We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm for my preference and there was quite a bit of traffic noise, as our room was facing the highway. We turned on the fan on the AC/heater to help drown out the noise and it helped some but I still heard the traffic. I did not get a good night's sleep.

We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the biscuits and gravy. The breakfast attendant was very attentive to keeping the breakfast area well stocked and clean. The food was good and service was great!

It was a nice, clean hotel. They have an indoor pool and a nice patio off of it. Parking was a little hard to find late at night, but found a space.

Dollar for dollar this is the best value in this area. The breakfast was great and the pool was relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you forgot something, Walmart and McDonald's are next door. Comfortable and convenience.

It has a just a bit of wear and tear, but they are planning a remodel soon. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. I'd stay here again.

Overall the stay was good and would return to this facility if in the area. There a few items that could improve though such as the temperature of the indoor pool and maybe changing up the breakfast items a little. Also the carpet in the room could use a steam. Still though the stay here was pleasant and would recommend it. It's located with several dining and shopping options available.

Great place to visit . The staff and accomadations are the best, the breakfast was very good and the comfort of the rooms are top notch.
WE always make it a point to try and stay at Best Western hotels , I have issues with my back and their beds are the best I have found to be able to sleep well .

Facility was clean and well kept. Although hotel policy states "no pets", there were several large dogs on our floor.
I felt the room was overpriced compared to similar facilities elsewhere.

Amazing place with even more amazing amenities, when you walk inside it feels like walking into a little indoor patch of heaven. And for the millenials like me... the internet is amazing.

Great appearance, beds were comfortable small pillows. Bathroom was a little small. Pool was nice, jacuzzi was a little too warm. The breakfast was pretty much the same that you get at most hotels but it did have more toppings for the waffles. For the pull-out couch bed it doesn't have sheets in the room you have to call down for them and they will ask you to come and get them. So if you need them ahead of time make sure you get it at check-in. If you have a disability or in a wheelchair make sure you get accessible room the regular rooms are very narrow will get bumps and bruises with the furniture. They do have the wheelchair lift at the pool and one at the jacuzzi. But a reminder if you are sensitive to higher heats their jacuzzi is turned up probably at State max. Friendly staff and fast check-in.

Great place!! I needed to stay somewhere close to home cause I had a waterline break they have been great. They have worked with temporary housing and me and they have been great helping. All the staff are great, all great you with a smile everytime. I will be sad to leave but I ready to go back home. If I ever need a room again close to it will be here for sure. Actually some very clean rooms and ease of parking around the whole building. Definitely in renovation but only minor details were noticeable. Should be finished by now. Ease of finding rooms, well mapped, well lit, and great continental breakfast!!

was there with my team to play ball. it was a convenient place for the field of dreams but the staff was horrible. Called 2 weeks prior to getting there and was told that there was no reservations. Talked to a manager and they found it. Rooms are clean and nice just the staff sucked!!!!

Mostly good, lobby area was under going some renovations which is good. I was disappointed that a Best Western PLUS did not have a business center. I usually stay at BW, and even the regular ones have a business center.

Internet did not work in my room. I could connect to the router but no access to the internet. Staff was not helpful in fixing the problem.

Complimentary coffee in room was not replaced the following morning. I requested some from the front desk. I was told they would bring some up. They never did.

I enjoy every stay at this hotel. It has good amenities at a reasonable rate.
They have done a complete remodel and it looks great. They have only to do the remodeling of the pool area in the next coulpe od weeks. I look foreward to my next visit.

Large clean room with minifridge and microwave,coffee pot & coffee, Pantene hair shampoo and conditioner, comfortable bed, nice pillows, good climate control, very quiet nights rest, good breakfast, nice staff. This is our second time visiting the area for an annual event, and we will likely stay again when we attend next year.

Stayed 4 nights bc of car trouble while in town visiting with family Expedia messes up my reservations the front desk lady helped me with that while having to walk everyone to rooms bc hotel key machine was down she did a great job and breakfast was very good will stay at this location again when in town

Nice and new hotel - pretty expensive for the location. As usual for a hotel - the towels are small and scratchy. The room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed @ Best Western on many occasions across the country. When we booked this location we were not told it was renovating and some services were not available. Had to find laundry facilities elsewhere and endure paint smells on bottom floors. As usual the breakfast was outstanding as well as the cleanliness. Staff was cooperative and friendly for the most part. Still deserving of 4 stars.

Great location. Good breakfast. A bit on the expensive side for what you're getting. Clean. Friendly staff. Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. Spacious, and comfortable. The current construction in the city made it difficult to get to, but with time that won't be an issue.

Clean rooms and friendly service, plus a hot breakfast make this a great bargain. If your business is in the Mansfield/South Arlington area, it's conveniently located off of the 287. There are fast food restaurants (Popeye's...mmm) within walking distance, but plan on driving if you're looking for something better to nearby.

This location in Mansfield Texas was extremely clean and I hmaccidentally through a website error booked two rooms they were very accommodating told me what I need to get it resolved. Also breakfast was very good it was more than just donuts. I'm actually going back there again.

Hotel was clean, but the beds were the absolute worst I've ever slept on. Terribly uncomfortable, my back was aching every morning. My family said they thought the same thing about the beds, so it's not just me. Other than that it's a nice hotel.

Desk clerks are always nice. Great area. Close to just about anything you could ask for. Rooms are clean and roomy. Easy access to interstates.

The hotel was very nice. It seemed decently remodeled. The front desk was a tad slow but we got checked in okay. The rooms were clean and well put together. I would definitely stay here again if needed. We didn't really utilize any of the amenities other than the room. The breakfast could be a little better but for free it was good. The wifi was fast too.

One of the reasons I choose Best Western hotels is because of the breakfast. This particular Best Western did not meet my family's expectations (another guest actually complained) at all.

Our visit was short but enjoyable. The hotel was very easy to find and very accessible. The room we stayed in was huge but clean. The bed was a little firm for my taste. My husband loved the water pressure and now wants to find one of their shower heads for our home. The staff was kind and completed all of our transactions quickly. The free breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed in but it was free so I can't complain too much.

It would have been an excellent experience if the room smelled fresh. I asked the housekeeper to spray some air freshener. The housekeeper used watered down spray that had no impact in making the room smell fresh. The first impression can be a lasting impression.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Had our own A/C that we controlled. Beds were nice and everything was generally great.

Talked to the workers and they were really nice and professional. Breakfeast was good.

It's a wonderful place if you're visiting family like we were.

Was perfect for what I needed. Just needed a quick, cheap escape. Bed was soft, shower was warm, kept the room cold and dark. Peace!

Very comfortable beds. The staff treats all guests well and attends to your needs. Nice hot breakfast is offered in a comfortable setting. The only downside that I have found is that they only have 1 washer and dryer available. Many nearby resturants.

The staff has been very accomodating, the breakfast was delish, the room was very clean! I took my black light and didn't discover anything out of the ordinary. Room cleaning crew were responsive and helpful as well! Overall I would return.

We stayed for several day. Whole family enjoyed. Could have used a bit less power from the shower head. But overall great time. This will now be the official hotel of visiting family in the area.

Stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend and had a great stay. The room is very nice, with plenty of storage and a nice TV. They offer a lot of channels and have good customer service. They restocked on my soap, lotion, coffee ect, every time they cleaned my room. The breakfast selection was plenty and the waffles were delicious.

Great staff especially Dan at the front desk. Okay rooms. Get more people like Dan.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Hallways and elevator were dirty and not well maintained. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise from the highway and loud music at 3AM.
