Good rooms,across from s-bahn, staff not that friendly

The hotel itself and the services are very good, delicious breakfast as well, BUT: we came back to the hotel after the whole day spent in the city and obviously the cleaner forgot our window open ( in February)...our room was the same temperature as outside...we were disapointed about this isue...:(

Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are fantastic. The only issue I found out that there is no coffee or tea maker in the room.
If you want to go to the city center it is not a good idea to go by own car, one advantage of this hotel is being located 20 meters away from S-train but no train sound in the rooms.

Great hotel, nice view, clean and nice rooms. Stuff is very helpful. Parking in garage, restaurant at the last floor.

Opposite S bahn station. Great room view on high floors. No exercise gym. Top floor tower restaurant very good for breakfast and dinner. Great sunset and night view.

Ich war zufrieden. Habe nur eine Nacht hier verbracht für ein persönliches Event in der Nähe. Das Gebäude wirkt etwas deplatziert in der Gegend (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt steht dem spiegelndem Turm ohne gradlinige Außenwand entgegen). Die Rezeption war stets freundlich, das Schlüsselsystem basiert auf Karten und es werden Frühstück und Mininbar geboten. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und bot einen weiten Blick über den Rabdbezirk Spandau.

Just good and perfectly located at the S- subway station, 2 min foot walk only.

Rooms do not have that much space, but most people do not come to live in the hotel all day. But the beds are good and you can get a shower with view to old town Spandau.

Only visited for a meeting and day time event. Nice rooms with a great location to the main s-bahn system. Comfortable and large.

Overnight visit for business, Beautifull rooms and well Service.

Absolutely no problems at all. The room was nice and clean, we could relax. Very close to public transportation. Discovering Spandau was a good experience as well! Nice views from the rooms or the roof terrace. Only negative is that the breakfast is highly overpriced.

Nice and clean hotel. Far from everything. Looks different than pictures. The temperature in room was cold and we couldn't change it.

The hotel is clean and with nice rooms. The employees are ok but not very friendly ( not to take it as they were rude). Visited in march! The prices are really good for the conditions. I would recommend as transport is really close by, about 2 minutes walk.

Free Parking possible but limited. Staff reasonably nice for Berlin Standards. Roms clean and a very nice View of Spandau.

Really not a lot to do around here. Tried exploring the immediate area and aside from the industrial area on one end and Spandau's 'historic' center, which is pretty lackluster, nothing is going on. If you have a reason to be in the area the place is great. The train being literally across the street is great though and for 20-30 minute train rides right into downtown Berlin the price is great. Staff was pretty accommodating even helped me save a few bucks on advising me to park on the street as it's free. Pillows might as well have not been there though....

Great, breakfast, Affordable rooms with clean design. Amazing bed, pillow and blanket-good quality. Across the street from Stresow station. Quiet area, restaurant in the 16 floor with nice view.Good service as well only downside is TERRIBLE wifi, to do some work had to take the train to a close coffee shop.
Airport is about 30 mins away. Not a lot to do in the area.

A perfect hotel for visiting Berlin or any trade fair in Berlin. Situated directly at the train station STRESOW ( S-Bahn) it could not be easier and worry free to reach any place in Berlin by public transport. Even the access to the High Speed train is only 1 min away (Spandau) the rooms are perfect and the rooftop restaurant is simply stunning. My rate which I paid in December was very affordable. The rooms are clean and as the hotel only occupies the upper floors of that building, the view over whole Berlin is simply great.

S-Bahn station across the street. 15 min trip to the heart of Berlin. Rooms are amazing. Clean, modern, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and restaurant on the 16th floor has an amazing view.

We visited the Hotels Restaurant for our companys christmas party. The food, drinks and service were excellent.

The room has plenty of space, with magnificent view. Also the sky restaurant in the 16th floors offered in expensive food. I really enjoy staying here.

Hotel ist sehr schön auch sehr sauber wir waren 2 Nächste dort und am ersten tag waren wohl welche im zimmer haben sauber gemacht aber leider auch nur husch husch die betten mehr nicht!! kann mich nicht beschweren da mir das bett nicht wichtig war ;-D sehr guter ausblick...
wir haben per Telefon gebucht dort hieß es sofort er Check inn egal ab welche Uhr zeit doch leider konnten wir erst ab 15 Uhr rein unter anderem war leider keine rede von 50 euro extra zahlen wenn man keine Kreditkarte besitzt falls etwas kaputt geht allerdings würden die 50 euro ausgezahlt ohne sich das zimmer anzuschauen es wurde nur gefragt ob man die Minibar benutzt hat selbst wenn hätte man lügen können es hat keiner nachgeschaut deswegen ist das 50 euro (sicherheit ) auf gut deutsch sinnlos mal etwas harmlos ausgedrückt ;-D :-( man bekommt das geld zwar wieder aber das macht einfach kein sinn gerade wenn man mit abgezählem geld dort hin fahrt !! wir standen dann da mit 50 euro weniger !!! nicht ganz so schön sowas könnte man am Telefon schon erwähnen ansonsten kein problem =)))

In einem kleinen, aber sehr modernen Zimmer haben wir übernachtet.Das Zimmer war sauber, ein schönes modernes Bad, super Blick aus der Höhe auf Spandau und nettes Personal am Empfang.Trotz das wir viel eher da waren, konnten wir unser Auto schon in die Tiefgarage abstellen. Gerade in der Gegend kann ich es nur empfehlen einen Platz dort für 6 Euro zumieten. Das Frühstück ist ganz oben im Hotel und man hat daher eine super Aussicht. Alles super, wir kommen gerne wieder!
