Centralized Peoria with many dining choices in walking distance. Many offer drive through order and pick up. Some have opened dining room.
Hotel has 6 floors with a spectacular view and a pool spa area. The employees made me feel welcome. As a traveler, this made my stay a comfort experience. I make this my favorite overnight stay. Thanks David

I love La Quinta's! Every one Ive ever been to has always been clean and well kept. The employees are very friendly. This La Quinta was very charming and the bed was very comfortable. Its at a good location with nearby restaurants and In and Out Burger!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I hope to return!

Room was clean. Loved the pool, especially with how hot it was. It was close to the mall, so there was a lot to do in the area. The room was convenient, with a desk and a nice tv. Would definitely recommend.

This place is fantastic in every way!! Staff is so accommodating and friendly. We are here for a week and if the need were to ever arise again, we would not hesitate to return!

Room was super clean and very nice. The spacious bathroom was a plus. Pool area is kept clean and overall was a great experience. Breakfast food wasn’t extremely impressive but they had the basics. I will definitely be returning to La Quinta wherever I travel

Location was great right in the heart of p83 district with toms of food and entertainment option, but just staying at the hotel is an option as well, nice rooms, pool and hot tub all the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was good and had many options

This place was so nice ! Those king beds are so spacious!! I loved it it fit me and my baby and my husband with room to spare. The pool is awsome nice and big! And they also have a hot tub. They have a nice grass area with a little gazebo and chairs before the pool area. And then in the pool there is tables. Chairs and long chirs to tan. They have seperate towels for the pool area. They have a little workout place. Nice location there are a lot of places to eat and shoo near by.

Reception staff has always been friendly, professional, courteous, and cheerful. Rachel remembered me by name from my last visit almost 3 months ago. Enjoyed the exercise room, pool, and spa/hot tub. Used laundry facilities. Room was clean, just a little noise from neighboring room. Wi-fi internet was fast, Breakfast was good with a large variety of items. Hotel is pet friendly.
I LOVE this place and will stay here when visiting northwest Phoenix, Peoria and Sun City.

Very good place to stay. So many restaurants in the area. Staff is friendly and it has a place for us smokers too.. I would definitely stay here again.

Appreciate that they use unscented cleaning products. Common area and room was clean. Busy area and Inn was packed. We were lucky they had quiet and considerate lodgers.

Stayed for 2 nights. Little sleep those nights as toilets (in other rooms) were VERY loud. People surrounding me flushed on and off both nights. When checking out, I mentioned this to the clerk. The clerk said she would credit me with one night. DID NOT CREDIT DIDDLY SQUAT.

I would give it less than one star for lying to me.

I had booked a package deal that left me flying in at 7am but not checking in until 3pm. Dead tired from getting to the airport at 4am and not wanting to sleep in my rental car, I asked the front desk if there was any way to check in early (930am) to get some much needed rest before a big interview. To my surprise I was able to lay down in my room by 1030am and had a successful interview:) I wish to thank all the staff and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Glendale area.

Had to stay for a week while getting the floors redone in my house. The staff was always friendly, the housekeeping was polite and the common areas were clean. If I have to return, I wouldn't mind it.

Great pool! Very well maintained. Chlorine levels were spot on and the grounds were very well landscapes.

Convenient location, next to everything plus there is a mall across street. Spacious but older room. Free refrigerator and microwave in room.

We arrived here after moving from another venue that was horrific. The Front Desk Agent was amazing - welcoming, thorough, warm, friendly, informative. Our room, on the second floor, was clean and well appointed. There is a proper desk so working is very easy and the fridge and microwave are hidden away in a cabinet so you have plenty of space. We have a great view and the location is so close to the 101 and lota of shopping/eating areas. So many great restaurants near by. The hotel is very quiet. Breakfast is awesome! All staff have been very friendly. Only complaint is that it appears someone spilled something on the floor in front of the microwave area and the carpet didn't get cleaned. You cannot see anything, but with bare feet you can feel how stiff the carpet it. There are a few spots around the room where this is the case. But in fairness, I did not (yet) bring it to the attention of the hotel.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It was an ideal for two people and two large dogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful for us and the dogs. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Great location as there are lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling with dogs.

This hotel was great. Staff was friendly and quick. Rooms were nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great. Lots of places in close proximity to grab a bite. The free breakfast was good.

Very pet friendly. Close to the highway which makes it great for road trips. Also close to several places to eat. Some of the amenities were a little outdated compared to some other La Quintas, but overall a good experience.

The rooms make you feel welcome and at ease. Most allow dogs. The location i visited had an area for them to do their business. They served an enormous breakfast, not continental like most places. Even feels like a 5 star hotel for a cheap price. Good buy for the money.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The location to the Toyota center is perfect. Large suites and nice breakfast. I left my cc and the hotel staff contacted me immediately and overnights it to me. Great price.

One of the few truly "pet friendly" hotel/motel 's available while on the road. No extra charges (times the number of pets). All La Quinta Inns are pet friendly but some need updating. Peoria is great!

The Peoria, AZ La Quinta Inns & Suites location was the reason for its choice of lodging for me. My two-days business was in the area, so it made sense. The rating of the La Quinta was acceptable, and indeed, it was a good place to stay. Clean, neat, and well run.

This hotel received 5 stars from me. People in our group needed some things. We walked to target. I needed a late snack. We are all walked to in n out burger. Location location location. Right off the freeway.
Breakfast was fair. 4 people wanted bacon. I wanted better coffee.

Will stay here again. Rooms nice, close to lots of stuff, staff very professional. Breakfast was meh.

Very nice mid level hotel. Clean, from the lobby all the way to your room. Very nice breakfast, beyond just continental. Very clean pool and Jacuzzi heated to 85. They have a nice grass are with a gazebos and sitting area. Very pet friendly. Not fee or deposit required for pet.

This room is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They let us check in at 6 I the morning, which was surprising because checkout is at 3 in the afternoon. They have a huge breakfast buffet. This is one of the most cleanest rooms I have ever slept in. Especially for a hotel at this price.

Beds so comfy! Pool so clear and clean! Breakfast is great! Eggs sausage, biscuit n gravy, waffles, yogurt, and much more!

Decent room with good space and bedding, but absolutely zero sound proofing. Your neighbors will hear you clearly, and you'll hear them.

Very nice hotel, it's spacious and has very comfortable rooms. The breakfast is fine and fulfills most of our hunger needs, but this hotel happens to be very close by a lot of eating establishments so if the breakfast doesn't fill you then those will. All in all it's a very nice hotel in a very nice area.

I loved it here. Clean rooms very nice at the front desk. Pets stay free! Landry facility and gym on site and real breakfast served. Only thing I would change is bigger beds. Other than that I loved it here. Very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and up to date. The breakfast is way below average. It would be better if they served real butter instead of oleo and had better forks. The plastic forks are so cheap I had to eat my waffle with my plastic knife. C'mon man, spend a fraction of a cent more and get better forks!
