Robyn and Audri were incredible hostesses. They were so warm and welcoming. Room was very nicely appointed. Heated floors were a lovely plus. Will definitely be back.

Great B&B, lovely rooms, great breakfast and wonderful hosts

This was my second time at Admiral's Landing. I have stayed at several other Bed and Breakfasts and this one is by far my favorite. The house is beautiful and in great condition. Robyn and Audri have done an amazing job with the remodeling of the house and continue to take great care of it. They are also the ultimate hostesses. They are very respectful and also very warm. It is the perfect balance and they strike it every time. The number of rooms in the house is also perfect. You'll get some interaction with the hostesses and the other guests and yet you'll also get plenty of time to enjoy the house's common spaces as if they were all just for you.

Best bed and breakfast ever!! The owners are amazing! Helped my wife or with her food allergy by making her a special breakfast. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will definitely be back. I'm thinking even for conferences in Boston, this place is worth the ferry.

Robyn and Audri are such lovely people - very kind, always with big smiles. We felt at home! I loved the treats baked by Robyn for breakfast - and what a breakfast! It's all fresh and delicious.
The place is very clean, safe, organized and bright. It's pretty quiet, good to relax. The room we booked is so comfortable and the place is very close to the main street in P-Town - there are many options of places to go in walking distance.

It was our first time there and in that city and we had an awesome experience!

This is a wonderful place to stay, offering modern amenities in a charming classic Cape Cod guest house. The rooms are light, airy and clean, with modern bathroom fixtures and a spacious yet cozy living room and dining area. The included breakfasts are fabulous and include fresh baked coffee cakes and egg dishes (the "Captain's Cup").

Audri and Robyn are warm, welcoming hosts who will make you feel right at home. The inn is centrally located one block back from Commercial Street and a short walk to the town's shopping, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries.

This is a first-rate place to stay and a great bargain for the money.
