3 bedroom suites give enough room like a small house. Hard beds. I still give 5 stars for the views and hard working staff.

Our family have made numerous trips to Dunham Smoky Mountains and each visit would be rated 5 stars. Always easy check-in, rooms spacious, clean and we'll equipped. Friendly staff enhances the visit.

We are repeat visitors here. Everything in the units and common areas are always clean and well kept. The employees are always very kind and welcoming, and always ready to accommodate you whenever they can.
The pool was not as clean as it usually is during our last visit in December of 2019, would be about the only thing I could complain about. We love our time here each and every visit. It is a home away from home!

Really like this resort. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff have always been great. As with any time share resort just say no for the offer of sitting through the sales pitch unless you're truly interested in buying. Sometimes they aren't bad but We have hit some salespeople that didn't want to take no for an answer. I just tell them no thanks when I check in.

We stayed in a one bedroom. The room was clean and plenty of space for two. Loved having all the appliances I would have at home, including a clothes washer and dryer. Service was great. The only minor complaints would be was that sound carried through the walls pretty easily from the surrounding units and we got zero cell service inside the unit. Overall we had a great stay.

This place is very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the amenities. I love that we can have meals in our room instead of eating out. They even have grills for use. The pools are lovely and the splash pad is so fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

An absolutely beautiful resort. One of my favorite Wyndham resorts. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and very clean. There are many activities for children. The splash pad is awesome! I highly recommend this resort!!

Stayed here late July. For the most part, everything was excellent. We had two issues with a blocked toilet and phone that didn't work. They took care of both of these issues very quickly. Room was clean, but you could hear other people above rather easily. Still a nice place to stay.

Had a BLAST!!! The rooms are amazingly clean. If I needed anything extra, guest services are more than willing to supply. There were events happening every day including our Wine Painting Activity. Activity center has everything you can think of: arcade room, ping pong table, air hockey, table tennis, board games (which you can FREEly rent out to your room), and pools on site. Great resort.....will visit again!!!!

My wife and I recently became owners in Wyndham and wanted to test out the resorts. We took her sister and brother in law and got a 2 bedroom suite!! I loved that we were able to enjoy our own space and still have somewhere to congregate and enjoy each other at the same time. The amenities that are readily available all day until 11pm is beyond my expectations. We bought this ownership for our future family. I know our son, who is less than a year, will love being on sight with all the activities available when he is older.. Then go enjoy the city we are in later! We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at this resort several times. The staff is always so friendly. Rooms are wonderful. Beds sleep so comfy. The view from your room is amazing.

The resort and the rooms are fine. The customer service is horrible.
We were in our room one week. We had one good night of sleep. The family upstairs was loud all night.
I first contacted the desk and asked them to contact the occupants to be quiet. The resort had a policy of night time quiet hours.
The second time I went to the desk and tried again, having to call security the night before. No result.
The third time I spoke with a manager, Christina, who informed me the could not nice the other guest. No result for me, no recourse to make my trip better, no consequences for breaking the rules, nothing. Basically, if you were a room full of college kids partying all night nothing would happen.
If this is the way they run a time share resort I would spend my money somewhere else.

Wyndham Smoky Mountains is a spectacular resort for families, couples or anyone. We are owners and booked the 4 bedroom Presidential for our 2 families and it was BEYOND our expectations. We had 2600 sq ft of space with 4 bedrooms that were huge!!! 2 jetted tubs in the masters and the living room, kitchen and dining room were big enough for all 8 our us to move around and sit together very comfortably! We will definitely book here again!

When we first arrived at the resort the customer service was amazing. We went into our room and the mirrors were dirty, one of the toilet seats was broken, & the master bathroom had no toilet paper. We called customer service about the toilet seat and toilet paper and they immediately came to fix the problem. We also saw loads of carpenter bees on our patio and maintenance came and sprayed them away. All in all, customer service is great but cleaning could improve and so could the WiFi here.
There are indoor and outdoor pools and a kid playing area. There are elevators and parking is plentiful and easily accessed.

Very nice resort. It has great amenities including 4 pools, 2 saunas, pool tables, air hockey, etc. the staff is very helpful and nice making sure your stay is great. Only thing that could be better is to include maybe a pool area with water slides for the kids. That would make the stay more worth while.

This place is beautiful! Pools on both sides but not verry inviting. Staff super friendly & knowledgeable. Cooked steaks one night at the gas grill which was provided. Definitely would stay here again. Access to everything, there is inexpensive parking at aquarium.

Such an awesome place to stay. Literally there is pretty much something for everyone. From the indoor or outdoor pools to the playground, kids activity classes, fitness rooms I mean there is something for everyone. Also the rooms are nice and clean and the employees are professional and willing to help any way they can. I will definitely be staying here again in the very near future.

Beautiful room. We came in from Illinois. They allowed us to check in about an hour early. Beautiful view. All the luxuries of home. Only real suggestion is they need a time for adult only in the pool/hot tub areas.... you were not able to relax because of all the screaming kids.

Nice at first impression. Was here 3 years ago and carpets were dirty, same thing on this visit. I clean our feet and within 5 minutes of walking inside the room, feet are dirty, not just a little dirty, very obviously dirty. Employees are very nice and welcoming. Rooms need more small amenities. Hooks on or near doors, better lighting. I remember kitchen having bowls for storage and mixing but cannot find one on this trip. TV is obviously satellite and it's been raining, so there is a lot of pixelation. Jacuzzi tub is very relaxing.

Seiverville is a beautiful area to visit with lots to do in any direction. Wyndham smokey mountains is a great place to stay! We have been here twice and the staff has been very accommodating. Our unit was recently renovated...very pretty. Couldn't get into safe as last tenants locked it closed...had to call front desk for staff to come unlock it...they we're here in a matter of a few minutes! You can hang out at the pools (indoor or outdoor) play in the game room, borrow board games or cards or attend one of their events. Our unit was clean and we'll stocked....but if you need something let them know....they will help you. They also offer discounts on area attractions. We brought friends with us and they love the place...this was their first experience with Wyndham and it won't be their last....they're already asking if we can come back again in the fall!!!

What a wonderful resort. We stayed in a newly refurbished room on the Elkmont side and it was perfect. The location of the resort is excellent, with Collier Drive giving you the ability to cut across the back of Pigeon Forge via Veterans Boulevard. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids happy and the employees were all very helpful. Even the timeshare pitch at check-in wasn’t as hard of a sell as I was prepared for. To give an example of how good the service was, at check-in they were unable to find a pack-and-play for our room. For two days, they were unable to find one (as they were all being used in other units). Without me asking, they ended up purchasing one from the store for us to use. We were very impressed! We’ve found a new home for our vacations now at Wyndham (although we’ll rent from VRBO or another company instead of buying direct from them).

The nicest place I have stayed. Few issues with the room were handled immediately. Friendly staff made me feel very welcomed. They above and beyond my expectations. Can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful place for a great, relaxing vacation!!! Nice condos with everything you need...just bring your clothing & food, if you plan on cooking. Staff is very attentive and helpful!! Always enjoy our stay here.

Beautiful place to stay in the condo resort. You were close to everything. They were so very helpful with all the shows. Highly recommend going to Tennessee, beautiful country.

Excellent place to stay, all kinds of amenities from not only swimming pools, indoor and outdoor there's even a Putt-Putt golf course on the property. The rooms are more like Apartments with full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining room and it's all fully stocked with all the dishes, blankets, pillows and everything else you need, right here. There is even a concierge that will help you find things to do and places to go that are fun for people of all ages, from families to single people just looking to have a good time. I won't stay anywhere else when I come to this part of Tennessee. Absolutely love it here!

Good stay, one of the outdoor hottubs wasn't working, and the pool got crowed. Lots of construction stuff out right now because they're in the process of renovations. We were in a renovated two bedroom and the view was fantastic. There where only two trashcans though, one in one bathroom and then in the kitchen, the master bath was missing a trashcan. Front bedroom only had one lamp light and a light switch that i couldn't tell what it was for. Great area for vacations if you enjoy tourist stuff and the mountains. Close to all the fun stuff. Parking was easy

Our stay here has been excellent. The rooms were all clean and very nicely decorated with great amenities. The entire staff has been very helpful and friendly.

The unit was clean although the hot tub plug was broken (was it cleaned and the broken plug not noticed, or was it not cleaned). Unit was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Kitchen had all the things I needed to cook with. The resort offered some fun activities and the staff bent over backwards to make sure I was aware of local activities and to get me the best deals possible. I'll be back.

Loved this place. Everything you need for a at home stay. Kitchen fully equipped from dishes to pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc. View was wonderful. Lots of space for a family. Bedroom are not on top of each other. Will definitely stay here again. Very centeraly located.

Wonderful staff. Room was beautiful, well laid out and spacious. Full kitchen, dining room and living room. I was told the units were recently renovated. Cookware a little on the cheap side. Television, by today's standards and price could be a little bigger. Master bedroom with connected bath was great. Over all good experience.

Mostly clean with large rooms with several amenities, but after the first night the charm has worn off. The resort employees were doing renovations and maintenance work outside our room the entire time, including hammering starting around 10am. DON'T EXPECT TO SLEEP IN! Our car was blocked in by 2 large trucks that parked behind us illegally by employees of the resort. The water pressure was very low, making it hard to rinse hair products off, and the large tub had mold growth. They put queen size sheets on our king bed, which came off often while sleeping. There was also no changing room area for the pools, only a small bathroom with stalls to use.
Some benefits here are fairly new appliances, including a washer and dryer in the room, and all the basic amenities with some random extra things included. All in all I will not stay here again.
3 stars for the room and 1 star for the employees.

Wonderful resort. The rooms were large but cozy. The included safe was a nice touch that you don't see everywhere. The Jacuzzi was fantastic and all the amenities outside the room were great. The desk let us buy some quarters for our poker game which was very nice of them.

Well located if you prefer to be close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and within easy reach of Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National park, but not the best for scenic views from your balcony. Clean, well managed, and in a great state of repair. Only down side was the vacation club reps were quite pushy in their approach to try to get members to attend the presentation for "new opportunities to use your points".

We love staying at wyndham. We really wish they had more 4 bedroom or even 5 bedroom condos but they are always great with working with us. Very rarely do we have issues with cleanliness or lack of supplies.

We love this resort. It is easily accessible and accommodations are great! Staff has always been friendly and helpful each time we have stayed here.

I recently started at the Wyndham Smoky mountains with my family and I loved it. The rooms are nice and they're close to just about everything in Gatlinburg. My only complaint is that there wasn't a sponge in the room. Just a scouring pad.

Great welcome, great staff. Just wish the folks on the floor above us had not been so loud! Given the number of empty rooms, you'd thought they could separate everyone by at least one floor. Beautiful views!!

Very comfortable resort , good location just North of all the tourist activity. The staff is fantastic. Kelly at the front desk was super, very knowledgeable and personable. Christina I can't thank enough. She saved our family vacation/reunion of 18. Thank you again.

This place is very pretty and spacious and has some nice amenities. However, it's not everything it appears to be from the outside.

First of all, as soon as my husband checked us in, one of the people at the front desk tried to sign us up for a time share talk over breakfast without telling him that's what he was doing. Before he could finish doing that (after what seemed like forever as I was waiting in the car), my husband figured out what was happening and refused, and then the clerk proceeded to insult him for not wanting the free breakfast.

We were also accosted later at the pool for not wanting to participate in a diving competition. Even though we certainly didn't need an excuse not to participate, I was visibly pregnant at the time and told the activities director as much so he would leave us alone, but even then, he continued to harass my husband to participate by getting in our faces with a megaphone.

On top of being pestered by the staff, maid service was not offered during our stay, which wouldn't have been such a big deal if they had provided us with more than two towels between the two of us for a 4 night stay and if they'd had more trash cans in the rooms. (I'm sure we could have asked for more towels, but with the rate things were going, we were afraid we might have been harassed again or charged some kind of fee).

Additionally, the rooms are not well insulated as we could every noise from the surrounding rooms.

To throw in a positive, they had a neat little put put course (9 holes) on the property and the complimentary shampoo smelled nice. We won't be going back for those things though.

The facilities are nice, the staff is nice, the location is nice. The room was nice also. The room had a king bed/bedroom and a pullout bed in a couch in the living room/kitchen. My wife and I, and sister and her husband stayed in this unit. I expected the two couple experience to be a bit too personal, with too little personal space. That wasn't the case. It was cramped, but we were well able to provide both couples personal space. (There was a door between their room and the bathroom and other bedroom.)

Nice place with friendly staff. The rooms have a good view and you're right down the road from e everything. Came up to see the eclipse, but we're already planning our next stay!

Not bad, place is older. They had to fix multipule things in our room when we got here. You wouldn't know but there is a landfill / dump behind resort. The pool is salt water so that's nice. Also has indoor pool. Staff is friendly. Water spray park on property. Can see the mountains from our room. Has a safe, full kitchen, washing machines. Over was a nice place. Close to the main road with touristy things.

This resort is great. Lots of amenities and very close to everything. Room was clean and very well stocked. Staff was very helpful and was able to answer all questions. I would recommend visiting this resort and plan to come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was big, roomy, and comfortable! Had everything we needed for our stay. The view from our room was awesome! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would not hesitate to stay here again! They even had activities you could participate in throughout the day ou'd you wanted. Awesome place!

Very nice place for the price. When we checked in there was a mixed up with our reservation for a one bedroom. Instead of making us wait they upgraded our room to two bedrooms which is very nice of them. Only it took them 25 minutes to look for that room but they were accommodating and friendly in the front desk so worth the wait. If we have to come back again we will definitely stay in this resort.

We stayed in building 13 which is secluded and very relaxing. I enjoyed the quiet mornings on the balcony with the view of the trees and crisp air. The service was great the one issue with the room was fixed within 15 minutes and everything was back to normal. I love it here.

So far the resort is great. I love that they have the kiddie pool available for the little ones along with splash pads. They seem to have a lot of fun activities planned. The rooms are nice and clean. So far so good.

The hotel and amenities were great! This is one of the best hotels I've had the opportunity to stay in. Sadly, the customer service is certainly sub par. We had an issue with the reservation and had to call in multiple times to be left on hold for over eight hours altogether. A business of this caliber should have better customer service so I cannot give it a 5.

Everything was clean and neat. The only problem we had was the sheets. I think my husband was allergic to whatever they clean the sheets with because he broke out on his back. Otherwise, this resort has always been really good. We ran across some of the workers and they were really nice and helpful.

We visited some family who were staying there. Their suite was very spacious, easily accommodating 10 of us for dinner. The view was spectacular, and it was a lot easier to drive into and out of the resort than I thought it would be.

Smoky mountains was wonderful. Everyone at check in was friendly, very informative about all the services provided at the resort. Finding the resort was very easy. The rooms were fantastic. Very homey. Plenty of room. Our location was fantastic for everywhere we needed to go. Couldn't have picked a better location. We loved it!

We have stayed here several times over the years. Our room is always clean, and for the most part quiet at night. It is conveniently located close to the main strip, also. I take away one star because the people can be pushy about selling you more timeshare opportunities. You have to be tell them multiple times that you are not interested. Otherwise, it is a very nice place to stay!

Had a wonderful week at Wyndham Smoky with a great couple who stayed until Friday and left to go to a wedding shower. We travel a lot with this couple and they were just as impressed as we have been with Wyndham. Plan on going back as soon as possible. The facilities were outstanding.

Location convenient to area attractions. Very spacious rooms and comfortable and clean accommodations. Only downfall is the long check-in process where they try to get you to attend a meeting to sell a vacation rental.

I booked a one bedroom suite for an early summer vacation (April 2017), and was given an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. The resort had a convenient playground and an indoor pool. The staff was very friendly! We are not members, so we were strongly encouraged to attend a timeshare presentation, but with my 18 month old's attention span didn't really allow that. The room was clean and well stocked with basic cookware. The beds were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of pillows and towels. We were close enough to the Pigeon Forge attractions, but I could still sit on my porch and listen to the frogs and crickets in the evening. I would gladly stay here again.

Great location. The views are beautiful and it's in the middle of everything, so travel times are good. It isn't the most clean, but it would be hard to find a better deal than this.

Average, with pros and cons. Location is nice, off the busy stretch. Our room seemed a little musty, a couple bugs and fruit flies. Appeared pretty clean and quiet though.

Wyndham Smoky Mountains is lovely. The location is super convenient to local attractions yet remote enough for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Very nice location with amazing views! Staff was pretty good and the rooms are nice. The whirlpool tub in the master bath is very nice. Would have gotten a 5 star from me, however there were mold spores in the bathroom. With my youngest child arriving with allergy problems (arrived on 1st day of Spring) this did not sit well with me.

Great location to the Smokie Mountains (only 10 - 15 minute drive), plenty of restaurants and activities around the resort, and lots to do on the resort itself. Rooms have recently been remodeled, and are very nice. Great place to stay for this visit!

Great place to stay. Forget the motel, this is much nicer and more relaxing. Very friendly staff. Great location, too.

Overall, this place is great. I have stayed here many times. A few things are little aging and probably need replacing. Sagging bed, used tub, scratched table. But nothing you would leave over.

We have stayed in this resort many times and it's always a great place to stay. Room are spacious and well equipped. There are 2 indoor which the kids love. The location is very convenient to many attractions

Clean and friendly staff. The maintenance guys were wonderful, my daughter locked my keys in the car and 4 of the gentleman helped get it opened. Definitely a great place to stay!

The staff are amazing, because as soon as we called, asking for anything, whether that be blankets, ice or soap, they were at our room within minutes. The rooms are nice and beds are very comfy. The only thing is if you are like me, you may need to ask for a few more pillows. (There are 2 per bed)

The workers and security (always walking or driving the area) are very nice and ways willing to help. The location is great to make a quick run for food, groceries or to Walmart in a matter of 5-10 minutes. The rooms are nice, clean, and spaceships. Not the newest or most modern period but very homey friendly environment. The pools are very nice saltwater chlorine system and very clean! Only two real problems with the resort is the small parking lot and disgusting odor in the air outside!

Nice place, recently remodeled, we have really enjoyed it. Very roomy also. The only con was the pressure to go to the timeshare sale. Just say no to the free gift and you do not want to participate at check-in. If you go and don't buy they might ask you why you came.

Great location, well equipped, well maintained, very friendly staff, everyone has a nice view. Helpful concierge staff. Registration lady, Kelly, was attentive to our special needs and accommodated them very well, then we got to meet her during check-in, where she continued her excellent service.

The "review of our ownership to ensure we are getting the most out of it" turned out to be Way Too Long as it turned into high-Pressure $ale$ Pitches. Other than that couple of hours, all was Great!

The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi didn't work (oh well). Otherwise great service, room, & location!

The staff is very good at their jobs. The room we have is spacious and livable for as long as you need. Comes with a full kitchen, 2 bathroom and 3 beds. Overall a good experience and it is likely we will return in the future.

The kitchen is spacious. Having a full size fridge and washer and dryer is great. The Internet is extremely slow, and I ended up turning my phone's WiFi off because it was faster to use my service provider's Internet. Wish I had that option with my laptop. Also, if you want to do the "open house" you must bring a credit card even though the paperwork says you can use debt. I was promised tickets to the aquarium, had someone babysit, and got up at 8am to go and was told I wasn't eligible because of this.

Very nice staff. We locked ourselves out of our room extremely late and the guy that came out was very pleasant. Rooms are very nice and comfy!

For me it's about cleanliness and unfortunately the carpet is so nasty that just walking in your socks will turn them black. The kitchen is nice with tile flooring and a big sink but it takes it right back to the early 90s with the oven top that pops when you use it and a refrigerator with the same time line. I guess I was expecting more when I was told it was a resort by my spouse and I was let down by the dated bathrooms and dirty carpets. I just don't know why this resort won't make it mostly tile or even laminate would improve this place 100 fold. But because of the dirty carpet which also add an odor no matter how much you shampoo it, I can not give it 5 stars. Every thing else is great. The mini putt putt and water park for the kids are a good addition to this place. Also, the many things to do here and see along with the mountains gives it another star because it's so close to all of these venues. But that's where it stops. If the facility reads this please remove the carpet and invest in this place more because I would have considered coming here again if it wasn't for how dirty this place is because of the carpet. If I do come back I will look at other places and I am willing to pay more for a better living situation.
