Absolutely love this hotel. This hotel has a full kitchen in the rooms and comfy beds with full couches. The breakfast is top notch and the pool and spa were very clean. I saw staff cleaning the pool both morning we were there removing leaves etc. there is always staff cleaning which you never see at other hotels. The bartender is extremely fun and friendly. They don’t restock the bar on the weekends and they ran out of what I was drinking. If your staying in the springs you need to stay here!

Second time staying here, stayed last for our wedding night. Now we are moving into another house and officially homeless for 3 days between closings so found they had best prices for a nice hotel in a good area. They gave us an upgrade to a suite when we checked in that really helped out a lot being between houses tight now. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen had a full size refrigerator. The breakfast was above average. The price was fair. I would recommend.

Reasonably priced with exceptional quality of service and rooming. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well stocked with necessities, and the breakfast was really good. But the best part is the pool. We booked this hotel because of the outside pool. The pool was exceptionally clean thanks to their pool professional Scott who was really nice too. We really recommend this hotel.

My room was a really nice size and very clean. The little kitchen was perfect for a short stay. I also cannot say enough great things about their breakfast. They had a worker making omelets to order that were incredible. The staff at the hotel were all very, very friendly as well.

3 night stay in a king suite. A well equipped kitchenette with split living/bedroom space. Very comfortable. Convenient location. Even a grocery service is available.

Standard family-friendly chain hotel with the usual amenities. Central, private pool area available for group functions with an open lobby and large social/bar area for more intimate meetings. We enjoyed using the grill in the pool area because we had a large distributed group that wanted to gather outdoors for fun, and that was great for that moment.

Loved the Hyatt, the room was very clean. Front desk service has us waiting while he was on the phone with a personal call, we were tired from the flight and just wanted to shower and rest. The breakfast was not of quality, hard boiled eggs were cold as ice and the scrambles eggs were hard, bacon extremely salty and I love bacon; we would've been better off going to a restaurant and paying for our breakfast.

We had to stay here for ten days while we waited for our house to be ready to move in. The staff is amazing. Dan the bartender is great to talk to about local attractions. The free breakfast is pretty good, but gets boring after a few days. The eggs are baked, and often over cooked, but not inedible. The location is right off of I-25, so I consider that conveniently located.

We checked in last night and so far, so good. The employee at the front desk was very helpful and he waved the addtional $100 and only charged us the flat rate of $75 for the entire 8 night/ 9 day stay since we brought our dog. The rooms are very clean and large at a very fair rate per night. The breakfast is complimentary every morning and fully stacked and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great place to stay! Every single staff member was polite and very helpful, from the manager to the front desk, house keeping and cooks, all great staff! The price is very reasonable. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. The breakfast is amazing! Definitely recommend the omelet bar for breakfast! Overall great hotel to stay at!!!

Breakfast was good and the room was even better. The kitchenette area was perfect, everything you needed to cook as well as clean up after yourself. Enjoyed our stay.

Very impressed by the kitchen and the included pans for cooking as well as the full fridge. Also loved the full closet with real doors not the acordian style. Space was kinda crammed for me and the two teens and no rollaway bed for my daughter was a downer. The pullout bed wasn't very comfy for my son either and they hadn't even cleaned it. A sock and food crumbs are underneath it!!!! I have a yellow stain on my white blanket and some dark hair on the mattress pad underneath the sheet. I guess it's not horrible but my suite is next to the elevator and the hall carries the noise from the dining area. The televisions and phones are very old! My remote has tape on the back!!!!! The guy at the desk seemed lost when I asked him for help last night(maybe he's smoking). All in all after one night I can say I may stay here again possibly 3rd floor not the main floor which confusingly was floor two!! I figured this out while searching for the gym and it's on 1! So far not a great experience sleeping between trains and noisy people!

Nice place. Bathroom vent system either doesn't work or isn't real. Bathroom steams up pretty badly causing the vent to get filled with condensation and walls sweating making the floor wet and slippery. Some of the cabinet doors were falling apart I had to go to my car and get a screw driver to put it together so we wouldn't get charged on the way out. Numbers on the wall to get to the room are misleading and stair exits are inconvenient with an elevator that is extremely slow. Food has gotten better, they actually cover up their food with lids so food isn't contaminated by people coughing or sneezing. 2 years ago they didn't do that. Major plus. Staff is friendly. Atm sucks. Takes literally 20 minutes to dispense 20-60 cash.

Great value, clean, close to town. My television would turn on and off by itself and it's located right next to train tracks. The trains weren't frequent during my stay, so that really wasn't a problem. Large continental breakfast and small bar in the evening.

I've stayed at the Hyatt House Colorado Springs every September or October for the past three years. They are extremely consistent with great customer service and clean rooms. I can't think of an accommodation I've asked for they they haven't either met or attempted to meet. I look forward to my next stay.

Everything and everybody was just about perfect- knowledgeable & congenial staff, ever ready to help with whatever the issue clean and modern comfortable rooms... Will most definitely stay again if the situation arrises

This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever met.The manager walks around during the incredible free breakfast and really gets to know everyone staying at the hotel.

However, the rooms, although nice with a full kitchen, are kinda dirty and smell a little bit. You get used to the smell soon enough, but our shower had a small clog so water accumulated in the tub during a shower.

Overall, I would come back here, mostly just cause the staff made the stay so enjoyable.

Had a nice stay here. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious! Freshly made to order omelets. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast options. Gourmet cookies and coffee/tea in the lobby. Hot tub and pool outdoors. Only complaint it's easy to get lost, somewhat confusing signs in hallway. This hotel was refurbished, not high end, but cozy. Full kitchen is useful if you stay for a few days and don't feel like dining out every night. Overall recommend.

Great price and location. Free breakfast is a plus and the suites are very spacious. Staff are very helpful and top notch. Would recommend staying here if you have kids as you can watch tv and still have the kids sleep in a separate area.

Nice hotel. Pool was a little cool and always out of towels. Breakfast left something to be desired. But overall really good place with friendly people.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It took awhile to get checked in as no one was at the desk. Granted I did arrive at 3am, but I did tell them ahead of time. Other than that everything was great! Hotel is beautiful and in a good location.

Beautiful, immaculate and has great amenities. But be wary of the fact that you "cannot pay in cash until checkout AND the y hold the entire amount on a credit card at check in which won't be credited back to your bank for 3-5 business days" Also witnessed a couple with two young children have to cancel because the suite they reserved was "overbooked " and not available to them. So, its worth it if you can take chances.

We stayed in a room on the first floor facing the railroad tracks. Fortunately, the trains didn't make too much noise. The plumbing wasn't the greatest: the toilet didn't flush properly and would occasionally need to be manually adjusted before the water would stop running, and the faucets and shower took ages to warm up. As a plus, the kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed and was very useful during the 4 nights we stayed. Overall a decent experience, definitely a good place to stay for families with the kitchen space.

Very nice room and welcoming staff. 2 star ding for putting us in a room next to the train tracks. Be sure to ask for a room away from the tracks and you should have a pleasant stay (would think they'd have more sound proofing!)

Breakfast was better than average with an egg station, fresh fruit and other hot food.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and mostly modern. I really appreciated the kitchen with a full size fridge, stove top, and a dishwasher. The French doors to the bedroom was a very nice touch. The pool was heated and the hot tub was perfect. My only real complaint was that the bed was very firm.

Staff of extremely friendly and easy to talk with. The rooms were big with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were a bit uncomfortable & the AC would cut off sometimes during the hot night. Also they keep the hallways at 73 degrees which makes it hard to keep the rooms cooled off.

Great room, ours was fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Super friendly staff. Nice views if you're on the back of the building. Well above average breakfast selection and omelet bar. Wish the pool was open as it's supposedly heated but we were a couple weeks early. Good location that's pretty close to many if the area attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice, and breakfast is on another level. IT'S WONDERFUL! Especially the made to order omelette. I would definitely stay again. And they're pet friendly. It only received 4 stars because of the train that constantly runs throughout the night.

Nice spot for an extended stay. The kitchens are nice and well stocked. Close to a shopping center if you have a car. Housekeeping staff needs some work. Our kitchen was dirty when we arrived and they won't work with your schedule. If you keep them from cleaning your room when they want to, they do a terrible job. Breakfast was always good and the breakfast staff nice. Front desk folks were friendly.

Best hotel breakfast, very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Workout room was very clean and had ample equipment. Check-in at 12:30am was quick and easy. No complaints and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colorado.

The location is great, near the highway and easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming. Their free breakfast is delicious. 4 stars because the noise at night was a little loud, but not a reflection on the service.

Hyatt House was a pleasant change from my recent experiences with Hyatt Place locations in other cities. I had become pretty disenchanted with Hyatt given that they refuse to provide an amenity as simple as a microwave at their "Place" locations. Hyatt House had a very nice kitchenette, however. The staff was very friendly as Hyatt staff always are. The workout room was great since it actually had some weights and not just cardio equipment. My only complaint is that a lot of the major cable channels were standard definition. You would think that in 2017 they would be able to provide all channels in high definition, but I guess not. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with comfortable furnishings.

Great clean hotel with a staff that goes out their way to help. The breakfast could use some help but it is free so hard to complain about free breakfast.

Could be nicer. Most Hyatt houses I have stayed in are usually much nicer. The hotel seems to be a older hotel that was remodelled. The downstairs area with breakfast and bar is really nice, but the rooms seem sub par to the other Hyatt houses. The shower doesn't drain well, and some of the things in the hotel room like the remotes didn't seem to be clean.

This Hyatt House was great all around. Clean rooms w/ fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the silverware and kitchen accessories you could need. Big TV w/ extra external connections. Comfortable pull-out couch and beds. Open Wifi. Great breakfast spread with made-to-order omelettes and eggs. Extra friendly staff helps make the stay easy.

Clean well stocked rooms and a staff that goes out of its way to accommodate its guests. Great breakfast options, pet and kid friendly and ideal location to popular tourist / nature sites.

Staff very friendly! Television was broken but staff was very prompt in bringing a new one to the room. Breakfast was excellent, though if you don't want to wait an hour for an omelet arrive before 8am as most people are still sleeping. The lady you made the omelets was nice and housekeeping was very friendly and respectful of privacy. Overall an excellent experience. Just one downside which was I couldn't stay longer as I had to return to normal life at home.

Location is near Garden of the Gods which is nice. My standard room nice with a mini kitchen a walk in closet full size couch and desk and queen size bed. However the maid service needs some remedial training as I had found someone else's hair in my bathtub and bathroom floor.

Now having written that, the staff here at the hotel is exceptional with everyone going the extra mile to make things right. Jessica the bartender runs a friendly bar with great drinks and a short but cool happy hour.

Free breakfast is typical fare with coffee, fruit, juice, cereal, & bread, along with omelets cooked to order.

Definitely recommend.

We switched to this hotel when another one was terrible. This place metaphorically saved our lives! Got a room quickly. Great staff. Nice room. Breakfast was amazing! With omelet bar. Stay here!

Fantastic hotel, very welcoming and helpful staff and very well appointed rooms.

Rooms are big and nice. They have a separate living room area with a work desk and kitchen. The room I was placed in had hair in the bed but the staff moved me to a clean room quickly and offered a free drink at the bar.

We arrived at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night after along drive in, come to find out their pool/spa is shut down and that the hotel bar that is scheduled to stay open till 10 pm decided to close early. We also discovered the lovely TRAIN tracks that are about 50 yards from our hotel room window, with trains running consistently throughout the night.........needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel, no accommodations & unable to get a good night's rest because of the train
