Not new, but well maintained and clean, with affordable room rates. Close to Maya Museum, many local restaurants and markets. Strongly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed the clean comfortable rooms. And the Hospitality is suberb. Will surely visit again.

Much better than the front door would say. The parking has ready access to the conference rooms and rooms. Unexpected cleanliness and good decor given how it is all squeezed among other buildings. Much better than the three stars it just a listed under. Also liked the market and museum across the street.

Stayed here for a week while at a convention nearby. I do NOT speak the language, and that was not a problem here. The restaurant here was friendly and easy to order good food from, they have safe parking and the hotel was very clean. If I were back in the area I wouldn't even look for another place to stay - I would come right back here.

Excellent location. Puts you right in downtown where the shopping strip is located. It has a pool, which I think could be cleaned more often. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are comfortable especially the bed, my wife loves the beds. My biggest gripe: the wi fi is horrible, if you are a business traveler you will have serious problems getting online.

It is a really nice place to stay. It has elevator that is no quite common to have in the hotels of this area. My only problem was the A/C because they have to change me twice thanks to the A/C that it wasn't working properly until we found one

This hotel is brilliant considering the price tag, pool feel very comfy place and in general ambience is very relaxed, huge rooms and very friendly staff, opportunity to improve breakfast to buffet option, anyway I will return to this hotel for sure

The location was at the top of the strip leading to the water. The hotel was very clean and large with old world splendor and wooden stairs to match. The suite was large with in room air conditioning to keep you cool at night. The bathroom was cleaned well and pleasant to use. The suite had robes for us to wear after swimming and showering. The lobby staff was very pleasant and friendly assisting us with our very limited Spanish. We were able to walk about 10 blocks down the strip to the beach/ boardwalk for a pleasant evening stroll.

No key, a card is used instead and that is very cool.

Gym only has for running , no weights to lift...
This pool was not that clean the days we went but as an overall i would say its very nice
