I had come here for a board meeting. The conference room was adequately equipped. The snacks were good. The buffet dinner had amazing variety and quality. The grilled prawns were fabulous. The sushi was too good. The fish curry prepared in local style was thick and mouthwatering. Overall a great culinary experience. Worth a visit if you are fond of sea food.

Disappointing experience. Staff seemed to think we're not hotel guests for some reason and treated us accordingly.
Spa was booked for 3 but upon calling the spa 2 hours before appointment, we were told it wouldn't be possible to attend to 3 people simultaneously. We had to go to Radisson instead then.
We were told pool would be open till 12 and we scheduled our day so we could be there 11 to 12. We went there dressed for the pool, only to be told it actually closes at 10.
I've stayed at many 5-star hotels and it's sad how I was treated with respect everywhere but in a hotel in my own country.

On a not so busy day, this place is a good place to chill and dine at (on the more expensive side of course). I love their buffet. They always have a wide range of options available, they have sushi, they have breads, pizza, soups, they have Indian corner, Western corner, they have Mediterranean options as well. I haven't seen such a huge variety of desserts at any other buffets in Dhaka.

The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive, but the food is worth the price.
AC’s in the rooms are set for an optimum 22 degrees centigrade and a temp below that is not selectable , but you can ask them to come and fix it for you if you want the room to be cooler.

Very nice hotel but not the best value. Prices listed do not include VAT or Service tax so expect everything to be 30% more expensive than shown. Adds a lot to your total bill if not expected. Had a junior suite on the 10th floor. Room was amazing, bathroom bigger than some whole rooms I've stayed in 😀

We went there fore iftar buffet. I think the ambiance was great, but the food was nothing spectacular like i can justify for the cost. I probably wouldnt spend that much money again to go there.

I can't talk about the room quality, but I tried their restaurant few times for buffet dinner. It was awesome. The wide range of different cuisines and quality of food was really appreciable. Their dessert options were also really good.

Decent location that is convenient for travelling since its next airport road so whether you are travelling to or from airport, you will reach there in time. There is massive basement parking but getting in out is congested but the service and the nice green view from top floor will make you forget it all, including their tasteless buffet food.
