We really enjoyed our week long stay. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast options varied and we're good. Loved that it was pet friendly and there was plenty of outdoor space for my pet to walk. Pool was pretty cold. Game room was fun for kids. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

So a friend of mine cancelled visiting me the day before scheduled. I made my online reservations thru Expedia for 2 nites dbl occupancy a month prior. I live 22 miles away from hotel and wanted to totally cancel but I asked if I could settle my agreement with one nite stay. Miguel, one of the Managers there let me off the hook with one nite. I loved the room as I knew I would. I drove to Snoqualmie Casino for dinner at Vista Steakhouse then to Target and the Issaquah Cannabis Co. By then I needed a salad from Panera. I think I could easily live in the Issaquah area. The next morning I stopped at COSTCO for gas then off to 405N traffic. I have loved Homewood since the 90's. I've had birthday parties there, held retreats and just get away. I've always left with a smile on my face.

I am staying at the homewood suits for 2.5 weeks and had a bit of a hiccup with the room next to mine having a smoke alarm issue. I had voiced my opinion about it and the managers took action. They came to me to assure I was okay and confident in the process of them handling the situation. I have had such an amazing experience with Hilton this trip and plan to continue staying with them in the future.

The front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and hot. The fruit salad was so sweet and fresh. The room service could have been better, they didn't replenish any towels and toiletries. The room service didn't vacuum the room or clean the bathroom mirror.

I had a friend staying there on business and the people at the front desk were very kind, helpful and pleasant to speak with and very helpful letting me know that my friend had not checked in yet.

Would definitely stay here. People are very kind and courteous and willing to help out. Rosa is delightful!

Was very clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are large, but small bathrooms compared to some other suites. Easy off and on freeway. Staff friendly and would stay again.

Have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. It's a new property so rooms are very clean, comfortable and a great size. The guest service is always outstanding and this goes for absolutely all of the employees. Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Night staff and those assisting the breakfast/ evening dinig. It's always a pleasure to stay at this property. It's also convenient to downtown Issaquah and not far to freeways if heading to Seattle. Amenities including the indoor pool, fitness center and laundry are wonderful to have also.

I always stay here when I need to travel anywhere between Seattle and Snoqualmie Pass. Clean, comfortable and modern. This place is the best for business travel.

Great room, lobby, breakfast, and pool. Clean, modern, and feels like home. Nicer than nearby Larkspur Landing (mediocre maintained) and Embassy Suites (becoming run down). Large bed and pull out couch for kids. Would recommend.

Location was easy to find and get to. Room design/layout was excellent and overall rooms were very clean. Staff was very professional and courteous, with exceptional overall service. Highly recommended!

Never understood why home wood and Hilton aren’t merged into one facility at that location. A bit silly if you ask me. Some staff seem to work both places. I prefer the Homewood as the rooms are bigger for the same price.

A very beautiful hotel, however the staff was not very kind. We had booked our stay thru trip advisor for a standard room with a king size bed. It was confirmed we obtained a room with a king sized bed but when we got here they changed it to a two queen bedroom; which was not a big deal however they should honor what was agreed upon in our reservation agreement. Since it was a "third-party" company they must have messed up your reservation, which after showing her my conformation she didn't know what to say. So they had no other rooms available with a king...so i said " no big deal we will stay in the room we were given tonight are there openings for our room open for the next two days?" Her reply was" I could check for you but you can look online for any openings here." So i think she could see i wasn't playing anymore games after that comment and just looked to see if there are any opening for our room(Which there were but I did not book them) I dont like making trouble but its the principal of it that bothered me. I just wanted to share that they dont honor what you reserve so make sure you check way before you get there if you reserve from a "third party". Cause they dont care and are not gonna fix an error. Very rude.

Comfortable room with friendly and attentive staff. Socials on the weekdays for business travellers and breakfasts were nice pluses. Room was spacious with a full kitchen. Overall a great stay.

Place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was poor air flow and despite the tepurature in our room being 69 is felt like it was 75, which felt way too high for a room with 25 people in it. Also, food was nice, but if they offer a taco/burrito buffet lunch, they should really offer more than plain tobasco sauce. Not spicy at all. The coffee left something to be desired, as it seemed to upset my stomach and taste off. Lastly, there was only one available toilet on the ground floor. Seems a bit light considering it was the lobby that held employees, a conference room, and a dining hall among other amenities. I had to be let into side room to gain access to a toilet when someone was monopolizing the only men's toilet (needed urgently due to the odd tasting coffee I suspect). Despite what I stated above, the venue felt above par, and my complaints really feel like nitpicks than legitamate issues, so I'm generous on the star rating.

It's warm clean & comfortable. But the ventilation is really noisy. Like sleeping on a plane. Breakfast included but really basic.

By far and away, the best hotel experience I've had in years. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but the staff really push it over the edge. The people at the front desk went above an beyond expectations on the phone, at check-in, and throughout the stay. I would stay here over any other hotel in the area. Fantastic weekend!

This is my favorite place to stay in Issaquah. I've stayed here 4 or 4 times. Many hotels with kitchenettes are a bit run down, but this one is fantastic. The staff has always been very helpful, and I've always had a great night sleep.

Fantastic parking for oversize vehicles across the street. Very friendly staff... Rooms are spotless and very clean. Only complaint is the lack of an atm, which, is obviously a small complaint.

Good indoor pool and hot tub. Nice arcade room with 2 Xbox Ones, a MAME arcade, a small pool table, and a TV.

They were exceedingly nice and accommodating to our wedding party that had some unexpected issues come up. Excellent staff. Really saved the day!

We had an excellent time at the Homewood suites, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and the rooms were amazing, the shower had high water pressure!

We are from Fort Collins, CO and traveled here for our cousin's wedding. We loved the accommodations and the rooms were newly renovated. We had a great time with our family and enjoyed using the hotels lobby and restaurant to gather together.

Very new Homewood Suites. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone on staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They have a nice selection of breakfast items, and the manager's reception has some good items to snack on while having a local beer or wine. Very laid back, family friendly, and quite.

This place was great. Starting with the front desk, they were very nice and very accommodating. They were very quick and got everything we asked for. The room was amazing. Clean, big and perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Bed was a little uncomfortable/firm but the bedding made up for it. There was an issue with our reservation and they gave us cotts for free plus a discount. Front desk was very kind and breakfast was great in the morning. A great stay, would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for three months when I was interning at Microsoft. They took really good care of us and made sure that we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are super friendly and it was great to come home after work to say hi to them.

The hotel is well kept up. Beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and consistently checks up on their guest to make sure we have everything that we need. They also have complimentary breakfast AND DINNER.

Absolutely an amazing experience! The perfect family hotel, has pool toys, an arcade, movies to rent for free, etc. Incredible customer service! Our electricity wasn't working in our room and they ended up not charging us at all and moved us to a new room with a free night. Definitely will be coming back :)

This recently built hotel still has that new smell. The towels are still fluffy soft, and the staff is pleasant.
Why only 2 stars? Cleaning. The first week I stayed I thought maybe the fact that my glass was not washed before they put it back as "clean" was an oversight, but my arrival on the second week found a glass from the previous occupant sitting on my bathroom counter with the "clean" cover on it even though there was toothpaste spit dried in the bottom. After returning to the hotel the next day the second glass that I used the previous night AND the toothpaste glass were put back as "clean" with the covers on them. It made me wonder how well ANY of the cleaning is done in the rooms. Are the sheets actually changed?
When I took the glasses down to the front desk to point out that they may want to address this disgusting practice with housekeeping, my only response was that they would let them know.... The only follow-up was a message on my phone the next day asking if the glasses were ever replaced (they weren't).
Additionally, my shower still had the room number scrawled on one of the shower tiles from the construction process - meaning that both post-construction cleaning AND cleaning between occupants in the 2 weeks since that time had all missed cleaning the shower...??
I want to like this hotel, but I wonder how long the new smell will last ...
