Super friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms. Good amenities. We used the pool, that was awesome. The morning breakfast was nice, always had coffee. The evening dinners are also nice, with wine and beer available. Great place! We will definitely be coming back.

This is a very nice place to stay. We had a full breakfast bar every morning. Th amenities were great. It was also quiet. We didn't hear anyone else the whole time we stayed.

Rooms are great and the food prepared by Mr Julio is fantastic. Will never stay at the airport suites now that I've stayed here. Great restaurant choices across the street as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Colorado Springs. The full breakfast was a welcome treat in the morning with the different options each day and a variety of choices to meet different dietary needs. The mattresses were comfortable and provided respite and good rest after a long day of hiking. One thing I would suggest improve upon is the level of housekeeping as our bed could have been made a little bit neater and it looked like the bathroom floors were not mocked during our time there. Overall I'd highly recommend this especially if you're traveling as a couple or small family to be able to have access to the full kitchen and two beds in one room which provides a great deal. The staff were very friendly and courteous! I also mentioned that is located in the up-and-coming area of town with plenty of restaurants and stores which made it easy to go out and eat pick up any last minute items.

We stayed a week in a suite. We had great service; the room was comfortable and clean and guest services was helpful and friendly
Our biggest complaint was the breakfasts... Some days were tolerable, some plain disgusting.

We are staying here for a week while training. Suites are nice size for our family of 4. They were also clean. Breakfast was good although crowded. Front desk has been helpful so far.

Room is very comfortable and big but not the most up to date. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was probably not worth visiting. Panera is right across the street, worth the walk and $7. I did not take part in the happy hour since I was out hiking but sounded like a nice perk.

We were dropping off some family who were staying here. The interior is nice and the people that work there seem friendly. Best of all it was pet friendly; we saw a few dogs. If I had a need to stay at a hotel in Colorado Springs I would consider staying here.

My company rented space out of this hotel recently, and I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They helped our applicants locate us and were readily available to assist if we had any requests. The only strange thing I'd note is the thermostats and temperature changes. It would literally be 60 degrees and then up at 92 degrees the next

Breakfast was great, always replenished...They had something for everyone! The suite was amazing, whole kitchenette with silverware, pans & dishes, dishwasher as well! We were on our first anniversary mini-vacation and they had a little gift for us in the room. Great customer service!

Overall a good place to stay at. The hotel could use some updates and just overall better attention to detail. Our room was not restocked with paper supplies. Breakfast is ok for the level of the hotel. Rear elevators were out of service.

Always love staying at a Homewood. They held an Easter Egg hunt for us this time. Always a lovely staff and prompt service. Breakfast is always hot and ready on time. If there is a Homewood, we pick it.

This hotel is very spacious. We were on the third floor in the back area with no working elevator. Had to haul a lot of suitcases up stairs.
Breakfast and social foods were typical at this type of property. Nothing that was a real "WOW" experience.

Stayed here a,week this last summer and it was wonderful! Driving through again tonight and staying here again. It will be our go to hotel anytime we are in Colorado Springs. Clean, great hospitality hour and breafast! Extra comfy bed!

We enjoyed our stay. The room we requested had a kitchenette and it was great. We really enjoyed the double doors that separated the LR from the BR as it allowed my wife to sleep-in while I was watching TV or online. The hot bfast bar was awesome. We never made it to the complimentary dinner from 5-7 but I'm sure it was good too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean room, king bed, and kitchenette.

Great hotel. Great Stay. The suites are very clean. The breakfast was great every day, too. Close to shopping area and I-25 exit. The staff were helpful, too.

Very helpful and friendly service and pretty decent rooms. One of the few locations where the A/C will maintain the desired temp through the night. The missing star is because the common areas have a bit of a dumpy or unkept feel.

Great hotel with very nice sites. Staff we're very friendly. Breakfast was great every day. All the shopping and restaurants at the Shoes next door are great to have within easy walking distance. Right accord the street from the incredible Focus on the Family visitors center, bookstore, restaurant, and Whit's End world.

The rooms are big & the beds are comfy! The full size refrigerator is nice. There was some sort of leak while we were there and it caused our room & the halls to smell like something had spoiled. If we were ever back this way I would stay there again if the leak was fixed!

Very nice rooms. They offer free breakfast and a free dinner social M-th! My kitchen had no silverware though so that's why 4 stars. Also, shower water pressure is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay this week. This hotel was great. The staff was helpful in many ways from bringing extra towels to a forgotten tooth brush. It was close to different activities we had planned. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The evening social was tasty! Thank you! We WILL be staying with you again:)

I arrived after 4 pm and my room wasn't ready. Coming in after a long road trip this wasn't the best news to hear. But after 15 mins. they had a room ready, even asking which floor I prefer? The suite was amazing and quite generous in size, and facilities were nice. They also let me do a late checkout at 1 pm. When I asked if it were feasible to check out at 2, they agreed. Now that was impressive. Only issue was there is no food service or restaurant. Other than that I would have stayed a week!

Great place to stay! The "Happy Hour" was a great bonus because it was essentially dinner! Everything was incredibly clean and the Front Desk was always quick to help.

It seems like a great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I deliver the mail there and have never had an issue with anyone. The place seems very clean and well upkept.

Great staff, location, snacks (i was convinced there was a professional chef), coffee 24/7!!!, stocked kitchens, pool, bbq, 3 golf holes, you can borrow golf clubs dvds and players. We are spending 52 days there & its better than we had hoped for.

Door was jacked up. (Lock wouldnt work properly) Bill was messed up. ( I was on military orders and they attempted to charge me the regular rate when they already have a negotiated reduced rate with the Air Force.

Good hotel. The location is a little out of the way but has good stuff close to it. Im a little disappointed the managers reception seems to only serve appetizer like foods instead of meals now.

The hotel has updated its facility since we last stayed in 2007. The rooms are spacious, clean, bright and accessible. The elevator is a bit slow, and the breakfast selection was limited, but the rooms were quiet and we slept very well.

2 room suite so bedroom separate from kitchen and living room. Breakfast included everyday. Light dinner/ social hour Monday through Thursday. Laundry room. Nice staff.

The staff was very friendly and checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean when we checked in. We felt the size and amenities in the room were appropriate for the price. Appliances looked new. We used the kitchen to cook dinner everynight which offsets the cost of the room. Two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the "living room") were large. The wifi was fast with good signal. The breakfast had a reasonable variety of choices (eggs, bacon, waffle maker, cereal, etc). The breakfast area was clean and large with ample seating. Although we didn't use it, having the small commissary at the front desk with essentials was a nice option. As per owners traveling with a small dog, we were very happy with the $50 flat fee per stay rate for our dog. Additionally, unlike other hotels that bannish pet owners to smelly sub-standard "pet friendly" rooms, this was not the case here. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a large, clean, and comfortable room with a kitchenette​.

Clean rooms and spacious suite. Friendly staff. Within 10 minutes from a variety of choices for shopping and eating. Short walk across the street to from a few shops and restaurants, too.

The location is perfect for what w needed up in North Colorado Springs. The rooms were very nice and clean. We were able to get a mobility accessible room very easily.

Truly a home away from home. The rooms are great with a living room and kitchen that has everything that you need. Hot breakfast available every morning to give you energy for your day's work or travel. I shared something in their internal feedback survey and i received a quick and personal response from the manager. i will try the pool next time, weather permitting.

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly, and the property was beautiful. The view of Pikes Peak was stunning and the price was reasonable. Only thing that I didn't like was the fitness center.

Great room. I had a king suite. The bedroom and attached sitting room / kitchen were great! Very comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The provided hot breakfast was delicious!

Checked in quickly with a helpful front desk, got in the room with no issues. The room was clean and much larger than I was expecting, with a living area separated by a door from the sleeping area. Nice large TVs, a full size refrigerator, counter space in addition to a desk sized table. The bed was big and nice, and there were both firm and soft pillows on the bed. Lots of counter space by the bathroom sink, and plenty of towels available. The bathroom, seemed new and clean, so that was good, too. Overall it was everything I was looking for in my stay.

Area around is nice! Rooms are large, GE fridge and microwave. Service is ridiculously quick!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a television in both living and bedrooms. They even served free breakfast 7 days a week, dinner severed four days out of the week. Will I ever choose to stay in the future? I would have to say yes.

The location us convenient and so close to the Promenade mall. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has plenty of space. The only reason for 4-stars is that one of our keys didn't work twice. Everything was fine after the third fix.

Good hotel with location close to South entrance to USAFA. Plus is spacious suites fully equipped with kitchen and large living room area. Large bedroom for some reason had 2 double beds, there is more than enough space to put queens so not sure why hotel did that. Breakfast was decent with some hot options

Suite is large and spacious. The living room has a couch, armchair, and a small kitchen with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and two-burner stove. There is also a small table with two chairs. The bedroom has a nice ensuite bath and all the bath extras are Neutrogena brand. Breakfast and dinner included in the room price.

Room was very nice with granite countertops and comfortable beds. Breakfast was full with many options both hot and cold.

Stayed here for 8 days, loved the apartment-like feel. You can see the mountains from the room which is great. Walking distance to a nice mall as well. There is a small kitchen with a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove top in the room, and a separate living space from the bedroom. Everything in the room was brand new, the fridge still had plastic on the shelves! Also 2 brand new big flat screens that were actually installed during our stay. The free breakfast is great and the evening social is great for a free light dinner. The staff has been nice as well. There is a small outdoor pool, and a patio with nice grills and seating. No complaints other than sometimes the room wasn't cleaned until around 5 most days but that wasn't really an issue. We will be staying here again in the future.

I stay at on in Nashville so it was an easy choice to pick this place in Colorado springs. They are doing a ton of construction though. I would lower a star because it's a bit obnoxious but I'm a normal human being and if it really disturbed me, I'm sure the front desk would ask them to quiet down if I complained.
Would have been nice for a little discount and warning of the renovations though when we called in advance.

The hotel is currently under renovations, the staff is very nice. It has nice decor. The rooms are spacious and worked well for getting work done, cooking meals, relaxing, and sleeping. One burner on the range didn't work, but I'm assuming the renovations are addressing things like that. Overall a nice hotel with suites offering more than just a standard hotel room.

I stayed here for two night with my family and Pets while in the middle of a Military Move. This place is great! Very clean and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great and the location is also great to the USAF Academy. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Service is ok, not great.... The only ice machine is in the kitchen...no vending at all...its not the Embassy Suites

Stayed Valentine's Day weekend because there were very few other rooms anywhere in Colorado. Got one of the suite rooms. Bed was not very comfortable nor were the sheets nice. TV was adequate. Big refrigerator and plenty of dishes. Temperature of the room was good once we set it.

Neighborhood is fine right by I-25 and Focus on the Family. Lots of good stores across the street at the promenade shops.

Breakfast was not extremely great. Very much the same each day mostly. Eggs, oatmeal, cereal, oranges, bananas, waffles, sausages, juice.

Toilet had a problem, but the maintenance person fixed it right away. Thank you.

Housekeeping: please take the dishes out of the dishwasher and put them into the cabinets before a customer arrives. I did not know so many dishes were actually in our room.
