Very nice hotel, clean and with good service.
Two small minus: lack of air conditioning (30°C outside) or was broken (room 204) and I had to open windows (mosquitos)
2nd I suggest to think how to improve situation with the bath. Is high and for older people could be difficult to get in and get out (slip risk) - add non-slip mat?
Window view room 204 on attached picture ;) the hot roof not help to decrease room temperature...

Really love staying at this hotel, clean large rooms. Quiet environment and delicious breakfast, with friendly staff. The kids always ask us to stay here when we visit Krefeld, we tried other hotels, this 1 is best so far.

Beautiful hotel, quiet location good sized rooms. Excellent in-hotel bar area and restaurant.

Rooms are good and big. Environment is calm. Have a nice place to have coffee. For Muslims, halal food is a concern. In that case they can try salmon fish with scrambled egg menu or other vegetarian items they offer in the bar which remains open till 12 am

It is a good place and very clean. The staff is very accomodating. The location is good.

Decent hotel for having a conference or a bigger meeting. It is not new but well maintained. Reception had a difficulty handling bigger group at a check in. Also payment and check out was difficult due to very slow process. Because of this it was not possible to get an invoice directly but sent to mail.

Hatte dort ein Seminar. Würden bestens versorgt en Tag über. Reichlich Auswahl beim Essen. Tagungsräume waren auch gut.

Waren zur Unternehmensweihnachtsfeier da. Das Essen war Ok. Es fehlte aber an Personal. Zwei Getränke in drei Stunden - Daumen runter

Sehr gut. Lage idyllisch. Service, Essen und Zimmerausstattung prima. Manche Zimmer aber zu laut durch Lage zum Atrium. Und im Bad ist eine Wanne mit zu hohem Einstieg.

Für Seminare gibt es etliche Räume. Leider sind alle akustisch unvorteilhaft eingerichtet. Zuviel Hall reduziert die Sprachverständlichkeit enorm.
