The room I got was handicap but they were out of any other rooms as this was a very busy but high class establishment. The service staff was very friendly and there pantry is incredible, they do not have vending machines they have a store open 24/7 where you can browse all sorts of midnight snacks. I was here less than 24 hours but my stay was definitely worth my time.

The staff there were very friendly and accommodating. I felt welcomed on every level. While I wished I had been on the beach, I couldn't have asked for a better place off the beach. I have a Boxer and she was welcomed with open arms. They even gave her treats, a ball, and even had a walking area for her to play in. I loved this place and would give it all 5 stars for just the way they treated my fur baby!!!!😁😍😁

My husband and I needed a brief get-a-way but couldn't see spending $500 a night for a room, so we chose Staybridge Suites, I'm so glad we did. The location is close enough for a short drive to the beach without all of the noise and commotion from the beach crowds. We were able to drive about 10 minutes and locate parking next to the beach and enjoyed our day walking along the beach, playing in the water and fishing off the pier. The room was always clean, the staff was wonderful and the food provided twice a day was incredible! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Stayed at Staybridge for 2 nights as a result of my original booking with the Hampton Inn being overbooked. It was a nice stay. My only complaint was that I booked a King room at the other hotel and they gave us a Queen here, as they indicated that's all that was available. We sleep in a king at home, so this was not comfortable for us. In addition, the air conditioning temp was set to a cool, crisp temp prior to us going to bed; however it was quite stuffy in the mornings. All in all, the hotel was clean, and staff was friendly. They offered breakfast and a mid afternoon meal during our stay.

We just wrapped up a fabulous vacation in Gulf Shores. Check in was a breeze, room was nicely sized for our group of 5, with just enough space. Breakfast was more than sufficient, something for everyone! We did not take advantage of the dinner, but the sliders smelled delicious. Clean, all the staff was super helpful and reasonably priced... we will be back!

Nice place to stay if you were staying for any length of time. The kitchen area is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
This is a dog friendly hotel so that could be slightly irritating to some people and there's only one elevator for the four floors and that is sometimes a bit of a nuisance.
does light inconvenientes aren't enough for me not to want to stay there as it's a very nice place to stay and the staff is very accommodating.

Wonderful experience, clean, quiet and the staff is exceptional!!! The free breakfast taste great and is filling, the kids loved it too. It's only minutes away from lots of places to have fun and the Beach is only a few miles away. We'll definitely make Staybridge our place to stay whenever we go to Alabama.

Awesome place to stay. Love location and the hotel and rooms are so nice. Beds are so comfortable. Excellent place to stay. The breakfast are full breakfast and very good. Staff are very friendly and if you need anything at all they will get it. AWESOME. They also have laundry services free to use. I definitely recomend

It's a location not too far from the beach, though you still have to drive there. The breakfast is excellent! They also have evening dinners occasionally during the week which are good too. Fourth floor seems like it's the pet floor.

Overall a very good stay. I love the kitchenette style as having a full fridge, oven, microwave, and basic utensils is invaluable on vacation. Rooms overall were great, pool area was pretty good. Staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was provided at or above expectations. There were no big issues with the stay or room and I would stay again. The only big negative is that sound carries in the hotel. I could hear the neighbors dog yapping for hours, as well as when the upstairs neighbors got home and were stomping around and closing doors. Another minor issue is the dining layout. On the weekends navigating the small space with a number of people where the hot food is somewhat awkward with people trying to get out of each other's way. Mostly positives with a couple negatives that wouldn't stop me from recommending it to others.

If i could give 10 stars i would!! Amazing pet friendly hotel with courteous staff. The room was clean. The property had a gated area for dogs to walk. We will be coming back and recommending to all our friends.

Awesome value. Best hotel I have been to in the area. Good breakfast. Very large selection. On site free laundry was a life saver after days on the beach.

This truly is an awesome place to stay my dad and I want and we got a two bedroom two bath room that was so beautiful. It's a dog friendly hotel, which I love since I was missing my five for babies at home. The only downside that I had was I have celiacs disease and there's never any gluten free offers on the breakfast bar, like breads are pastries. Other than that it's a wonderful place to stay.

I've always loved this hotel. This one in Gulf shores is beautiful as well. Very nice service. All pets welcome and there's breakfast served here daily that's included with your stay.

My aunt and family love to stay here when they come to visit us. It is pet friendly and has great staff. They serve breakfast and dinner sometimes which requires the workers to be present to help, and they are always nice. They keep someone at the alcohol to assist with pouring and actually are knowledgeable about thier products. This place is a great place to stay that is not on the beach but close enough to the beach that you can be there in just a few mins. Highly recommend

The hotel is nice with a central location. We brought our dogs, and they were greeted with a welcome pack and toy. The rooms are large and well-equipped. There's a nice breakfast in the morning, and a heated pool. We enjoyed our stay! Only complaint was breakfast started a little late on the weekends, but we are early risers.

Love this place! If you want to be treated royally, you want to stay here. The hotel's goal is to make you feel at home. They offer suites with small kitchettes, a living space and two bedrooms, each with a bath. The staff is hospitable, kind and willing to help. Dinner is served M,T,W and breakfast daily. Our dinner the 1st night was picnic fare. The baked beans were amazing! The breakfast star was the biscuits!!! Tonight, soup and deli sandwiches. Beer and wine available. All this included with our room. AMAZING!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - I have stayed in many hotels but this is by far my best stay ever! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accomodating! We had to leave a day earlier than we were supposed to and they were very helpful with that also. The beer, wine, and food at night was great! Great breakfast! Love the BBQ pits! Clean clean rooms. Kitchens are stocked with everything you need. Awesome stay - will be back!

For the most part this was a delightful place to stay. The rooms were plenty big and the comfortable. The staff found out it was our honeymoon and went out of their way to make our stay in gulf shores fun including giving us a free bottle of champagne. I would give it five stars. But the breakfast was a little bit on the poor side. Most of the dishes were ok. But the hot cereals were constantly watery. And the bacon was more like jerky. But else wise this place was terrific. It was a little ways from the beach but made for a quiet night after going all day

We made last minute reservations there due to Hurricane Irma. They were very accommodating to us especially since we were bringing a big dog, even waving the pet fee due to the circumstances. We had a queen suite and the room was fantastic along with all the staff there. Upon check-in they even gave us a welcome bag four dog with toys and a great bandana to wear while we there. They even give a list of dog friendly restaurants and activities to do in the local area and conveniently located to all attractions!! I would highly recommend them to any traveler with or without pets to stay here!! Plus they have a really great breakfast and social hour!! Thank you for all your help during a trying time!!

Really friendly staff. Had a great experience. The only thing I could say I didn't like was the bed it was pretty bad but everything else was really good. I'd still call this the best hotel I have been to

Only about 10 minute drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Look out for Andy in the afternoon he is a really cool guy!

Well first off, I LOVE this hotel. It has a convenience store it's a little pricey though. They give free breakfast, which was delicious, we had free wifi, the hotel had a pool, its near the beach, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel is pet friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone and families.

The service was great. The front people super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for getting in and out. Room was great other than the A/C unit was loud.

The best hotel experience ever!!!! I wish I could name all the staff, but I wouldn't want to mistakenly leave a name out.) Everyone was so friendly, professional and eager to help us with any and all request during our stay; in addition to providing us with information about things to do around the city. Staybridge Suites and its staff, helped to make our vacation even more memorable! The amenities at this hotel are awesome...from the family centered environment (including pets), the welcoming accomodations, to the daily breakfast and Mon-Wed evening social (the food was tasty) we couldn't have chosen a better place. The price was a steal considering all that we had access to and the high level of customer service we experienced. On top of that it was a short drive to the beaches. A+

Great hotel for a great price considering it's about 5 miles from the beach. Pet friendly which is a must for our little furry friend. The hotel has social events each night that include free food and free beer or wine. Highly recommend. We'll be staying here again next time we come to the beach.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! Our hotel room smelled amazing. And not ad though it was over fragranced, trying to cover up a stench. It smelled clean and like cinnamon. Reminded me of home. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. They treated my fur baby to a gift bag when we arrived. He loved his treats and his brand new Kong ball! We will definitely be back!!!

I love Staybridge, we booked a studio suite they upgraded the room to a King Size Suite. They have comfortable beds, and AMAZING pillows...and towels. Pool was small but they had a little fireplace area that was nice and quiet. It's further away from the beach. But I don't mind a 5 minute drive. The Hotel services were very nice and welcoming& great amenities

Location is off the beach, but there is public access nearby staff is friendly, room service is only available during the week, limited service available by request only for weekends.

I've stayed here 5 times on business for weeks at a time, can't imagine staying anywhere else! Staying here in the future for business & family vacation. Not a pet lover? You'd never know this is a pet friendly hotel, it's that clean!! Everyone on staff are friendly & go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant experience! Hands down the Best hotel I've ever stayed at!!

Loved this hotel it's extremely pet and kid friendly. We will definitely be back and when travelling else where we will be looking for a stay bridge.

This is a nice hotel. The pool is nice and the daily dinners are pretty good. A little far from the beach but they make up for it.

I was very impressed with the staff and the hotel...It was very clean...the food was actually good. The lady that prepares the food - really made the hotel awesome. She told us to sit in the conference room since we had a big party...she was always nice and made this stay worth while.

We booked this hotel because the first one we got was very bad. This hotel is the best we've stayed at. The rooms are super clean and plenty of amenities. The kitchen in the room is great for a long trip and the staff couldn't be more welcoming.

Can't recommend this place enough, arrived early before check in with my fussy child. instead of having to wait 3 hours for our room the staff found us another room at the same rate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly enjoyed my stay.

Highly recommend staying here. Great staff and great accommodations. They serve breakfast every morning, and it is the best. I have many food allergies, and so finding a place to eat at is usually very difficult. So, it was very nice to actually have food that I could eat for once. For breakfast they typically serve yogurt, grits, oatmeal, eggs, French toast, sausage, muffins, juice, coffee, and so much more. The best breakfast I have ever had! On Mondays through Wednesdays, they serve food and drinks for dinner. While we were there, they had barbeque chicken sliders and baked beans, soup and salad, and hamburgers and hotdogs. They have a nice size pool, a workout room, a laundry room, and a great room. They really cover any and all needs that you can think of. It's pet friendly, too, and a super clean facility. Again, highly recommend. Loved staying here.

The room ,location ,service was great price wasn't to bad either. The living room had a soft bed so one possible two extra come have came. The room is setup like a small apartment. We will come back

Great hotel about 5 miles from the beach. Great customer service and good breakfast. Monday through Wednesday they have dinner for the guests on the house. Will definitely stay here again.

i stumbled upon Staybridge Suites in Gulf Shores over Labor Day weekend simply because they were closest hotel that actually had a vacancy. By the time i arrived, my weimaraner and I were extremely exhausted from our over 8 hour drive from louisiana, but were welcomed by the most pleasant lady at the front desk, who not only pulled strings to get our room ready right away, but was such a positive, friendly face that we immediately felt welcomed and at home. Loved how they catered to the pets in the hotel with treats, potty areas, and bandanas for each mutt that arrived. the entire experience was so enjoyable that I wont hesitate one second next time to forfeit a room on the beach for a room at Staybridge where they truly make you feel like family.

The good: Clean, comfortable, and the meals (breakfasts, dinners) provided are generally good. They also have happy hours, with beer and wine. We had a few issues that were dealt with immediately by the staff when reported. Overall good stay.
