1st room smelled of mold and mildew, 2nd is not so bad. Breakfast is edible but that's about it. Pool is nice though.

My flight home was cancelled so I booked a room at the Quality Inn. The room was nice and clean. There was always a presence at the front desk. When I come back this is where I will book my stay.

Beautiful view. Close to lots of things to do. 1st night we went to brewery live music could be heard across water. It was real nice.

As far as hotels go it's definitely not a five-star but the staff that works here including the cleaning staff are absolutely lovely and great to deal with the accommodations are really good and the pool and hot tub area is very clean and well-kept and a great place to hang out when the sun is shinin with some beverages on the patio. One negative is that there is nothing really close by you have to drive to everything if you want food but they have a very good variety of places you can order from that will deliver to the hotel. A positive on that though is there's a 7-Eleven in gas station right next door that has a great selection of stuff if you need something real quick including alcohol

Enjoyed our stay, when we checked in the clerk seen we were from, he told me he was also from Texas. They have awesome breakfast choices, such as hot & cold cereal, yogurt, begals & cream cheese, muffins, do it yourself freshly made chocolate & regular waffles. Coffee, several choices of juices, tea & hot chocolate. Rooms were clean, beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend staying there.

The carpet was decent and the bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave and other appliances worked well and were convenient. Bathroom had mildew in the cracks where the walls and the ceiling come together and obviously had not been taken care of as it should have been. Breakfast was well tended but not a lot of variety. Hotel personnel were friendly and pleasant to work with.

The rooms were clean. Had refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with coffe/tea bags provided. An ironing board. A/C n heat. Service dog friendly. FREE breakfast buffet. Great hospitality. Definitely will come back to stay again.

Nice place could use some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet in our room had hole burns and it's not even a smoking hotel, go figure. The pool and spa are amazing and clean. We've had many staycations here and we usually get one of the rooms with the jacuzzi tub in the room it fits two for extra clean fun!

The staff was super friendly, our room was very large and had a full kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was super nice, as was the lobby. The hotel is a bit dated though and some of the drawers were broken, and one of the outlets wouldn’t work, so we couldn’t watch tv until the next day, when maintenance brought us an extension cord to plug in the TV.

I think it's a great hotel for the price. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. The towels are soft, but not luxurious. We were able to keep our pet with us for an additional fee and there is plenty if grassy area around to walk her. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is free coffee and tea and lemon water available 24 hours in the lobby. I'd definitely stay here again.

My experience with the Quility Inn is excellent! The staff is awesome with great customer service. The hotel is clean and offers many to the hotel guest. I am extremely satisfied!

The bed was nice and comfortable and the room seemed very clean. However the young lady that checked me in was not very pleasant. Once I got to my room and decided to take a shower. The shower curtain rod was not mounted correctly and so the curtain would not shut properly, and the bathroom floor got kind of wet. Also I could not get any hot water to speak of. At best, with the hot water all the way on, my shower was tepid, almost on the cool side. Their free breakfast was alright, though their egg dish was pretty awful and I only ate one bite of that. Otherwise the buffet was fairly standard. If you need a fairly inexpensive place, not too far from the airport, it is ok. I might spend the extra and stay at the near by Hampton Inn next time.

Went in to inquire about a room and cost. It was affordable and they have nice rooms. Also guest services was very knowledgeable with my inquires and friendly.

This was such a delightful place & experience. Rooms clean, one of the most comfy beds EVER.

Beautiful view as well on a clear day. The staff was busy but did there best to address any concerns timely. Definitely will be going back.

I liked that I was able to use the hot tub for the hours it's open. The little fitness room is minimal but also helped me stay active a bit. Breakfast is good but they need more options for the eggs. The eggs with cheese and regular scrambled is too little. There's other things but there has to be more options with the eggs.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The pool is up and running. Awesome is the word that comes to mind.

Overall a decent stay. I'm only going with 4 stars because the maintenance system seems behind. For example, the screws on the door latch were almost unscrewed out. Additionally, the fridge and microwave were unplugged with the only accessible plug being behind a large piece of furniture that couldn't move.

The location is in a good spot, very close to the airport and just a short drive to the mountains. Service was good, and rooms are cleaned well. Breakfast was also good, not great, but good enough. The pool and everything else, I would also describe as good, but not great! I would stay here again!

My stay was decent. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The internet was slow and not working for me the evening of my stay. The front desk clerk tributed it to the storm that came through.

Very nice ,clean...only problem is tv channels don't work to well...reception not to clear..

Toilet seat broken, moldy caulk on the tub / shower. Slow drain. Etc. This is a $50 / night hotel AT BEST. Not worth the $150/ night rate.

Pros: spacious and clean. Cons: room was hotter than outside (even after A/C was on blast) and there was no elevator in the building.

Awesome place to stay!!! Very nice staff!!! Andrea is one of the front desk clerks...she is extremely helpful and professional. The beds are THE BEST you can sleep in. Loved the neighborhood too. All around an EXCELLENT HOTEL!

Nice and quiet. Near the airport. If you are paying in cash you have to give a $200 holding but you get that back on your check out as long as you don't smoke in their rooms.

Hotel and room were very clean. Customer service was excellent, very helpful and friendly. They didn't rush me while I was determining if I needed to stay another night. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Great shuttle service for 5 people with luggage. Only issue was amount of noise we had in our rooms which were adjacent to convenient store/gas station - hard to fall asleep even with earplugs and background noise.

Tried to give us a room that was taken. Beds kinda sucked. Breakfast was pree good. Overall it was pree good.

I like my stay here. Clean rooms and a big lot out front for oversized vehicles. I would recommend if in the area.

It was pretty clean and reasonable priced. The main downside was it wasn't very close to the main part of down.

The room was clean. The beds were decent, but sister than I prefer. The only real complaint was the fact the exterior doors didn't work with my guest card and I always had to go to the front.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms and efficient service. Shuttle service to the airport was a plus and very affordable.

Air conditioner turns off randomly. Room was in shabby condition. Front desk staff was rude. Only stay here if you have no other choice. Gave two stars because there wasn't bugs.

Shocked to see the bad reviews. For the price this was a great stay. The breakfast was eggs, waffles, orange juice etc. Not bagels and cereal like a lot of lovations. Room was clean and front desk was very helpful. Only downside was the pool was closed for a couple hours for cleaning.
