We really enjoyed our stay. We used the kitchen, on site grill, and fold out sofa. We even brought our dog. The provided breakfast was tasty. We're only sorry we didn't have time to use the pool or the basketball hoop.

Great staff, breakfast and accommodations for my educational visit last week. Additional meals offered Moday through Thursday, happy hour in the evenings, beer, wine, then yummy cookies served if alcohol beverages are not of interest. Construction of lobby should be completed soon, yet the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming from the lobby to housekeeping and maintenance, . There is a great restaurant, Georgino's, walking distance to enjoy local dining. Plenty of other franchise restaurants and a mall.

This is one of the best hotels in Tallahassee. It offers so much and the staff there is great. Breakfast and lunch are available to be guest. It was being remodeled during our stay but the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint would be that they need to update the equipment in their fitness center.

This hotel is wonderful! The dining area is being remodeled at this time, but that's not a big deal. They still offer a hot free breakfast and dinner with beer and wine on the 2nd floor meeting room. The staff here are so friendly and make us feel like we're family. The room is phenomenal! It has a kitchen, stove top, microwave and apartment size fridge. The bedroom is separated from the living room with a nice large door. Housekeeping staff are so friendly and polite and do a lovely job.

I loved everything. Location is perfect. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Close to restaurants and shopping and is in a quiet location. Which isn't bad for a clooefe city. IWILL BE BACK!!!

I was in Tallahassee for work 5/29-6/2 and stayed at Homewood Suites for the duration of my trip. The breakfast was fantastic every morning. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. On the third night of my stay, I returned to my room to find that my toilet was not operating properly. The manager on duty insisted on moving me to a fresh, new room since there was no way to fix it until morning. She even offered to assist me move my luggage. Both rooms were immaculately clean. I accidentally left a pair of earrings and a hair clip both of which were found by the cleaning staff the next morning and returned to me. The only thing I was unhappy with was that there were kids of other guests downstairs outside my window loudly playing with a basketball in the courtyard area shortly after 7am and it woke me each morning. I was working afternoons and evenings, so it was a bit upsetting but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. I’m more than satisfied with my stay at this Homewood Suites and will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Tallahassee!

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location near a lot of restaurants and shops.

It is so nice, everything about it. I wish every hotel I had to stay at was like it. The breakfast was so much better than any other breakfast I've ever had.

We visit this Homewood frequently, as well as other Hilton hotels. The staff is excellent and we've not had an issue, previously; however, we did find housekeeping to be below the usual standard. For this reason, we gave only 4 stars on this visit. We did receive an unsolicited and unexpected remedy from Kristin...(and we had already booked our next stay there before we heard from her). This is a good location...close to everything.

I travel extensively, staying at this specific hotel 4-6 trips per year, and I stay in other locations within the brand as well as comparable quality hotels for at least double that number of trips during the same period. My standards for the Homewood brand are high, and this specific hotel has traditionally met my expectations; therefore, I have returned to this location on subsequent visits. Although on this trip I have noticed management and amenity changes that cause me to be concerned that the quality has been reduced slightly, I am likely to return to this location again. The quality and hospitality are still an excellent value for the price.

Wonderful experience. Nice, neat, clean. Friendly staff. Have several kinds of coffee, which is always fresh & served 24/7. Good complimentary breakfast bar. Great variety of hot & cold items. Lot of choices for drinks. Lovely attendant that kept everything up to par.

Great location. Even reception is a perk. The rooms are a good size. Parking is ample for the property. Would consider if traveling this way again.

Everything you might want in a Tallahassee stay. Large clean rooms, with a welcoming lobby. The basketball hoop was such a fun surprise. If I ever find myself in Tallahassee, I would love to stay here again.

I really like this place, it is a nice hotel. I have stayed here several times and had very little issues. The rooms are very nice for the amount of money that you pay for them, and the location is perfect. The only complaints that I have is that the housekeeping is not super great, as they can to miss a lot of stuff when they clean your room, and the elevators are the slowest elevators I have ever experienced in the hotel. Having said that, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff is very helpful and nice! It's a beautiful hotel and location is perfect. They offer complimentary cocktail and dinner . Also have a beautiful outside lounge area with a huge gas grill as well as outside fireplace. The pool is right beside it and fenced in with a low iron fence as to not obstruct your view. Just a cozy little getaway place that offers most all of the services from a five star hotel without the price! I truly cannot say enough about this place! A perfect hidden little gem💎

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. They also have complementary breakfast which was better than any other place I have tried before. On weekdays they also provide a complementary light dinner.

Stayed for a conference and the staff was incredibly helpful and approachable. Check in/out was simple and easy even with tax exemption. Complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious as well as small bites and drinks during the evening and then freshly baked cookies to end the evenings! Room was spacious, clean and modern. Overall great experience.

We met here for a business meeting. The space was very nice and relatively quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Staying here for work conference for one week. The location is good lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The stay comes with warm breakfast and dinner M-Th. Also free wine and beers with dinner. The staff is friendly and has great customer service skills. The room was big with living room, dining area and small kitchenette. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because house keeping could do a little better job in the cleaning department in the rooms.

This hotel has some of the most awesome staff I've run into, and I travel quite a bit. I was here for a funeral and due to some plans changing at the last minute I had to leave early and the manager was kind enough to extend a partial credit. These guys are awesome and I'll definitely stay here again.

In town for 4 days for business trip. Enjoyed stay, room was fine, staff was professional and friendly. Was very. nice to unwind in the evening with snacks and drinks. I would recommend this motel highly, while i didn't have use for it this week the room was a suite with a small range, micro and dishwasher. A separate living area and ample sized bedroom with comfortable bed. There wasn't any aspect of my stay I found unpleasant, I travel for much of the year and that is simply not always the case.

Brandon hotel manager helped us with our reservation, and made us feel welcomed when we arrived on Thursday. This is a great place to stay. Stephanie in guest services area very friendly. In all a good stay.

Exceptional place to stay. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help you. Rooms were great with everything you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately we only stayed one night passing thru. We will definitely come back to enjoy the amenities this place has to offer.

I att need a short meeting for my work in their conference room.. the layout is poorly designed. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the conference space, but have to go back downstairs for the bathrooms. We were told 3 different conference rooms before they finally got it correct. Room was nice.

Excellent stay! The service and amenities here are wonderful! The suites are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable cocoons that optimize sleep with comfort and support. The kitchenette is a nice feature but underutilized during weekdays with full breakfast and evening reception (dinner) refreshments. But the best feature here is the friendly and helpful staff who function efficiently and pleasantly to add value to your stay. This is the first place I check for vacancy any time I travel to Tallahassee.

Great place to stay, stayed over three days and the staff was polite, friendly, ready to help all the time. During breakfast the staff were, so nice to everyone, especially the kids, saw them interact with them, making them feel like they were at their own breakfast table. Really enjoyable, every time we came in or going out we were acknowledged by the desk personnel. Would definitely stay again!

Hilton Homewood Suites located within 3 miles of the State of Florida Capital, was in a excellent location close to major retail stores and restraunts. The service and hospitality were excellent. Hotel was very clean, had a nice outside area with a pool and grill. The breakfast and nightly snack with free drinks was outstanding. This hotel has a home feel to it with many extras. Stayed 3 days and we were very pleased.

Very nice rooms and they are always clean. Breakfast is pretty standard however, most portions are served family style, don't look for your individually served cereal or yogurt. Staff is attentive and facilities are in good shape.

Great place to stay while visiting our son at FSU. The rooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. We loved our suite, complete with full kitchen. We also loved the fact that our room had two big screen TVs. The breakfast offered an array of foods, plenty of hot items. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Wonderful food and staff. Prompt service but did not feel rushed. Kind of place where you can get a quick meal or visit with friends and family.

This hotel was severely expensive despite being reward members and did not have free breakfast. Very disappointing in an otherwise good hotel chain.

The hotel was neat and clean. Check In/Check out was fast. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this property to others. We were able to check in early as we were wanting to catch a bowl game on TV. They accommodated our request and we were able to get into our room in a timely manner.

Rooms were very nice, ours had a living room area with couch and TV, with 2 beds in the bedroom. The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower had nice water pressure. The breakfast area had a nice variety to choose from.

The hotel was clean, staff was professional, sufficient meeting space. My only complaint is there was no sign. The sign out front doors not say "Homewood Suites", so had it not been for GPS, I would never have found it.

It has many luxuries such free pool acess, free breakfast, and gym acess. The only down fall was that the Wifi wasn't working properly.

This place surprised me with how nice it actually is. From the lobby it looks like your average hotel, but the rooms are actually super nice. I wasn't expecting the kitchenette to be so complete! The fridge isn't one of those mini fridges, it's a tall one. Bed is super comfy too (I'm in it as I write this and I don't want to get up!). Would definitely stay here again.

This Hilton Homewood Suites is in a great location, is actually very nice with a lot of amenities and we were very happy with it until we went up to our room for the first time. The room was not cleaned well at all- there was hairs on the bedding, hairs on the bathroom floor around the toilet, and hairs on the floor of the tub. We asked for another room and was immediately given one along with an apology from the front desk clerk, Janelle. She was actually great and made us feel secure and that she cared. The second room was even worse, with hairs in the bathroom and on the shower walls, food stuffs in the cooktop/stove burners. We didn't even look in the bed. Janelle actually seemed embarrassed and again was very gracious and professional as she got us another room, this time on a different floor. I'm guessing that she did this so as to give us a room that was cleaned by different personnel. This room too had not been cleaned well at all, with dirty dishes with food on them in the dishwasher, again food pieces under the burners on the stove which was really disgusting, and hairs on the bathroom floor around the toilet and in the shower. Again, we didn't even bother to look further. That was 3 out of 3 and we were absolutely ready to leave. But Janelle at the front desk was genuinely concerned and not happy about our experience, and my wife and I could tell that she was really trying hard. So we went to look at another bedroom, again on a different floor. This room was much better than the first 3 rooms that we went into. The stove/cooktop was not really clean and should have been cleaned much better but it was getting late and we were tired after a long day and a 9 hour drive through some pretty nasty weather. We stayed and did get a good nights sleep as the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was really great and was prepared by Mike and served buffet style- help yourself. Mike's biscuits and blueberry scones were fantastic and I did thank him. Later that day when returning to the hotel Janelle was again at the front desk and she greeted us and was very concerned about our welfare. If it wasn't for her we would have left long before but she did make our stay worthwhile and if we do ever go back to that hotel (we travel to Tallahassee often, sometimes 3 times a month and usually for a couple of days or more at a time) we hope to see her and have her take care of us again. She may be the only reason we go back. Hopefully they will have trained the cleaning staff to do the job right. Another point was that Janelle said that her manager, Ashley something (sorry, I just do not remember her last name) was going to contact us and I even left my cell number in case she wanted to talk with me while we were out, but she never did contact us at all, not even a message. Our original reservation was for 5 nights but we decided to stay for only 2 and seek lodging elsewhere.

Jackie at the breakfast and dinner buffet is WONDERFUL! Rooms are very clean and all services are great. Stay at this hotel twice and will continue to stay there when in Tallahassee. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This seems like a newer hotel, but it's run down a bit. They definitely need to adjust the wireless coverage in the hotel. If you stay on a room and the end of the hallway chances are your connection will go in and out. They have directional wi-fi antennas in each hallway and they are not aimed or positioned for full coverage.
