Special thanks goes to the one and only Alvin. He took great care of me and other guest. At check in, he accommodated all my requests and even hooked it up with an upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Suite. Now that's how you make an Elite Member truly feel valued!

He didn't just forget about me after check in. He later followed up with clarifications to inquiries. Keep Alvin around and your guest will stay around too.

Room Condition exceeded expectations and All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet hits the spot every time! But it really is the Service that sets the theme for the stay.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location for my work here.... first impression was not the best though. I checked in late on a Sunday night ready for bed only to find the sheets had not been changed 🙁 A call to the front desk remedied that quickly however it has me second guessing the integrity of the house keeping staff.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Free breakfast was a hit with the kids. Well maintained pool and outdoor lounging area. Definitely looking forward to staying at other Staybridge properties after this experience

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Loved that we could bring our small dog. Breakfast was OK for a free buffet. Not a huge selection. Clean comfortable rooms.

A comfortable stay was the usual suite accommodation. It is very convenient if you are coming to Round Rock for an event at the sports center.

Good locale for sports tournament. Clean rooms and decent staff. So.etimes have to wait for help in evening.

They have great suites, very spacious and comfortable. There's a complimentary breakfast buffet, which has a variety of options.

Their 2 Bedroom Suite is a nice deal. Each room has its own bathroom and tv. The main living area has a nice size table, living room setup with another tv and a nice kitchen stocked with plates and utensils. The rooms very clean as well as the hotel overall. Our A/C quit working one day and they had it fixed by the time we got back that evening to the room. The maintenance staff was very professional and friendly.

Great hotel for a good price. By far my favorite in the Round Rock area (and I've stayed at many Round Rock hotels).

I just went for a single night after a UT football game. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good too. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff was always helpful and efficent, room was comfortable and quiet. Price was fair, just account if you want to go on the high way there is a mandatory 6 minute u turn to go anywhere as the exit from the hotel just misses the on ramp

The suites are large and feel like an apartment home, which is nice. The beds are nice, pillows are good, showers are just OK. My only issue is the dinner socials they throw. There wasn't enough food for everyone there and it was difficult to get any. We wound up leaving after 30 minutes and eating elsewhere. Overall it was a nice place.

Adequate lodging with friendly, competent staff. Dog friendly is a plus. Limited parking, as in not enough.

I only visted guests staying with you, however I really like all the new updates! The property looks great! Staff have been awesome to my family staying with them.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Nice spread for breakfast. Was under renovation when I was staying there, but we didn't hear anything from our room. I wish they had trays in the dining room, as it would've been nice to take the kids food to our room so they could eat while I got ready. The dining room/kitchen staff was a little rude, but there was a large group there (traveling sports team) so I think they were just a little stressed and overextended.

Room was super nice and clean (suite) and fairly close to location visited.

Best place to stay in austin hands down specially for groups of people

Recently stayed here for 100+ days on an extended business trip. Even though we didn't care for Austin itself, my wife & I found it difficult to leave due to the warmth and hospitality shown to us by this hotel staff. Everyone went above & beyond to make us feel like Staybridge Suites was our home. I want to identify those individuals so they can get the recognition they deserve:

Amber - For being the first smiling face we saw and making us feel like family.

Angie - For preparing such delicious meals during the Mon - Wed evening socials. You also made us feel like family and will be greatly missed.

DJ - For making us laugh & smile, and giving us solid advice on the area, restaurants, etc.

Veronica - For cleaning our room and providing us with all the little things we needed for the room.

Vanessa & Tatiana - For helping us figure out what our best option was once we realized this was going to be an EXTENDED stay.

Will - Thank you for making us breakfast every morning.

Julian - Thank you for fixing our TV and for general maintenance.

Marie (GM) - Thank you for the great conversations during breakfast and other times we saw you.

The rooms are nice and rather organized, love the general look, but it's currently under construction , other than that the breakfast could have more options, but a nice cozy place overall

Decent cleanliness, spacious, but under construction and TV romote did not work.

Ongoing construction is occurring well beyond the range of peripheral interactions making it easy to forget that it's happening at all. The staff was very quick to remedy any need that arose.

Staybridge Suites is often the more comfortable of hotel choices when looking for an affordable place to stay. They provide additional amenities such as full kitchens, apartment-like floorplans, and a hot breakfast with an expansive variety of food choices. Unfortunately, there were definitely a few misses during my hotel stay. Make sure you review the hotels policy and request what is needed for check-in to ensure a smooth arrival. Also, the hotel is currently under renovation so be mindful that the pool may be closed and small incidents of the fire alarms going off RANDOMLY may occur. Just keep your tennis shoes by the door. There were a few things missing from the kitchen and bathroom but the suite was still amazing and spacious. Despite the hiccups, I think I still got a pretty good bang for my buck. I'm absolutely positive once the hotel is running 100% again, I'd be happy to stay and they'll be getting a 5 star review from me.

Lobby was flooded from recent construction accident. Specifically requested two beds and was given a room with a single bed. They did their best to rectify the issues though.

Cozy, Texan, Friendly, Spacious. Could improve amenities and breakfast. Usually my preferred deal on the area.

Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. But, several issues during stay. TV remote didn't work. HVAC was vibrating loudly from wind outside. Construction/remodel on wall next to bed. Power went partially out presumably due to construction, thus no elevator and had to walk suitcase down 4 levels. Staff was very accommodating but the building has maintenance issues.

Room is great with enough space. Can't say anything bad about the breakfast. Will definitely stay again whenever I visit Austin again.

Lovely stay, large room, comfy bed, clean bathroom and a very well equipped kitchenette. There was even a full size refrigerator.

Service was friendly and quick. The complimentary breakfast was okay, lots of options. I will definitely go back if I need to stay in the area again.

Clean, seems recently remodeled, and the staff is very helpful and nice. They bake free cookies and provide other snacks and events that are a nice added bonus. The entrance is a bit tricky as the sign is back away from the road some so please keep that in mind when you're arriving the first time.

This place is awesome!! The rooms are very clean, bed very very comfortable, the kitchen is a plus, the free breakfast is great and the staff if beyond nice! Everyone from front desk to maintenance ppl are very polite, very helpful.

Spacious rooms, food and beer provided Mon-Wed, and nice staff. Close to quite a few places to eat and quiet enough you don't hear the interstate.

This Hotel is amazing. My Dad was staying here on a business trip when all of the sudden his tongue swelled up so big he couldn't breath. He walked down the stairs and signed to the guy at the front desk that he need a pen and paper. he wrote "911" and they called for him. After that he was hospitalized and my family and I drove there from Florida. we stayed at the same hotel and they were very sweet and offered us anything we needed. Once my dad was out of the hospital we had already driven back to Florida. The manager from the hotel actually drove to the Hospital and picked up my dad and brought him back to the hotel. they gave him a room right next to the front desk in case he needed anything through the night. The Manager came in and checked on him periodically as well. It was the most amazing experience and they saved my dad's life. It will never be forgotten.

The entire staff greets you with a smile. Rooms are spacious and give you a homey feel. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Convenient to resturants and to the highways.

We loved our stay at the Staybridge Austin. We were there for a family reunion and had several family members staying there. Breakfast was delicious and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for over 2 months while my house was being repaired from an insurance claim. The staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly during a difficult time. Free breakfast every day, and happy hour with food and drinks Tue-Thu. The business center was a little rinky-dink technologywise, but the facilities were nice, with furniture updates happening in the middle of our stay to give it a more updated look. The pool was heated until late spring.

I was very impressed. I ended up staying here through hotwire and had never heard of the changes so was nervous before I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at front desk was very helpful. The room was great, bed and pillows very comfortable, quality towels and toiletries. Nice little kitchen area. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends.

Having stayed here for more than a month, we saw all of its pros and cons. Overall, I would recommend it. The staff is friendly. Their breakfasts are really good for a place like this. The light dinners are a nice touch. The management went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
