 40mins while she talked to herself. She was pretty unorganized.

The room was okay. We stayed there a total of 6hrs and were back on the road.

No bad for a pit stop. Just don't be surprised if you have to wait a decade for the night auditer to book you.

This place had pretty good reviews and the room, lobby, and breakfast area turned out pretty nice. It had full digital TV and good WiFi. It's in a good location and I thought it would be quiet. The rooms are not very sound insulated, or mine wasn't anyway. I could hear the entire conversation of a couple in the hallway. I could hear my neighbors TV and his wakeup call including his portion of short phone conversation. The ac doesn't have the fan "always on" function so it turns on and off all night, that may not bother most people but it bugs me.

Room was very clean. Accessible shower was a bit confusing to work. The hot breakfast was pretty good. I would like to see more fruit or healthy options.

We stayed in room 118 and it WREAKED of dog urine! The hotel is in real need of updating. The doors and a lot of the trim are painted white and they are very dirty looking. The TV is small compared to most hotel TVs these days and the picture was horrible - it had several vertical lines (white) in it. We have been on a road trip and have stayed in LA Quintas for 4 of the last 6 nights - this is the worst one by far. I would not ever come back to this hotel.

I always stay at this location when I have business in Biloxi. Pleasant staff and convenient location make this the perfect place.

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and included the usual continental breakfast, as well as, eggs and waffles. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Great experience!

Not the worst place to stay, but far from the best. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The only real issue was the first room they put us in smelled like urine. The room they moved us to was much better but still smelled kind of bad.

We had stayed at this hotel before, because it's clean, convenient, and most importantly, pet friendly. We checked in, but the keys and room number were for an occupied room. We went back down to the desk, and it appeared the agent was swamped with calls and checkins. She apologized for the mixup and we got a new room. At the new room, the key card fell and got stuck *inside* the card reader. Fortunately, a room attendant was nearby and she tried to fix it best possible. She called for maintenance to come by, but they didn't show up for 20 minutes. We had a series of unfortunate events, but we still enjoyed the hotel.

The hotel is small but cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. My co-workers enjoyed the view of the pond outback. It is full of turtles.

Stayed one night while driving from Florida to Texas. Felt comfortable parking our truck here. Shares a parking lot with Applebee's (they give guests a 10% discount) and plenty of other food choices nearby. The staff was friendly and free breakfast in the morning (basic but good) would recommend!

Great room that allowed us to have our dogs with us. Outdoor area for them to do their business with a scooper and bags for free cleanup.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of August and will be staying with them again starting next week. I'd like to start off by saying that I've had the best hotel experience in my life staying with this hotel! The staff at is absolutely amazing! They made me feel welcome, were friendly no matter what time of day it was, and always wore a smile. Everyone was always sure to say hello, and they gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. My room was impeccably clean; bathroom, bed, all of it. The entrance and both outside and in were clean as well. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that there is a large gap opening between the floor and the bottom of the door. I felt as though this made my room much less private than in other hotels I've stayed in. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend :)

We spent three days here! We had a great experience; except for the lightening storm that hit the building and fried the WIFI! Tanya, who works the night shift was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Shawn was always smiling and offering to lend a hand if needed. We would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay on vacation or on a business trip. If we ever come back to Biloxi; we will be staying here again!

Everything was so clean. Couldn't tell it was older hotel as some said. Even tho pet friendly....u hardly knew it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Pool and surrounding was very clean. Family trip with a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again.
