Nice pool breakfast was okay. Providing free popcorn and drinks and dinner was a nice touch. Not a fancy hotel but nice and clean. We stayed in a suite i asked for a box fan which was provided staff was very polite.

This hotel is the best kept secret. Location right off the interstate. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Front desk reps exemplified superior customer service. Free full breakfast is normally what we expect, but to my surprise there was also free dinner. That was the icing on the cake. The indoor pool and jacuzzi allowed us time to enjoy, since it was a rainy day off and on. I would highly recommend this hotel and will plan my next stay at a Drury Inn and Suites.

Upgraded to a king suite. Bedroom has a door. Living area queen size pullout. Nice free breakfast. Relax time has 3 free drinks and food for free. Pool was to cold for us. Staff was outstanding. Hotel and room was clean.

We are in Southaven for the World Series(9U).
And we always need a 1 bedroom suite( My fiance always watches sport and the kids and I can't take it anymore). This hotel is everything we need and more. Breakfast was great. Then the evening drink and snacks were on time.The room has more space than was expected. The bed is so comfortable😗. We will be staying again🤗🤗🤗

We had a great time when we stayed at this Motel accommodated my wife who is in a wheelchair I dropped the bed to the floor so she can get in it. It seems right the drinks to be a little bit bigger cups. But overall everything was awesome we had a great time the week we was there. The rooms was very clean they had wildfire they have phone service they had swimming pool and spa exercise room. And everything that you read or any restaurant you like to eat at walking distance they was all in the area. They have a Great Buffet right across the street awesome Buffet

This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and Suites. I must say I was truly impressed. Real friendly staff. Great rooms. When I checked i missed the 5:30pm Kickback. Which is free food and drinks. But this is the 1st time I've ever heard of a hotel doing this. When I got up in the morning, the breakfast was awesome. All together this is a must stay. Plus there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance or a short uber ride.

For the price the hotel was great. Very clean and smelled pleseant which is a plus with pet friendly places. The breakfast was actually appetizing and was open later than most hotel breakfasts.

I am staying here currently. The room is clean and spacious. The food is good. My biggest annoyance is the thermostat. I have it on 66, the lowest setting, and We are all still warm. We are hot natured so I usually avoid hotels that have the wall thermostats as they're notorious for not getting cool and didn't see this in the reviews I read. My son has allergies and warm stuffy rooms equal him coughing all night, which is why I am awake currently writing this. Just on that little note, I wouldn't stay here again. It just doesn't work for us.

This hotel was great especially compared to neighboring hotels. It was clean and family/kid friendly. I love that they offered free “hot” breakfast. As well as they offered a happy hour that had “free” food/appetizers & alcoholic beverages for the adults. My family & I (5) stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed the pool, workout gym & also used the workstation for scanning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we noticed ants near the window of the bedroom each day. They weren’t anywhere else in the room only near the bedroom window. Other than that, this hotel & our stay was great!

I love this place! You can't beat the price and with a Continental breakfast and full dinner + drinks included it's a no-brainer. I've stayed here twice and every time the staff have been courteous, friendly, fun, and genuinely happy to do their jobs. The bartenders during dinner have fun and help you pick a drink (they make a mean vodka sunrise). The dinner is a delicious, real meal. Both times I was there they had taco night, but also offer salads, baked potatoes, fountain drinks, and hot dogs. If you're looking for a place to stay near Memphis, this is the hot spot to be!

Very clean room, the bed was perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel and very close to many restaurants.

We had just drove 700 miles and on a referral from a family member, we thought we would stay the night at a Drury Inn. Well, it was great, I usually don't sleep well when not in my own bed;but here was the best sleep I had in a while. Thumbs up, wish I knew what mattress that was. Awesome showers, everything was great.

Great hotel. There beds are the best, most comfortable. Awake with my usual aches and pains. Breakfasts have a wide selections and there Kickback at 5:30 are a special treat.

I always stay here when on business or vacation. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and pillows plus a desk, "office" style chair and regular living room type chair. Each room also has a full length mirror, cloths iron, mini fridge and microwave and a small coffee maker. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need.
One of the best things about Drury is the "5:30 Kickback" where each guest can get up to 3 complementary drinks including mixed drinks, wine or beer. They also serve food of some type like spaghetti or tacos and it rotates each night. Popcorn, coffee and fountain drinks are free until 10.
Again, this is a really great hotel that is nice, clean and welcoming. They try to make sure that each guest has a good stay.

I took my 13yr old daughter and 3 friends to stay at the hotel. They loved the pool. I loved they had dinner and breakfast. It was overall a great time.

Great place. The kids loved the free pop and popcorn and the pool was cool because you were able to go under the wall to the outside. The young gal at the front desk was amazing. We were just passing through.

The hotel was quite crowded and elevator space was hard to come by, but the evening drinks and snacks were a nice addition to our stay. The rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. Location next to the freeway makes the hotel convenient for access when driving long distance. Front desk staff seems overwhelmed, and the location of the front desk is poorly planned; the desk is immediately within the front door and makes it difficult to bring in bags when there's a line at the desk. The TV in our room had such poor quality of picture that we joked that it was like watching TV in the 90's. The room air was easily adjustable and the bed was comfortable, although too bouncy. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Got there Christmas morning after a lot of traveling. Ended up being treated very well by their staff and food was very good. Pool is nice with the indoor/outdoor pool. Highly recommend it, we always stop by when we come through!

The room and breakfast were perfect. The hotel is undergoing a massive renovation so the pool and hotub were closed. I wish they had reported that to the booking site we used because they were the main reason we booked there. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars

Even though there was construction work going on at the hotel, it was still the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The hotel served dinner which was included in the price of your stay! Wow, never had that happen before. It was really great. I can't wait to see how it is with no construction work and the pool open.

Stayed here for 3 nights, was in town for a friend's wedding.
I loved everything about the room, to the free hot breakfast, & the free food at 5:30pm everyday, with free drinks.
The pool was small & shallow, the one working elevator was slow, & apparently they were doing renovations during our stay. Which we were not informed about until the day of checking in.
Those are the only reasons why I had to give it four stars.
Also, Chance at the front desk is AMAZING! He was super helpful & knowledgeable about the hotel & It's layout! Give him a raise!

First off I travel a lot for work we try and ask for the Drury when we come to Memphis. By far hands down one of the best run hotels.The staff treat you like family. I have to disagree with many of the negative comments. I tend to people watch and see many of the situations from the outside. Yes it can be crowded but so can many others, that just means people love staying here! I've stayed here 5 nights a week for several months and never found a negative.

I have been coming to Drury for over 10 years and I love this hotel. Rarely am I dissatisfied with any of their services. Always a friendly staff and the rooms are just excellent. Even in their renovation, they were very attentive and accommodating.

My absolute favorite hotel ive ever stayed at. Very clean room friendly staff reasonably priced and the snack bar was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was an overall pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff genuinely concerned that all is well with your stay. The 5:30 kickback and breakfast makes Drury Inn one of the best deals around. Rooms are spacious, clean and hotel is well maintained. North side of the building picks up traffic noise, but this would be an issue with any hotel.

Was not going to give this hotel a great review at first, but thought i should wait until i was completely checked out before i did anything. I hadn't really slept in a day and a half and noisy guest in the lobby and cars with loud mufflers passing by was not the fault of the hotel. I slept a few hours and looked at everything differently. So here is how it went.... normally check in is at 3pm, but we arrived in town at 7am and the hotel had an open room and allowed us to check in early -at no extra charge-. We were able to have their free breakfast which consisted of eggs, potatos, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, doughnuts, etc.. We then went to sleep a few hrs which began about 9:30am. So this was when the noise occurred. People were checking out and city life was starting - not the hotel's fault. After getting back from graceland around 5pm...Ish, we were able to eat their free dinner which consisted of pasta alfredo, salad, baked potato, hot dogs, nachos and some bomb chili (that could also be used for the hot dogs and nachos). Also, for adult pleasure, you are given a card for three free drinks whether it may be beer or liquor. The entire stay was great, but the best part was the staff. Every member of the staff engaged myself at some point and were very engaging with the other guest. It was good to see. i will definitely stay here again if i'm ever in this area again.

I have stayed at many Drury hotels and the staff here was hands down the most friendly. Room was clean but traffic noise was a bit much. Request to stay on the back side away from street.

Went on a work trip and couldn't have been happier. Clean room. Updated and modern look. The breakfast is really good.

Provided dinner and breakfast are wonderful since you don't have to make further plans or trips, and the rooms have a mini fridge for storing food/drinks overnight. Indoor/outdoor pool is fun, and the staff are courteous and helpful.

The room was very clean. The hot tub and pool area is nice, the family really enjoyed it. The evening food was only average though, and most was gone by 6:30pm even though it was supposed to be until 7pm, which accounts for 4 star instead of 5.

Booked us a room last minute. Staff bent over backwards for us they were super nice and helpfull. Only negative was that one of the elevators was out of order and their was a long wait every time you wanted to use it.

Typically I look for a Drury Inn when I travel- they are reliably high quality and have rooms that are a step above Hampton, Hilton, or Renaissance. This Drury is very clean and smells nice. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

The rooms are nice, the sink being seperate from the shower and toilet was nice! Pool was a good size, workout room was nice but could be larger. Friendly staff and good breakfast!

This was my first stay in a Drury Hotel. It was a very good experience. Clean (which is my first wish) Friendly guests (cute kid's) and privileged to meet the Asst. Gen. The 3 drinks were icing on the cake!! Hot tub working great! Fun pool 1/2 inside, 1/2 outside! I am from Wisc, so I had to go OUTSIDE in Jan to get my kick!

Outside of building dated. One of the elevators did work. The one that did work was slow, took 5 seconds at each floor to slow down and stop for some reason. It was glass on 2 sides so you could see you were at the floor, but barely moving into place. But rooms were very nice and only 20 minutes from Beale Street. Lots of people were utilizing the food acclimation at the room, however I didn't have time to because I was going to the Grizzlies game.

Really clean updated rooms. Stay here semi regularly for work and have no qualms about it. Have never had an issue staying here. Also lots of good food and shopping within walking distance if needed.

So, I travel for work, and pass through Memphis frequently with just no time for relaxing or sightseeing, but this Drury is great for me. I can always count on the highest quality from Drury. They are internally driven and trained by their own specialists and guarantee 100% satisfaction. I can skip going out in rush hour to eat because they serve a hot meal every night at 5:30. And then free soda and popcorn till late for watching movies in your room. Clean rooms, modern building, and friendliest staff anywhere. I recommend this Drury.

Michelle was very nice. rest of the staff was not friendly and one man at front desk wore dirty clothes particularly a black vest covered in flith. ants in the room.
food and drinks were nice and again michelle, first rate. hopefully she moves on from this place. I won't be back, would rather spend the money and go to one of the Marriott properties nearby.

While it is about a fifteen minute drive into Memphis, we enjoyed staying at this location. It's safe, free parking, and the staff were very friendly. Hot breakfast and snacks and drinks are included in price. Bonus: the coffee was actually good!

They didn't have enough toilet paper. Had to use towels instead. Very sorry to the room service people. My apologies, taco bell does not sit with me well. Other than that, chairs works excellent at backup beds. 5 out of 5 but -2 cause of the toilet paper issue

Rooms could have been a little more up to date but the staff was exceptional. Night shift front desk clerk seemed to be a little on yhe unfriendly side but the next morning a young woman with glasses and curly hair helped me without even asking if I needed it. Great staff

Just needed quick overnight accommodations for my daughter's cheer competiton. Location was very convenient. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This was the second time we have stayed here for cheer competitions. We plan on coming back.

Got in town early, was able to check in well before check in time. Great front desk person. Rooms were cold, just the way we like it. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Will stay at this chain again.
