Nice hotel, not brand new, but ok, located far from Mykonos but in front of the large and calm beach of Kalafatis.

We had booked for the panoramic view (as we understood, the sea view as described in Last-minute). Fortunately the Manager arranged for the sea view.

The room is restful and cosy. Nice large pool and a bar for drinks. A breakfast room that is ok. A restaurant Blue offering varied food, quite good.

Note that the sunbeds of Kalafatis beach infront of the hotel are depending of the hotel but are not included in the stay :
First and second rows are 32 euros. Others are 17 euros, 15 euros for those behind. (Less than on Elia beach where it is 40 euros and St.Anna Beach where it is 50 euros. But those are more cosy).

We had a bad experience with one of the beach staff girls. She started elevating the voice and acting impolitetly as we told her that we had had a discount on beach sunbeds as we where staying 15 days. Other staff was nice, but this one was an unfortunate choice.

Note also that you should have a car to move around.

Average room decor, good food, average service

Stay was good, there was no complimentary drinking water, or electric kettle to make tea.

This place was not what it looked like in the photos. While the beach across the street was great, everything was very dated. Rooms are sparse, staff was not very friendly or helpful. Baby pool is closed. This was probably a killer hotel in 1985 but hasn't been maintained since. We ended up renting a car to get out of there every day.

They have beautiful beach and sunrise

We loved the place for its staff, services and excellent location. Also has a bus stop at its entrance, the rent-a-car or motorcycle place is also close by. The beach is right opposite and across the road, almost as you walk out of the hotel and enter the beach.
Definitely recommended to all.

After a good BIG FAT GREEK Breakfast we climbed up the mountain to get a better view of the place, then saw the windmill and chapel. So many chapels on a tiny island its amazing !!!
Then rested before heading back for more fun at the pool and beach.
Later we again had the amazing lobster linguini and chicken souvlaki and lots more house wine.

Nothing special, but quiet and nice views with decent food

I enjoyed the views and you basically have your own private beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel also has a bar and a swimming pool.

I stayed here in September 2014 with my boyfriend. The hotel is very nice, we had one of the rooms higher up on the mountain. It was very very quiet at night! The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, especially the bartenders. The pool is HUGE and at the perfect temperature. The beach is right across the street and has gorgeous sand and views. The restaurant on the beach is amazing, try the juicy beef burger and custard dessert. The air conditioning in the room works very well, so does the safe. The laundry service offered by this hotel is very good value for money and reliable. The breakfast was very good, especially the donuts! I enjoyed that the room had a tub, which is rare for Greek hotels. The wood oven pizza place (up the little hill close to the convenient store) is amazing! You have to try it! There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes to Mykonos town and came on time. Overall, great hotel and food establishments in the area. Stay here if you want to relax on the gorgeous beach and eat amazing food!
