The hotel is nice and cosy. Room I got was compact but clean. Enough just for myself as intended. Location good just that the room I got given was right on top of a train track so you could feel the vibration of the trains going. I would give a four if the shift manager who attended to me had a better way to speak to his guests .. quite shirty for the kind of work he does.

We paid normal room rate but found ourselves in what can only be described as an attic room complete with sloping roof - my bruised head testimony to that. Very small dining room - just as well they only do a very limited breakfast and no other meals. Having said that one doesn't expect 5 star accommodation at 3 star prices. The situation of the hotel is exceptional, a few minutes stroll away from Buckingham Palace and other main attractions.

Very nice room for the price. Location is good being just a short sheltered walk from the train/tube station. The only breakfast that is available is a limited continental breakfast, this is the only reason I gave it four stars. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

Neat and tidy hotel equipped with hair dryer and water kettle. The hotel offers a decent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. The staff is efficient and accomodating. It is very close to Victoria Coach station and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. We got a reasonable price for it. Recommended!

I had a very good time, nice people, nice room and we can speak about isolation, blabla but it was okay, the room was specious and most inportant clean!

Great hotel and also in a great location. The team here are really friendly and always available to help.
The only downfall was a funky smell out of the bathroom but as we were always out and about it didn't have much of an effect on our stay.

The Location of the hotel was great and it was excellent value. Extremely friendly staff.
Reasonable quiet except we had some rude neighbors who kept slamming their door throughout the night!

So far so good, just checked in, which took all of 30 seconds with a prepaid reservation. Confirmed name and signed. Room is across the street from reception and right by the elevator, which could be bad or loud. Staying for 6 nights so I’ll update after my stay. Room is really nice otherwise, 2 full beds, reasonable sized bathroom.

For the price and location, I think this is one of the best combinations you could find. The hotel was clean and practical, as you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Above and beyond that I would imagine you're looking at triple the price in London.

Fair priced, and clean. Right by Victoria train station, and bus departures.You could hear the trains, even though not too much. Tight spaced room. No ammenities. Breakfast not worthy (really bad coffee).

The room was roomy and well organized but for some odd reason the shower gave me some difficulty with the door placement and all.

Location Location Location - this is the main reason that this hotel does so well ( it always seems to be booked up) perfect for central London, bus and train connections and short stays. Rooms are warm cost and petit with just enough space to swing your cat but not much else.

Very nice accommodation for the price that I paid. The strategic position close to Victoria station makes the hotel super easy to reach no matter where you come from. Management and frontdesk is super kind and will do whatever they can to give you a hand. Overall it is a nice choice for business missions with a tight budget or a personal not too romantic visit to London

The room was a little small and backed onto a railroad but the noise didn't travel too much into the room to keep us awake. The location is perfect for using the hop on hop off buses as well as the Victoria lines.

Had a double room for a 1 night stay. Hotel staff were really helpful, cheerful and a joy to speak to. The room was clean and well done up. The only issue I had was the room which we were given, the train would go past it all night and that was moist enough to cause a slight disturbance.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and very central. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the customer service that was provided and the staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The price of our stay was relatively cheap and suited our budget, too. Our only dislike of this hotel is that the bed in our room was very uncomfortable. Other than that, we would most likely stay at the Comfort Inn if we find ourselves in central London later in the future.

Good bed and breakfast option if u want to spend the night somewhere central. It is about 7mins walk from Victoria station.

They have a nice relaxation area as well we're u can get a drink and chillax.

The physical location is great, you're within walking distance of a number of parks and historical sites. There is a bus and tube station nearby. The rooms are on the small side. My room in particular had an interesting smell in the bathroom. For what I paid it wasn't so bad.

Great we had to cancel the room because Adele cancelled her tour for tonight .... the manager send us a email that we didn't have to pay This is service we planning a trip to London again guess where we stay ????

Location of hotel is extremely convenient for Victoria coach station. It's modern, friendly has good facilities, and the staff were very welcoming. The room wasnt huge but ample big enough with wardrobe tv kettle hairdryer aircon etc. Very comfy and the en suite was bright and spotlessly clean!!

Very friendly at the front desk and gorgeous room. Noisy due to other people in the hotel.

Staff really friendly. Rooms small but tidy and bed is comfortable. Only on day 2 of 19 but so far so good!!

Lights and air con was not the most user friendly. Plugs also not placed in ideal places.

Apart from that, everything else was good.

This hotel has a great staff. They were very courteous and accommodating to my needs. The room I stayed in was small. There is so much to do in London that all you need it for is just to sleep anyways. So if you are looking for a place that is close to all of the sites, trains and bus station this is a great place to stay.

Our room had recently been refurbished and was excellent value and suitably appointed the only problem being that the beds were not updated when the rooms were and are not as comfy as should be. Beds should be updated to gain repeat customers.

If location to Victoria Station, particularly Coach statiom, this station is perfect. The room is fine, typical basic room setup. Did not try the breakfast but seems to be worthwhile.

My Wife and I stayed at Comfort Inn London Buckingham Palace Road recently and found the hotel to be relaxed and fairly quiet considering the location close to the Gatwick express in Victoria. Hotel staff very friendly, and helpful.

I would definitely return to this Hotel, rooms were good size, clean & very well appointed. Good bed linen & towels. Perfect location for Gatwick Express coming into Victoria & for National Express coach station. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We stayed at this Comfort Inn London Buckingham Palace Road over the weekend. This hotel very close to the Gatwick expresses Victoria, within 5 to 10 min. walking distance from hotel. The room was very nice. The bathroom is great! Definitely would stay again.

We recently stayed 4 nights here and were very pleased with our experience. The room was modern and immaculately kept and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was a problem with payment through our agent, and they let us the room anyway while we sorted out the issue. The location was perfect: 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station with Tube and National Rail service, and about a minute away from the Coach Station. Victoria Place was about a 3 minute walk, with access to a grocery, drug store, and plenty of food options.

As others have said, the room is quite small. It was tight for two people, and would be nearly impossible for more. But, I found it comparable to rooms in other large cities. The breakfast was also a bit overpriced, but a short walk to Victoria Place solved that problem.

Overall, I was very happy with the room and our experience with the property. I would absolutely consider staying again when we return.

Had a great time here. Stayed for 3-4 nights on way to the continent, then 1-2 nights three weeks later on way back. Good brekkie, clean rooms and good prices.

Walking distance to coach station and Victoria station. Im very happy n satisfying their services
