Ottima soluzione per l'organizzazione di eventi professionali e/o per ospiti a cui serve vicinanza all'aeroporto "Caravaggio" di Bergamo Orio Al Serio. Oltre alla posizione dell'hotel, anche la struttura è ottima: elevato numero di camere disponibili, attrezzate le aule per tenere conferenze e lezioni, ampi cortili e zone verdi (è presente addirittura un campo da calcio all'interno). Unica pecca riscontrata: il pranzo, che nella soluzione buffet non propone nè grande varietà nè qualità eccelsa, cosa che invece si può trovare durante le cene a menù fisso. Nel complesso esperienza positiva, consigliato!

I was truly conflicted because I don't like to give bad reviews, but in this case I have to for the following reasons. To summarize, it is not a 4* hotel, it is a 3* with extras.
Pros: - The staff and the receptionists are truly helpful and professional
- Nice garden and environment
- Tidy and equipped rooms

Cons: - The worst was the WiFi. I had to reserve my plain ticket and work, but the WiFi was so slow, that I couldn't even open 2 pages at the same time, because it said that I have no connection. I suffered 40 minutes with the check-in. I know it is a big hotel with a lots of people, but please, max 200kb/s in the XXI. century is a joke. It is good for nothing (and for sure it is not Okey for a 4* hotel.)
- The hotel and the rooms are generally dark.
- The restaurant is nice but the food is very average. I thought that if I am in Italy, I get an unique risotto for 12 EUR, but my Italian friend did to me the same dish for 4-5 EUR.
- Menu is only in Italian (English menu? It is 5 minutes for somebody to make it, and not everyone speaks Italian!).
- I was with a group. I wasn't sure if they come to eat, so I asked a table for one. They came later, but when I asked the waiter that if I can sit to their table, he said no. (Why? Extra work? Or he doesn't speak English and he automatically said no?)
- The waiters were negative. If you are Italian or a women, they nice and smile, but if not, they don't smile at you. I know it seems to be heckling, but it is very annoying when you are alone at the table and they treat you like a second class person.
- Huge garden, but with bugs. If you open your window, in 10 minutes it is gonna be filled with them (pest control maybe?)
- I took a shower, closed the shower door, but my bathroom was filled with water (proper insulation would be good!)
- Some electric sockets are not working.
- Spa was opened from 8 until 9 or 10. But for the reason that the dinner was prepared only for 8:30, I couldn't go. (Better opening hours for the Spa would be appreciated.)

I am truly sorry for the valuation, because as I said, the staff of the hotel is very nice and professional, but I had better experience with some of the 3* hotels than with this.

Location is nice and has a lot of space. But catering was not so good. At breakfast the Coffee machine didn't work well. At Lunch web got red wine served cold, the Lunch taken too much time, with the dessert It had been served dry wine instead of sweet.

Beautiful country side, castle, polite and frienfly stuff... A little bit away from the city, but lovely for resting and relax.

The room we stayed in was clean and food of the restaurant was good. There's not a lot to do in the neighborhood, so be aware of that.

As for me the rooms are very expensive as for such kind of hotel.

We visited the place through a smartbox choice, during winter, to use the wellness structure present there. One night with breakfast included plus 2 hours on the wellness center.
PROS: Room and toilet were clean, people very polite and available, dinner at the restaurant had a good price.
CONS: the jacuzzi never heated up, so we couldn't even use it. From all the other "hot water" experiences, only the vapor sauna was properly working. Everything else was broken, no water running properly, etc. That was the main attraction and it was terrible.
Then, bathroom is cold most of the time.
Breakfast is enough. Not abundant, but enough.
The meat at the restaurant was of very poor quality and recklessly made. We tried the mixed grilled meat and I would not recommend.
To finish with, the booking of the transfer service had problems and we left almost one hour later then agreed.
There is no way it can be considered a 4 star.

The Hotel is quite good and it offers a lot of space for professional Trainings, conference etc. The are where Hotel is located is not the best. At least there are more friendly places to have a walk outside the Hotel Park. The rooms are ok, but there are things to be considered, for example you can smell that there are horses somewhere near. The Hotel Staff is very friendly, the entire facility is nice and clean, Service is very good.

Ho pernottato con la mia famiglia in questo splendido hotel per una sola notte ma ho potuto apprezzare l'ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro di Bergamo e dall'aeroporto di Orio. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio con una decina di posti proprio davanti all'ingresso ma vi è un'altro ampio parcheggio entro le mura della struttura chiusa con cancello automatico. Molto bello l'edificio ricavato suppongo da un'antica magione ristrutturata in modo accurato, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, dotate di confort di livello superiore (lcd, A/C ecc), si apprezza la cura dei dettagli già dalle aree comuni. Personale cortese e disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti. Consigliato!!

posto incantevole ma da migliorare il 70% delle prese non funzionano il ristorante buono ed economico ma non mi e piaciuto il fatto di dover pagare per ogni porzione presa potete far pagare tutto alla fine

Struttura molto bella e suggestiva. Personale efficiente e disponibile. La cucina è ottima e a buon prezzo. Solo un piccolissimo neo, dovendo lasciare acceso il condizionatore il ronzio è fastidioso.
