We went to the rooftop restaurant and it was amazing. We wanted some snacks, chill and pool time and this was a great spot. Infinity pool had a lot of seating and even some covered beds. The view was beautiful😊 Our pizza was yummy and the beers were cold. Service was friendly and efficient. Will go again.

The best part about this apart-hotel is the location. Situated on the one-way Kuta Beach Road, it is on the far end of the road and immediately beside massage parlors, convenience stores and a galore of restaurants and eateries. You can find money exchange as well. The hotel is done very nicely. Very clean and compact.
The rooms are very small, even so that accommodating a third extra bed will make the room very congested. There is limited moving space. The washroom is not at all great. It is small and has a single door (without lock) to close the shower area as well as the entire bathroom. If you are staying with another person apart from family, it may be uncomfortable.
The breakfast spread is average. I loved the chocolate croissant though. Food quality was good. The spa has some amazing offers. Sleep quality is average.
The highlight of the property is the Rooftop swimming pool. Exceptional views of the Ocean and you can partly see the airport runway as well, from the pool. The rooftop restaurant is another amazing feature of the hotel. The pool area is well decked up and you can enjoy a relaxing sunset while sipping fab cocktails.

Very spacious rooms with a garden patio. The location is great as the beach is across the road. Rooftop pool is amazing with infinity pool with a view into the sea . Buffet breakfast with the widest selection I have ever seen . Great start to the day. Great value

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel like listing. Feel like a 3 star hotel. So disappointed and it is overpriced for what i paid. Many things in the room is so old.

The water boiler is so dirty and rusty so i didn’t dare to use.

The shower head was so scratch up and rusty too.

The water faucet at the toilet seat was also rusty. So I don’t use.

Towel is also old.

The few good things is room is spacious. Furniture look nice and modern. Location is very good.

Cons -

1) they have provided ( please clean my room sign boards in room but seems the staff don't follow the same , usually when i used to travel out , i was putting up the sign , but if there is no sign board put for cleaning the room then the housecleaning staff must not come in without permission.

I had just got down for my breakfast and after coming up i find that my room is open and cleaning is on , i asked the cleaner that i had not asked for room clean nor put up the sign then how did he enter the room , but due to communication gap we could not finish the conversation.

2) the walls are very thin so honeymoon goers do take note of this 🤣 .

Final verdict - this is very good property to stay , so do visit the same.

Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoying it. Modern & simple hotel, very clean and comfortable. Superb location, in front of Kuta beach with so many choices restaurants and convenient stores nearby, including shopping mall. Easy access, with so many taxis or other transportation. We walked everywhere, as the pedestrians are in excellent condition. Breakfast is amazing. Love to stay here again.

This place is very well located. Really nice views from the rooftop, with pool. It is also close to the party area (Sky Garden, The Engine Room, etc) Good buffet breakfast! The price was really competitive. It totally covered my necessities. 8,5/10!

Citadines located in Kuta area, facing Kuta beach. We stayed for 1 night during our last day in Bali, expecting ti lounge waiting for our flight back. While it is a beachfront hotel, you will still need to cross the street to get to Kuta beach. There are no sunbed provided by the hotel around the beach area. Swimming pool is available at therooftop but there's no kids pool, so it's inconvenience to have your kids play around swimming pool. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is somewhat average, expecting to have a wider variation. Concierge and front office staffs are very professional and helpful. Kuta beachwalk mall is nearby, around 5-10 minutes walk

Good quiet hôtel. Very good place just in front the beach. the rooms are big and clean. exceptional rooftop with pool, bar and sea views. but most of all, the staff is lovely and smiling. a special thanks to Tia for her kindness and her magical smile 😉.

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach. The sunset views from the rooftop Skybar was a special treat. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the kitchenette facility in the room on this weekend stopover but have noted that as a positive asset for longer stay in the future.
Only concern was the soundproofing between the neighbouring rooms was not so good.

Hotel is located right across from the beach, big clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, the buffet breakfast had lots of options and the food was quite good! The rooftop bar also has some good food and drink options with a beauty view. Cozy and comfy couch and table seating. The pool is on the back side of the hotel however from the pool you can watch people surf and see the beach pretty clearly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is also conveniently located very close to the airport and lots of food and shopping options around.

One of the best and budgeted hotel with all expected facilities.

Breakfast is nice with different options. Rooms are very clean and the service is great. Staff is very friendly. However, if you will have loud neighbours (like we had) you will hear way more that you want to hear. So isolation is not that great. Also the pool is not facing the ocean, so this is not great. But the bar does, and thid is nice.

Good place for temporary leaving, stay at 501 for 2 nights and feel the comfort, but need a little control for the bathtub drain need to be repair, also warm water is not out when bathing. TV channel is not clear at that night.

Really good hotel. Near the beach, first line. Great view from the roof where also swimming pool and bar located. There are underground parking, so you don't worry about your vehicle. Apartment clean and have everything what you need.

We were there for one night, and it was an amazing experience. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms spacious and airy. The highlight is definitely the infinity pool and the location right on the beach. It's walking distance from malls and other shopping areas. Would highly recommend it.

The rooms are on the small side, but they are clean and modern. The buffet breakfast is very good, with Continental and Asian choices. The location is also very convenient and just across Kuta beach, but at the same time traffic around this area is terrible. You're probably better off walking to most places from here.

For an Ascott apart-hotel, the quality of the household items are not as what I expected. They looked like have been used for quite a kong time, but Citadines supposed to be a quite new building.

I like the breakfast buffet menu. A decent amount of choices, and they are tasty. The ocean view is something can’t be missed

The view from the rooftop bar is awesome as well. Expect the rooftop to be crowded around sunset. Too bad I was there during rainy season. I didn’t get a very nice sunset view.

Overall rating is very satisfactory. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The food was great specially the buffet breakfast. The only things that I dont like is that the toilet/bathroom is so small and you can hear a lot of noise outside. You can even hear movements on the adjacent rooms, conversations of passers by. I mean Ive been to different hotels but this one, the noise are so loud. But overall, yes it is very satisfactory still(4-star).

Room i had was a bit small specially the bathroom.

Really decent hotel for Kuta. The standard of cleanliness is great in the rooms which are also well sized. The location is great as it is just across from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool is cool, although a little small and could be cleaner. There are also only a few sunbeds around the pool which can get busy and there is very little shade. The bar and restaurant is decent but a bit pricey considering you have to add 21% on top of the advertised price for tax and service. Good small gym and free to use laundry are also positives. Overall a great place to stay.

Located very close to the sea. Easy to find. 30mis from the airport. Rooms and services are good (studio rooms are not that big and beds provided are double bed). There is no good view from the window. Water tastes salt not happy. Breakfast was provided in the booking package and was worth it. Varieties of food items wrt the country's are also seen. Could be visited kind.

Right in front of Kuta. Close to Kuta Beach walk. The room is fine. The water for taking a bath is terrible, it's a bit salty like sea water. Food choices for breakfast are just fine. It can be better tho.

The most beautiful and the best hotel I ever been to. Staff is very nice and specially Stanley he was the best staff I ever seen. Pool is great and manGemnt is good to. I recommend them to everyone for sure.

Small hotel located in the tourist area of Kuta beach. You just need to pass through the street to reach the beach. Standart room size and amenities, small pool and nothing special fir breakfast. Still value for money if you look for a hotel located next to beach. Minimarket located right beside the hotel so it make you easy to buy extra drinking water.

I booked this hotel from one of the hotel booking website and 5 star rated was mentioned. So i expected from a 5 star hotel facilities. When i entered the room...it was a small one. They provide only one pillow for each person and i couldnt ask for more.and the tap water was so salty...they really have to manage this better. I even have to buy a bottle water to wash my hair and brushed my teeth. Its not a 5 star at all. I stayed at some other hotel in this area but they dont have this water issue. But besides all of these discomfort their food were really good and so tasty. I love it. And rooftop pool was also have a good view. One more thing that they have a laundry room that can be use for hotel guests.

Booked the beach view room but they gave me the wall view instead. They said its full but I already booked so they should give me mu beach view room. And they can't even give extra bed because the room is too small.

The staff is friendly and the amenities are nice. The proximity to the beach and the rooftop pool are great. Next door to the mini Mart so you can pick up extra water and other snacks as well as sandals, the pair I brought broke so this was helpful! It's not direct access to the beach, you have to cross the road and they don't have a designated spot. But you can make friend's with some locals and find a nice place to sit.

Pretty mid range hotel though its near the kuta beach road. But almost not a single room with see view. It's a bit disappointing

Great value for money. No issues apart from other guests smoking in their rooms causing the ventilation system to blow the smoke into our room. Location is great for the beach goers. Breakfast was decent and the pool in the rooftop was a nice touch.

Seafront hotel in kuta Beach, well organized and clean, just 10min walking away from the caos of the crowded central streets. Amazing view from the swimming pool on the top floor.

Nice location; right in front Kuta beach , 10 mins walking to Beachwalk, next to Minimart and Guardian, 15 mins walking to Flapjaks pancake. Superb service and Clean room. Rooftop Pool was too small for swim but enough to enjoy the sunset. There was a small kitchen with its equipments, very useful. Great free buffet breakfast. The only downside was you can hear the noise from outside your room.

I absolutely loved it here. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, right across the street from the beach, shopping, and all the tourist attractions. I would highly recommend booking a tour for a day. It's really affordable and it's a hell of an experience.

这趟到巴厘岛在库塔洋人街住了好几天，想到海边住住，误打误撞晚上在minimart买水时发现了这家酒店，规模很大，而且人气爆棚，一问房价发现性价比很高，设施齐全，距离海滩咫尺之遥，总台的工作人员很热情，还会说中文，太满意了！
