Nice hotel, big room well equiped, fine breakfasts

the shower head was a bit tricky to adjust to the right height and direction.
the fact that there is no free parking space for hotel guests was very disappointing for me.

The room is very comfortable and spacious, the staff in reception and bar very helpful and during the breakfast the girl with the piercing was extremely kind always with a beatiful smile.
The connection with the outdoor restaurant is very practical and the hotel is very close ti the thermes.
It's a pity that you can't use the stairs but you have to use the elevators ( i was at the first floor!)

Big comfortable rooms and nice area for a stroll along with springs but level of service and pleasantary are way below standards, even in Germany, and our courtesy water was half full and opened in the room :(

Great hotel. Good price, nice breakfast and a beautiful setting. Interesting variety show next door, helpful staff and underground parking. Only complaint from me was that I found the bed too hard.

Fantastic hotel and experience from start to finish. Lovely staff and great welcome, room huge and modern and very clean. We lived all the small details like free postcards and plants to take to your room! A wonderful wedding anniversary. We will be back!

Enjoyed my stay very much! Spacious room, good working desk, very clean and modern bath room. Guests are offered to participate for the environment conservation efforts and get small perks for that.
Well maintained park with palace and Valerie not formal belonging to the hotel but serve as a bonus nicely complementing the hotel with calm area for rest and walk

Bin begeistert von den Zimmern. Alles sauber. Bett ist super bequem. Sehr groß für ein Hotel Zimmer. TV Gerät ist groß aber etwas weit weg vom Bett 😊. Das Bad ist sauber und hat sogar eine Badewanne, was für mich ein großes Plus bedeutet. Die Bali Therme ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat meiner Frau und mir sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Auch haben wir ein neu renoviertes Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Ein Traum. Wir würden uns freuen wenn wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt am 13. 05 wieder in den Genuss eines der neu renovierten Zimmer kommen würden.

Das Hotel ist direkt am GOP, und die Zimmer waren auch ganz gut und auch groß. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Badewanne. Das Frühstück selber ging so, die brötchen waren zu trocken und nicht frisch

Das große Zimmer und die tolle Lage am Kurpark und der Bali-Therme waren besonders gut.

Die Gemütlichkeit und das Angebot an der Bar, vor allem kleine Snacks und Gebäck, könnten verbessert werden.
Um die Wartezeit am Aufzug zu verkürzen, wäre es schön, wenn man das Treppenhaus benutzen könnte. Die Etagen könnte man, wie die Zimmer, ja auch mit einem Kartenschloss versehen, um unbefugten Zutritt zu vermeiden.

Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Empfang war nett und einladend. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung ist jedoch für 2017 geplant. Parken in hoteleigener Garage zu einem fairen Preis. WiFi ist stabil und zügig. Ich komme sicher wieder.

Friendly & helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet - try Ingrids chocolate jam! -, very quiet rooms, so close to thermal pool, adequate parking in garage nearby, supermarket in walking distance. We will book a vacation here again!

location is good, parking is easy and convenient, rooms are spacious, breakfast is adequate
I'm sure hotel is great for leisure travelers but if one travels for business details like quality of wifi signal is key. Also, as I've already spent several nights at this hotel before, I'd expect not to get a room at street level. A small detail because actually location is quiet, but I would like to be able to decide myself if to keep curtains open or not

Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Frühstück: reichhaltig frisch große auswahlt

Zimmer: teilweise flecken am teppich und auf dem sessel badezimmer amaturen stumpf und schlecht einzustellen ( vermutlich schon etwas älter) hackt teilweise. Spiegel löst sich langsam im bad auf. In der 3 etage sehr laut teilweise durch gerätschaften auf dem dach die man im zimmer sehr stark hört. Tv kann nur einer richtig schauen da eine metalhalterung von dem alten tv im weg ist. Klima anlage funktioniert sehr gut :)
Sehr gute nähe zur balitherme und zum gop
Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch reichlich vorhanden und zu einem fairen Preis
