Peaceful resort with two amazing pools and personal jacuzzi in room balcony. Staff was fast, professional and straight up perfect. House keeping didn't left any place unturned and room kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary tools. View was amazing and night lighting gives a nice touch to hotel.

Very friendly, local staff. Nice, spacious rooms. Very touristy surroundings, expensive, but everything on site was good and the top floor bar/grill was phenomenal.

This has it all. Very relaxing place & everything on site even a Spar. Loved the room & hot tub on the balcony. Staff were very friendly & couldn't fault them or their demeanour. They make our stay very pleasant. A great place to go to get away from it all.

The hotel was amazing, staff were very friendly and offered great service and camaraderie. The pools were well setup and helped us sun loungers from 9-5pm pretty much for two whole weeks! A place we will return to for sure. Also... VIC Club (very important child club) was excellent, our girls couldn't wait to get there after the lovely buffet breakfast, all credit to Miriam!

Well-situated hotel, typical for its pretty high standard. All rooms are 'sea-view', the only difference is the fact that the higher the better. Spacious rooms with large terrasses with astonishing and breath-taking view on the Atlantic Ocean, larger suites with private jacuzzi on terrasse. The whole hotel is handicap-friendly, well-balanced infrastructure. There is no in-door pool, however, you woun't miss it anyway, two large out-door pools and several beaches in proximity. Worth to try, once thinking on Gran Canaria and you preffer Radisson 'no bad surprise' level of standard.

This hotel and the employees does the best they can to make your stay perfect, to an extent I haven’t experienced before. The facilities are nice, clean and functional.

Five star hotel five minutes walk from Anfi Del Mar beach. Although not private but there are also 2 mini beaches on either side of the hotel if you want to avoid busy Del Mar beach. Hotel has 11 floors, with all rooms having private balcony overlooking swimming pool and hotel grounds. The hotel facilities include 2 restaurants, pool bar, 3 swimming pools (1 fresh water, 1 salt water, 1 kids pool)., Spa, Gym, outdoor tennis and volleyball courts, kids club, kids playground and also a small Spar supermarket on site. We found all facilities clean and tidy.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed on 7th floor in one bed sea view suite 711 It had living and dining area with sofa beds, dinning table and small kitchen, a balcony, bathroom with shower and a bedroom. Kitchen had washing machine, dish washer, oven/microwave combi, induction hob, hood, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster. Generally our stay was very good and we found hotel staff very friendly and helpful. But I have given hotel 4 stars and not 5 due to following reasons.
1. There was a door between our room and the adjacent room and we could hear clearly the other people taking. They had a very young baby and we could hear baby crying in the night. They would have felt the noise from our room in similar way. You don't expect this in five star hotel.Not sure it was just our room or all rooms are like this. They need to improve sound insulation.
2. Although rooms were in good condition the bathroom was dated and kitchen units were old and loose again not expected from five star hotel.
3. We noticed that cleaners did not always clean the floor of rooms and bathroom.
4. Hot food choice in a-la-carte restaurant is very limited and we found almost no hot food choice in other restaurant serving buffet dinner. For non vegetarians there was ample choice at either places.

If hotel improves on these fronts then it is a very good hotel in nice location. We had hired a car and never found any issue getting a parking spot in front of the hotel either. Despite above issues we do recommend this hotel for its other good points.

Oh my! A very very very lovely hotel. The staff are excellent...nothing is too much. The activities are plentiful...lots of eating choices, the scenery environment is fantastic. You can walk along the beach to nearby little fishing village or other hotels or to the shops or lots of other restaurants. The hotel spa is divine... There are shops within the hotel. Each suite has the ability to be self sufficient...washing machine, a cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery..all very high standard.
I love love this hotel. The suites are luxury and this was one holiday, I was truly relaxed.

I would say the biggest pool landscape of all the hotels in maspalomas. Bus stop is a 5min walk away.

Great service, food and views. Second year in a row we dine at their restaurant (staying at another hotel nearby) and this year did not disappoint either. Recommend!

Properly nice food, staff & rooms. It's a great place.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. This hotel is leaps and bounds ahead of other surrounding hotels in terms of design and amenities. It really does stand out for the right reasons.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for our 10 days holiday in Gran Canaria, Arguineguin. Cannot fault the hotel, the room, which all have sea view and the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was Ab Fab. The waiting staff was all always friendly and ever so helpful. The pool area and pool bar was wonderful. Would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the bed being too soft for my partner and the buffet dinner could have been a lot better. The 222* á la carte restaurant on the top floor is another story. Food was absolutely lovely and the a spectacular view over the area.

What a find! We looked at a lot of places and this seemed good - what a fantastic place. The hotel is immaculate, the location is perfect, large set of pools, through a small gate to get to the beach, staff were excellent. This was SO much nicer and more romantic than I ever thought - I would not change a thing.

Quality hotel over looking a picturesque sea view. Rooms were of high standard with spa on the balcony. Service is what you would expect.

They apartment room are really spacious, taking the side with the view on the sea it's really worth the extra money. Food is good and the is a good choice, nice to have almost every evening sono show/live music. The pools are really nice if you don't want to go in the sea some days. Not much around, but a nice summer market not far from it. Best for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing resort absolutely fantastic we have stayed at this place twice and it's amazing. From the breakfast to the cleanness to the staff it's absolutely amazing.

Great looking hotel, fantastic pool area. pretty much everything was 4 star, bordering on 5 star.

BUT, and this is the deal breaker for me. The beds were way way to soft. almost jellylike. Not tempurpedic soft, just no support at all, laying on my back it felt like my body made an U. I asked if they had another room with better beds and they offered a wooden plank under the mattress. 100% deal breaker.

They obviously spent a lot on the hotel, why not go the extra mile and get decent beds.

We had a lovely apartment with a seaview, with a large balcony, on which we could enjoy amazing sunsets. The staff were always friendly and helpful morning, noon, and night. We loved the choice of pools from cool freshwater to heated seawater - plus we could access the beach nearby. The choice of food was fantastic at breakfast. We enjoyed the freedom of cooking our own evening meals in our apartment or going out and enjoying a wide variety of Canarian food within very friendly restaurants.

Et fantastisk hotell med alt av muligheter. Kostbart, men har du mulighet, bør du definitivt vurdere ett besøk. Fantastiske bademuligheter, både i basseng (saltvannsbasseng og ferskvannsbasseng) og kort vei til en liten og hyggelig sandstrand. Hyggelig betjening, gode treningsmuligheter, god mat og perfekt beliggenhet gjør dette til et skikkelig behagelig opphold. Pluss at alle leilighetene vender ut mot bassengområdet og sjøområdet! Anbefales!

Good restaurants within walking distance as well as public transport.

top, top, top, the only bad thing is the staff in the restaurant by the pool, but maybe they were rude just for me, didn't feel the love.
but all the rest is to great, is better than in the pics
