The hotel front desk clerk was amazing. The rooms were very clean, and for a fair price. Will be staying here again

Excellent hotel. Easy access from the highway. Rooms are great. Staff is very competent. They have communal dinners every mon-wed and free breakfast every day.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is located in an newly developed area of Oklahoma. It is near all my favorite places to shop. This hotel is very clean and friendly service.

Fantastic place to stay, especially for multiple days. Room has a full size fridge and freezer (with ice maker), sink, stove, microwave and even a dishwasher. Staff is friendly, free breakfast daily and they serve dinner Monday thru Wednesday with free beer on tap.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly and prompt. They serve dinner meals every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday which is really nice.

This is a super nice, extremely clean, awesome floorplan with 2 huge master bedroom suites with gorgeous full kitchen with stainless steal appliances against a light jade flower paneling that causes a natural calming effect on your mood it seems like!!! If you get the chance to stay here, it will be memorable for sure!!!

This hotel is an amazing. They has enough clean towels, nice setup and real nice staff. Breakfast was great with waffle maker and sausage my favorite. I will be back again and again.

Monday - Wednesday 530pm-730pm free food and good company in main lobby. Full kitchenette and comfy bed. And yummy continental breakfast. Plus the staff was very nice.

The most exceptionally mediocre hotel I've ever been to. Not bad, not good, just there. Customer service was forgettable, pretty sure the cinnamon rolls were warmed over honey buns, and door knobs fell off inside our apartment more than once. Oh, and magnetic keys never worked past check out the following day even if I was still staying there. A little TLC and some better polish on the customer service would do this pkace some good.

Decently located. Staff was very friendly. Problem is that in the room the sofa in the main room at cigarette burns and looked dirty. Also when you are walking into the main entrance most of the smokers are right at the door smoking up like a chimney.

I have been staying here for the past 2 1/2 weeks in the presidential suite. Every day housekeeping takes care of my place. There are two televisions one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The channels including different HBO channels, a lot of sports channels, etc. breakfast is probably the best part. It is served every morning between 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. On three days out of the week days, dinner is served from different catering companies. There is a pool. There is a gym. There is a business center, with two computers and a printer. The staff has been very friendly. If you require envelopes, they will provide. Overall my experience has been a four out of five. I would certainly recommend to anybody. You are next to the quail spring mall. As well as other entertainment and restaurant areas.

The downsides: my room was always very damp. For some reason my papers that I would had printed out were always moist. The carpet is very dirty, I like to keep my feet feeling clean wherever I walk, but I would have to wear house slippers or else I'd hop into bed feeling like I stepped on gooey stuff. The printer downstairs went out a couple of times.

I adore this hotel. Their suites make me feel like Im home. Only better! The staff is kind and they will even feed me breakfast every morning. On a buffet. And three days a week they provide food for you to eat and socialize in the evenings. I might never leave LOL

This hotel is amazing. A very spacious living room in a very comfortable bedroom all for price and I believe to be affordable for such accommodations. The staff has been very friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, local entertainment, and eating which is by far my favorite thing. It is very helpful that I am able to have my dogs with me at this facility. I would highly recommend and will definitely return to this facility.

Background: I am a traveling technician that spends 45-49 weeks on the road a year. Safe to say I spend a lot of time in hotels.

Really poor experience. The hotel itself is in relatively good condition. Everything is clean and well maintained for the most part.

I'm going to say that management is probably not doing the best job they can two relay good information or training to their employees. The lady who helped me book was not knowledgeable whatsoever. I had to repeat my information three times before she had me booked. She took down my requests but I'm not for sure if she understood them. Absolutely none of the requests that I asked for were meet. When I brought this up to the front desk clerk I literally got the answer "you're pretty picky". She was not familiar with the layout of the building andhad quite tge snarky attitude.

The room I ended up in literally smelled like sewage. The first night it really wasn't that noticeable I thought it might have just been a previous guest ask for a good cleaning for the next day maybe that would help. I left the next morning and when I got back in the afternoon it was horrible. I almost gagged it also had not been cleaned. When I confronted the front desk clerk she relayed to me that they have had a problem with a sewage smell and they can't pinpoint where it's coming from. When I asked her why they would put guests in rooms that smell like sewage and not just eliminate those rooms she had no responce. I asked for a room change but was told that no others were available during the week and if I moved I would have to bounce rooms every two days because they were already filled for the upcoming week.

Love this place. They have everthing you could possibly need either in your room already or in their pantry shopping area by da check-in desk.

Recently attended a professional event here and was very impressed with the facility. Meeting rooms were well stocked and clean with easy access to restrooms. The meal served was excellent. The gathering spaces outside the meeting rooms are well appointed. I would highly recommend this space for any small corporate event.

I think this is a nice hotel, I just had some bad luck with my service. We selected this hotel as a large group and booked about 8 rooms. I would have thought that maybe we could have had rooms next to each other, but instead we ended up with the furthest apart rooms possible. I was next to the elevator on the ground floor, which was the loudest, worst room in the whole hotel. Other people in my group were the very last room at the end of the hallway, next to the stairwell on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We all mostly noticed that got rooms next to the stairs or next to the elevator. I think because we got a 6% discount, they responded by putting us in the worst rooms.

In general the hotel was in decent condition. They were working on the roof the 4th and 5th days of our stay. The construction prevented the use of the pool, but we understood. It's better that they are taking care of the property maintenance, than not at all. The hammering was quite obnoxious, but we also understand that there is nothing they could do about that. The breakfast was better than the average hotel for sure. Not gourmet, but a very good variety of of the basics.

Specific to my room, the elevator could be heard literally 24 hours a day. The refrigerator in the suite could definitely use a repair. The ice maker made a grinding noise and a squeak every 4 seconds, nonstop, 24 hours a day, whether the ice was turned off or on. We actually wanted ice, but it wouldn't make any. Of course because the ice in the room fridges, there was no other ice machine on the property. It was very difficult to sleep with the hallway noise, noise from the breakfast room (6 inches way from our room), noise from the elevator (3 feet from our room), noise from the pool (10 feet from our room), noise from the fitness center (10 feet from our room), and noise from the faulty ice maker (in our room).

I'm still assuming that this hotel is a nice place, but I just happened to be in the worst room possible.

Having just spent the last two months receiving cancer treatments in Oklahoma City and residing the entire time at Quail Springs Staybridge I can unequivocally say this is best place one can stay. From the front desk to the kitchen and the maid service staff, *EVERYONE* is so friendly, welcoming, and gracious to you every day, and every hour of the day.

Truly, I can not heap enough praise and gratitude upon the people running and managing this hotel. And it's really not even accurate to refer to this place as a "hotel", as it would be more fitting calling it a temporary home, since the place is so homey, ALWAYS clean, and it's staff are so welcoming and friendly.

And then, of course, there's the social dinners... provided for all the residents Monday-Wednesday (with beer!) every week. Awesome! Who could complain about being taken care of so well *AND!* so inexpensively. Plus, if your stay here doesn't fall on Mon-Wed you are literally a short walk away from no less than a dozen national chain restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Lobster.

It's for all these reasons and MORE that this is arguably the best hotel In Oklahoma City.

The staff is very professional. One of the attendants seemed like they were in training and the trainer was able to teach them as well as attend to my needs quickly. The hotel is extremely clean, no scuffs on the walls, dust on anything. Wonderful experience.

Clean and good breakfast selection. Mon-Wed they serve free supper. I didn't give all five stars b/c internet is terrible, wired and wireless. If you're lucky enough to connect it kicks you off every five minutes. I stayed for business and really needed Internet.
Otherwise friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. If that's all you need should be a good place.

Awesome hotel!!! Would have gotten 5 stars but there is no indoor pool...only outdoor. Pool doesn't open till the end of May I am guessing.

This was such a wonderful experience. I used Staybridge Suites for a business training and overnight lodging and could not have been happier with the choice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The meeting room was perfect for our event. The complementary social was great for a little happy hour after our training. Riley and the staff were very accommodating and we were so pleased with every aspect of this hotel and our stay. Highly recommended!
